I scheduled an appointment with her but she wasn't available when I got there. As for the actual installation, it did not go great. The crew was unprofessional and left my house a mess. They needed to borrow my tools and weren't very friendly. I wish I took my photos but here is one. It was a mix of sawdust, whatever this is in the picture, and broken glass. They needed to borrow my tools and weren't very friendly. The price? Not bad. They are reasonably priced. Maybe you will get a better install team. It's a roll of the dice. However overall I'd say go with another company.

So it has the visual attractiveness of marble without the headaches. But for it to be installed properly it requires experience, precision and the correct workshop equipment. See the several horror stories on Houzz, a result of inexperienced installers. After a lot of research I chose A and S stone, Ipswich. Ma Their workshop has all the correct blades, used in the cutting of neolith. And David devotes a lot of time to matching all the slabs and asks the customer to review them. When installation time arrived, David and his son were punctual, and all pieces were installed with perfect alignment. Not a mark or scratch on the floor. Final result: a beautiful Neolith kitchen. I would wholeheartedly recommend A and S stone. They are consummate professionals!

We have visited more than 10 stone yards/showrooms all around Boston. Our experience with Boston Granite Exchange (BGE) has been exceptional. Unlike many other showrooms, BGE staff escorted us to the showroom to see stones. Without pushing their personal preferences, they helped us to select the quartzite that was right for our kitchen, our house, and our taste. They were always there to answer questions and they made it very easy to hold slabs for 7 days. BGE in Haverhill probably has the largest selection of natural stone - and certainly quartzite - in the Boston area. West Bridgewater is smaller but has most of the same stones. We were very impressed with Tricia in West Bridgewater and Dave in Haverhill and they were both knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I would highly, highly recommend Boston Granite Exchange - they are the best of the best in Boston. Thanks Dave and Tricia! PS Don't let their name fool you - they do more than just granite and have a full selection of natural stone including marble, granite, and quartzite. They often have different lots of the same stone so you can select the veining that works best for you. And they also offer quartz as well.

We have never renovated a kitchen or bathroom, so we definitely need an education. Our contractor recommended Select Stone, and specifically Marcelo Araujo. From start to finish, Marcelo and his very tight team took great care of us (and we probably drove them crazy with a million questions). Marcelo: -Got us in for a consultation quickly. -Gave us a LOT of time in the warehouse and educated us on the differences between and individual properties of marble, granite, and quartz (and how each react to heat, chemicals, oils, etc). -Explained that the stone would be sealed at the factory, and told us specifically which sealer to use once the stone was installed and how often to repeat. -Asked us a lot of questions about how the kitchen and bathroom would be used. -Explained the pluses and minuses of regular height and full-height back splashes. -Explained the pluses and minuses of different types of edge/corner shapes -Helped us select a granite that compliments the cabinets and paint color perfectly. -Explained the challenges of working with old homes where every wall was not replaced and if the walls were not completely flat what would and would not work. -Explained that a lot more information would come out of the visit to measure the kitchen and bathroom. -Explained the pluses and minuses of stainless steel and ceramic sink bowls. -Gave us guidance on what types of faucets we should/should not purchase. The measuring team were also fantastic. Thorough, informative, and incredibly helpful explaining the challenges they discovered with the wall behind the stove and the bathroom walls. A full-height back splash would not work behind the stove because the wall was not flat enough. The bathroom walls were also not flat, and in some places there were going to be gaps too big to fill with caulk (and look good). Marcelo was always available for our many questions. If he wasn't in the office, everyone we spoke to seemed to know everything about the project, and were always helpful. The installation went perfectly! We will absolutely use Select Stone and Marcelo in the future, and have recommended them to friends. The only bad part? Our new tenant gets to enjoy all of this, not us!

The product arrived damaged in a location that, according to Cambria themselves, could not have been caused by the customer. It was clearly damaged during installation. Despite this, after months of back and forth communication, StoneOne has refused to take accountability or help resolve the issue. We've had to deal directly with Cambria to address the problem. It's been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had they handled things professionally. Beware--our experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and responsibility.
