I normally don't leave negative reviews, but as a business owner your identity and reputation…read moreshould be your most protected asset. Not lies and deception and that's what I got from Yahir. A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. But if you can find someone on your bench, more dependable that Yahir, please check. This outfit is a joke! Sad you have to give one star when some companies do absolutely NOTHING!

Clean Freaks has always done such a good job, my house sparkles when they're finished. The first time they came in they deep cleaned my house and cleaned things that's never crossed my mind to clean them before. Now they maintain their work and do other tasks like cleaning the refrigerator or folding laundry. I thought it would be kind of weird having people all around in my house, but it hasn't been weird at all. All of the cleaners have been super kind and very professional. Clean Freaks have been super helpful and have relieved so much of my stress. Now I can spend more time with my baby than worrying about when I'll get the cleaning done!

Clean Freaks 405 is that guy. Thanks to them, I just found out the glass in my cabinets (that I've had for 6 years) isn't supposed to be cloudy and I am a generally clean person! They do all of the tasks they say they will do and if they have extra time they look for MORE to do without me having to tell them what to do or taking a break instead. I have worked many places over the years and finding someone, much less 4 people, who look for more to do when the job is done is almost unheard of. I could not be happier with their work.

I've been using Heritage cleaners for the last few months at my home that I was renting. No issues…read moreand great service during that time. I recently bought a home off market and went to move in this past holiday weekend (Memorial Day). Upon moving in, I realized the house wasn't cleaned in the slightest. Dirty baseboards, dusty closets, grimy bathroom floors. An absolute nightmare. I reached out to Christina about this who responded immediately. Trevor, the owner, was at my house same day to look things over and help schedule the clean for the weekend. The following day, Audrea spent the morning cleaning and Sabrina finished that afternoon. Audrea was then back again Sunday morning to finish cleaning. She wasn't happy with how the bathroom floors looked even after cleaning and put in a lot of effort to figure out how to get the dirt and grout out of the bathroom tiles. She did an amazing job making the floor look almost new. It wasn't perfect, but I'm not sure if the bathroom floors had been cleaned in 10+ years. She went to Home Depot before coming over that day and worked with Trevor to find a cleaning solution to help with the floors. That kind of effort is rare these days! Both ladies did an amazing job cleaning my home and helping me feel more comfortable when I was very unhappy upon moving in. I'm so appreciative of Christina and Trevor for the amount of effort they put in to help me in this terrible situation. The fact that 2 of their cleaners were able to come over the holiday weekend so last minute tells me everything I need to know about this company. Trevor was also there for a final walkthrough once the job was complete. Customer service is a dying art in this world and having a company put in the amount of effort that they did for such an extreme request at the last minute says more about them than I could put into words. I would recommend Heritage Shine Cleaners to anyone because of this alone. They are reliable, hardworking, and communicative. Will definitely be continuing to use them moving forward.

Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. Using a broom, I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures of the dust pan full of hair and dirt, and dirty baseboards and sent to them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem. What I learned: Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly. I have since cleaned the floors and baseboards myself. I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you do the same.
