So before I left, I handed my card (with $4.50 in value) to a nice woman who was doing her family's laundry with her very well behaved daughter. I drive 40 minutes to wash my clothes in this particular place. The machines are new and great! They accept cash and cards which is super convenient. Last Friday (06/07/24) around 6:30 pm I observed one of the young female workers with her husband and two children washing and folding clothes. I'm not sure if they washed their own clothes or customer's clothes, but it was not right. They let their children to take clean clothes from the dryers and place it in the carts. During the process kids dropped clean clothes on the floor frequently. They stepped inside the carts and on the folding tables with their outside shoes. Again I'm not sure if the worker was there during her work hours or not, but the laundromat looked dirty, with mess inside the machines and on the floor. Kids were on the loose! Running and climbing everywhere! I'm not against children in the laundromat, but everything has its own limit.
