It's just Diana who works there- one small waiting room and one treatment room. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet on the upper level in "downtown" Niwot. Diana explains everything she's using as she's going along, letting you know what she's doing. Included in the facial is a wonderful massage of back and shoulders, legs and feet and arms and hands. I've been to many spas, and this is truly a wonderful place. I definitely feel relaxed afterwards and my skin looks and feels great. Yes, it can be difficult to schedule an appointment sometimes (I had to change tonight's 2 or 3 times), but it's really worth it. I'm looking forward to booking a package next- facial and massage.

Deb is just awesome!…read more First up she's very professional in a sense that she knows exactly what to do and how long it'll take. She said up front how long my treatments will take and how many times I need to return. Sometimes it takes a lot and I appreciate how honest she is! Second, she has very up to date equipment. Her new laser creates a vacuum before zapping you and that hurts less. It also takes way less time. Third, I was apprehensive since I'm trans. Shouldn't have been. She's absolutely awesome and knows exactly how to make me feel at ease. (trans girls - look no further!) And last, she's very good at what she does. I get a sense that there is more to this laser/electrolysis than just pointing a wand and pressing a button. Deb is excellent in choosing the right tool and the right setting. Did I say that she's also awesome in doing eyebrows? She is! I am super happy that I found Deb. She's done a great job with me and she's a pleasure to be around. (I'm a woman) NOT SO MUCH. Gretchen to the rescue! She's awesome and fast with a needle, with state of the art equipment. I had a unibrow I'd battled daily since I was 12 years until I killed it with electrolysis in 2009, so I know electrolysis works, but recently the chin hairs have been doubling up their army. She got all of them plus the suspiciously darkening above-lip hairs in under an hour. So if you have errant hairs growing, go see Gretchen asap. Electrolysis works, it's actually permanent (unlike laser), and will save you loads of time. Plus, she's a tele skier, and who doesn't admire tele skills? TIP: If you've never had electrolysis before, about a half hour before your appointment, take an NSAID and put some lidocaine cream on the area you're planning on having removed. You'll be just fine. It will take multiple appointments for permanent removal, but Gretchen will give you an estimate when you meet with her.

I had trouble booking my appt so I stopped by the shop. I met Kaci she seemed nice and had an opening in a couple days so I booked an appointment for a shellac manicure. I was so looking forward to my appointment but I received a text while on my way to the shop that she was running behind and could I come 15-30 mins later then my appointment time, since I was already on my way there I thought I would just go a head and wait at the shop. I got there and Kaci and her boyfriend were cleaning up, she seemed to be hurring around to clean up and said it was fine that i was there and she would be able to take me but had to sterilize the equipment which took 20 mins?? Kaci left to what looked like a back room to clean/ wash things and said she would be right back. Her boyfriend continued to clean the upstairs while I sat waiting in a chair down stairs. 25-30 mins go by no Kaci and the boyfriend left. My phone rings, its the boyfriend he said Kaci was not feeling well and her sickness had come to a head and I would need to reschedule. I declined his offer to reschedule.
