I complained about wasting 2.5 hours round trip and then she said that I was not nice and she could not work with me. Sure, she sat in air conditioning and could not bother to check to see if I was at the door while I melted in the heat. To make it worse, she never apologized. I cannot recommend anyone who is so lazy and unable to take responsibility for her part in the trouble she caused for me. I can't speak for others here, but I recommend you don't book with Jenna.
