What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. Communication was superb and they made our project fun and stress free. We had them remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We Highly recommend them!

I was looking for standard-sized cabinets that were well constructed and would last a long time. After comparing the cabinets they carried, they appeared as good or better than the other brands I compared them to, and the price for the cabinets and countertop was extremely competitive. Best of all, I didn't get the unwanted sales push that I got from some of the other stores. The owner, Zumra, was extremely pleasant to work with and made several reiterations on the design of our kitchen from my and her ideas to get the best design possible, one that ended up being much better than I was originally expecting.

We had a few bumps in the road with the COVID virus, but Gary was right there with me the whole way. Even when I changed my mind about drawer pulls and he had to order them a few times so that it was the way I wanted it, Gary never lost patience. If I was going to do a kitchen again, I would only go to NorthEast Cabinet Designs and work with Gary. Thank you for all of your patience!! Heather & Dan

Impressive. When…read moreyou decide to do serious renovations to your home it can be intimidating. Who do you trust and will they do a good job are just some of the concerns that haunt you as go through the process of finding the contractor that suits you. We visited several showrooms for kitchen and bath renovations. What impressed us about SRB is that they have a structured process or in other words a step by step process to determine what you want, what it will take to accomplish that and what you are willing to spend. We decided to redo both our bathrooms with the intent of selling our home in a couple of years so we wanted high end renovations to add significant value to our house. It was expensive but for us it was worth it. They do very high quality work and you get your moneys worth. Good people.

Three service calls and temperature is innacurate, even after being calibrated. The worst part is the oven continues to smoke heavily and stinks up the house and makes food inedible. This is not a mouse issue. This is a bad range. A promised call back never came. I cannot express how badly this experience has gone. I would tell others to shop elsewhere and definitely not buy a KitchenAid range! Shame on you!

I highly recommend you do not use this company for above ground pool installation. Because Bob, the…read moreowner who does the work with his team, did not properly provide a seal to the area where the skimmer goes, our pool has started to leak. Since we thought the issue was one in which we would just need to replace the face of the skimmer box, we took it off. Come to find out, Bob did not account for stretching the water in the pool would have on the liner, so the liner now sags so low we can not put the skimmer face back on. Even after all of this, I called to have a discussion about how we could repair it and Bob's starts off the conversation with it is not his problem. However, when I explained that I was going to consider paying to have him fix the issue, he became more receptive to having a discussion. His action in how he deals with customers is not one that I would want other people to experience.

So let me start by saying this was the BEST pool season ever! That is a HUGE statement considering…read morewe have had this pool for 15 years. I decided with Covid-19 to buy all of my pool supplies in April (the hogging of the toilet paper had me concerned). I also did not want to have to run out for anything. I contacted Matley Pool and Spa in Pepperell. They figured out actually what I would need for the entire summer. I also listened to them on a few pointers. Needless to say, I have not gone to one pool store, or had to bring my water in for testing once the entire season. We opened our pool in the middle of May, it has been crystal clear the entire summer. Prior to contacting Matley Pool and Spa, I bought my chemicals on Amazon, Namco and Walmart. I wish I had kept track over the years of the money I had spent on junk chemicals, and also the number of trips for water testing. I know for sure that I spent way less this year and we also did not have any downtime at all with our pool. Considering the hot summer we had and two young adult children working from home (constantly in the pool) that is truly unbelievable! We will be closing the pool sometime within the next two weeks, I will once again get my closing supplies from Matley Pool and Spa.

We put in a radiant pool and hot tub in 2019 and they are both still in amazing condition and we couldn't be any more happy with them. Even when things need replacing or maintenance we always know were in good hands with Matley. Recently we purchased a ski condo and had problems with the hot tub that it came with. Gary drove almost 2 hours each way multiple times to try and get it fixed, when it wouldn't work he got us an even better hot tub at a very reasonable price. Again we couldn't be more happy. He was honest with us the whole time and never tried to oversell. Matley works within your budget to help accommodate your needs. If your looking for an honest, well priced and great quality I highly recommend Matley Swimming Pools and Spas, I can only give them 5 stars but if I could give them more I would!
