We've actually been to Morris once before, back in 2022, and even though we've been free-styling his hair since then, we knew it was time to get him looking right--and Morris delivered again. My son's hair had become locked over time, which is a style we love, but we wanted something fresh to kick off the school year. Morris gave him a locked Mohawk that looks amazing--my son loved it, and honestly, so did I! The whole experience was smooth--my son didn't flinch once. We had to get our 7.5 month old a haircut because of medical reasons and we didn't want to do it ourselves. I called and they said children should be at least 3 years old but when I explained the situation they were more than accommodating and told us to come in for the haircut. We made the appointment for Sunday morning at 10 and the shop was open and ready for us so there was no waiting. E welcomed us and offered us a beverage right away. He listened to our concerned and didn't hesitate at all to help us with our needs. It was sad to see my boy's curls and long hair disappear but I'm glad I brought him to Elite to get it cut. E was gentle with my son and kept him engaged each step of the way. They both did a great job. I'm sure even without the medical reasons we'll come back for future haircuts. read more

I used to not care how well kept my hair or beard was, a quick pass-over with a beard trimmer was sufficient. But AJ brought a new light to my eyes and a new sense of identity with the way the way he trimmed my beard and cut my hair. The experience is amazing, and I can't lie, with the 5 star treatment they give you here I've fallen asleep on the chair while they shave my beard only to wake up feeling fresh, clean and completely revitalized. Been here a couple of times in the past but I guess I didn't appreciate them as much as I did tonight!!!! Called at 330 and they took my two boys in to fix their botched hair cut from another "salon" in Brea that we went to just yesterday!!! Ugh. They took us in at 5 and Alfredo did an amazing job. Was gonna just wait it out for their to grow to go to a real barber shop but my boys couldn't bear another day lol Boys cut was $25 each and he even cleaned up one of my sons in unibrow!!! Always on time and always a great cut! The barber shop is located in the shopping center right next to Pho Tay Bac. There is plenty of parking, never have to hassle and drive around looking for a spot, which is a BIG deal for me! :D I met Alfredo through Instagram and have been bringing my son to get his cuts from him for a while now. Always professional and very friendly. I am glad that now I have a barber that I send my son to when I need that perfect fade! Another plus... (not sure if every barber does this) ... but Andrew (my kid) decided to let his full beard grow out during the "Lockdown" and Alfredo cleans it up and leaves him looking sharp! Horrible horrible experience. Ezbai might just be the most stubborn childish person I have ever encountered. This was my first time at this barber shop, I booked an appointment on their website for Sunday 11am. I chose Ezbai as my barber and was then presented with options of what service I wanted. I chose the $35 haircut. I requested a six on the sides, rounded in the back, and that I was happy with the length on top and just wanted it evened out. He asked if I wanted boxed sideburn which I said sure. Ezbai proceeds to spend 35 minutes cutting the side of my head. He boxes my sideburns and cuts off a bit of my beard to do so, which I guess was fault for not telling him otherwise. He rounds out the back of my head and cuts it shorter than it was, which now looks horrible and awkward. The next 10 minutes he cuts the hair on top way too short and for whatever reason leaves the hair in front way longer than in the back. After cutting my hair he rinses it, shampoos it, dries it, and places a hot towel on my face. All of this confused me because I thought it was just going to be a simple haircut. He finishes and tells me the cut is $50. I confront him and tell him the website said it was $35 and he claims that he's been trying to fix the issue for the past 2 YEARS! He said for his service it's $50 on Sundays and $40 the rest of the week. I'm not happy about the cut and now he says it's way more expensive than I initially thought. I figure it's neither my fault nor his for this miscommunication and provide the solution of paying $40 instead of $50. Ezbai is extremely stubborn and demands $50. I argued with him and told him it's not my fault neither his that the website is outdated which is why I believe $40 is fair for the both of us. But he won't accept. Apparently nobody else has had this issue before in the 2 years he's been trying to "fix" this problem. I paid $50 for a cut I thought was going to be $35. Ezbai butchered my hair. DO NOT COME TO THIS BARBER SHOP AND DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY EZBAI! Unless you want to get scammed for your money, then by all means be my guest but I know this barbershop should not be deserving of all these high reviews and definitely should be cutting people's hair. read more

The first time I made an appointment for my husband, it was with whoever was free. While we were there, a barber named Alfredo talked to us and I mentioned that I like his wristband that says "God's got this". He ended up going to his car to get 2 extra he had & gave them to us. My husband is wheelchair bound and has ALS, so it takes some extra help to get him into a chair & everything. After that one appointment, I made my husband's next appointment with Alfredo. Not only does he do a great job, but he's kind, compassionate & even texts my husband to check on how he's doing. He hustled out to our car to help me get him into his wheelchair and lifts him into the barber chair. He doesn't make my husband feel uncomfortable or different because of his current limitations, but treats him like one of the guys as he works on him. Alfredo is simply the best in so many ways and has left a lasting impression on us over a year later as we continue to schedule with him... we also still wear those wristbands he gave us to this day. read more

Went to this barbershop this morning. I didn't have an appointment, but the young man at the desk made it happen. They got me right in. I was given Ezabi and he made me feel human again. We spoke of the last time I received a haircut, and why I did not return. They only took cash and didn't tell me, so I had to use their own ATM. This time I had to go to the ATM at the tabacco shop. When "E" told me it was $65, I said how much, and he repeated $65. I was shocked to tell you the truth. Yes, he did trim my moustache and goatee, put a warn towel on my face, trimmed my eyebrows. He did ask if I wanted him to do it, except the towel, and never mentioned it would cost me $30 extra. His service was great, but it would have been nice to have known the cost. And NO, I did not see the prices posted. Wow, I just didn't see $65 coming. I have learned my lesson. read more
