Came home and checked online.... the color is completely different Went to the store again. They checked and said -- Sorry it was upside down so I could see the back color ! No problem. The end result is your appliance never gets installed or delivered and if you have any issues you cant directly reach out to anyone and get a solution. I dont think its specific to this Lowes, its a corporate thing. I wish I could give a better review of this Lowes, but this is my only experience with them and they are complicit for outsourcing and hiring such a terrible company.

He told me it wasn't his department but he could help me find what I was looking for. He started looking on one end of the tool isle and I went around the corner of that same isle to see if there were more rachet items on the end cap. There was nothing there so I went back to look in the same area that Todd was looking. Unfortunately when I went back Todd was already half way down the hardware isle heading to the back of the store!!!!
