Certified power lifting weights (in KG), deadlift bars, Pit Shark squat machine, even a Booty Builder hip thrust machine! And yes, it really is called the "Booty Builder." The people: While I didn't have much interaction with the staff, they were always helpful and friendly! Even during peak after work hours (4-7 pm) it was never crowded. Pricing: The $30 monthly cost for a single membership is well worth it, especially if you utilize the specialty equipment. And if you're only in town for a short time like I was (mid-Dec to mid-Jan for the holidays) you can pay a one time fee of $45 for a month of access with no contract or other fees. The disinfectant stations are always empty or the spray bottles don't work which means people can't clean up after themselves. The facility is divided into a many small areas which feels very confining when you have someone grunting next to you. It always sounds like an x-rated movie is playing as there is an insane amount of grunting. The air conditioning seems to work only in some of the rooms. Upstairs is like a sauna. The employees are very young with lots of attitude and not helpful. The women's locker room only had one sink working in the entire bathroom. They charged for an extra month. Tried to call and clear up the fees but they say someone from upper management will call but no one ever did. Called multiple times. Went in, still no response. I've worked out at many gyms over the years and this place is hands down the worst. I could go on and on... Don't waste your money here.

My main instructors are Nadia, Faith, Jillian and Layne. All of them are amazing in their own way. Nadia was the instructor for my first Pilates class ever and she couldn't have done a better job at making me feel welcome in class. Being a guy coming into a Pilates studio full of women it was a bit intimidating. But the second I said hello, Nadia and all the other clients made me feel instantly welcome. Layne has done an incredible job building this studio. I'm so happy I found it :)
