From the beginning I've asked them to wear shoe covers, as I have light beige carpet in one area. They regularly put the shoe covers on as they arrive. The ladies come every other week normally, but a few times I have asked Brandy, who organizes the business, to make a one-time schedule change to accommodate events in my life.
