Restored My Faith After a Bad Experience -- Absolutely Incredible!…read moreI'll be honest -- I came to Classic Stoneworks a little gun-shy. I'd had a really poor experience with another countertop company here in New Hampshire, so I was cautious. From the moment I walked through the door, that anxiety disappeared completely. And speaking of walking through the door -- the showroom is gorgeous. Beautifully arranged, professional, and so welcoming. It instantly gave me confidence that I was in the right place. I needed two bathroom countertops in quartz, and this team knocked it out of the park from start to finish. Carolina, the owner, is the real deal. She sat down with me, answered every question I threw at her, and was upfront about their process and commitment to quality. You can tell she genuinely cares about every single customer. Cynthia in sales was an absolute sweetheart -- she took her time showing me around the gallery, never made me feel rushed, and helped me find the perfect quartz for my bathrooms. Truly top-notch customer service. And then there's William, the installer. Wow. He went above and beyond -- did all the caulking, installed both sinks, and the finished result is just gorgeous. The attention to detail is something you rarely see anymore. I have over 35 years in customer service myself, so I have high standards -- Classic Stoneworks exceeded every one of them. If you're looking for quartz countertops, granite countertops, or any stonework in the Londonderry or greater New Hampshire area, do yourself a favor and call these folks first. You won't regret it.

What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. Communication was superb and they made our project fun and stress free. We had them remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We Highly recommend them!

I was looking for standard-sized cabinets that were well constructed and would last a long time. After comparing the cabinets they carried, they appeared as good or better than the other brands I compared them to, and the price for the cabinets and countertop was extremely competitive. Best of all, I didn't get the unwanted sales push that I got from some of the other stores. The owner, Zumra, was extremely pleasant to work with and made several reiterations on the design of our kitchen from my and her ideas to get the best design possible, one that ended up being much better than I was originally expecting.

While sometimes the work may admittedly take some time to be produced and reach a logical point of being able to share, I simply encourage every possible client to understand the magnitude of the investment being made with their project and the incredible importance of ensuring quality over speed when it comes to the documentation that will bring the project to life. I will happily wait for anything to ensure that we get the best possible outcome (and achv design delivers the best work out there) rather than rush it for the sake of having something fast. Would you rather have a filet mignon cooked to perfection or just settle for a drive-thru burger, but in this scenario you pay the same for either option? Obvious answer... Thanks to achv design, we had the opportunity (which I didn't think was an option in this particular facet of the industry) to go through multiple iterations of our rather large addition to our home and utilize the technical nature of the design that achv produces to see what was possible in many different regards, including financially, aesthetically, and rationally. Not only did we have the opportunity to go through the minutiae of the project in detail, and not only did the company help us at every step of the way, but we were able to explore the different options on the interior and exterior and have schematics in hand for each iteration to be able to get pricing, feedback, and to be able to check in with the individuals involved in the process to ensure the investment had its proper checkboxes at each step. Long story, short, achv design is your best option in every which way!

I used this company for my kitchen design. The final product was not worth the price I paid for…read moredesign, cupboards and counters. Lisa's designs did not reveal flaws that developed during installation. We experienced mis measurements that resulted in a 5 week delay. Hardware was ordered incorrectly which required me to find it myself on Amazon in order to keep the carpenter on schedule (the designer was on vacation for the second time during my install). One cabinet was delivered with the wrong measurement and instead of immediately fixing it, the designer suggested to the carpenter to just use a filler which would have created a less than appealing look. My custom designed coffee station sits lower than the rest of the counter (which was not reflected in the design) and required a separate piece of Cambria which honestly ruins the flow of the kitchen and looks awkward and cheap. Two of the cupboards had paint that easily chipped and the designer ignored this flaw not contacting candlelight for me. In conclusion, I cane to the realization that my 50k kitchen was on the bottom of the priority list because I chose to use my own contractors and didn't use the ones suggested by 3W- with double the price tag. I would never use this company again. I felt rushed to decide, unimportant to the designer, and realized my kitchen design on paper had flaws that a designer should have fixed since this was her profession. Hopefully her vacations and house flips she was doing herself were worth it.

So sorry that she went on to another company to design exclusively. I have since used Lisa at 3 Design for assistance in the accessories for my master bath and my guest bedroom. I found that I needed help to expose me to new and different ideas and ways to decorate so I definitely am a fan and will use 3W Design again.
