Now I'm 47 years old, 190 lbs, can jog a mile in 12 minutes, and Deadlift 275 lbs. If I can do it, anyone can! The classes are led by certified CrossFit coaches who give hands-on direction, instant feedback, help with adjustments during the workouts, and just the right amount of encouragement.
