The breaks are quite short, allowing you to push yourself. I appreciate that the coaches are friendly and helpful to correct you when you're doing an exercise wrong and help you to get the most out of each workout. The equipment is all in good condition and cleaned after each exercise; you are expected to clean each area yourself, and they provide towels and disinfecting spray to do so. The meh: It's quite warm inside; I believe if they set the AC to turn on before classes started, that would solve the issue. Some of the coaches are more interactive than others.

The group classes are by far my favorite! They have CrossFit, BurnBarbell, Burn40, BurnCon and a wild card on Saturday mornings! The top tier class for me is BurnCon because it consist of 4 - 6 minute station and between each station you take off for a good run. It's the cardio with weights, the amazing trainers, the community, music and lighting that really push me to do my best and make me feel unstoppable!
