The demo was done quickly and without any major dust or issues as we went with the dustless removal. That team was in and out and very profession. No mess either. The tile crew came in the next day and they were clearly very experienced and cared about doing a great job start to finish. Guy and Mike were fantastic though the entire process constantly chatting with us as they went. We had a few small things that needed to be done and Guy and Mike were all over it. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

This used to be a store where people with limited means could walk in and find something decent and affordable to wear. I don't understand how items that are donated for free are now being priced at $12. That feels like an excessive markup for a thrift store. Thrift stores are meant to serve community members who are struggling and help meet basic needs. Adding the word "vintage" to the name doesn't seem like it should justify doubling prices. It feels concerning that an organization that claims to support children may now be putting additional strain on families who are already having a hard time, especially when the merchandise is donated. The shift reminds me of the pricing philosophy at Goodwill Industries International, which is one reason I stopped shopping there. I used to be a weekly customer. Now I only stop in occasionally if I happen to be nearby. Overall, this has been very disappointing.

Sadly I ran into this again today. I found some material on the ground and set it on a ledge. I asked if they could sell me some of the same materials. The staffer was rude, asked how I'd feel if he went into my car and grabbed stuff. He also said he'd 86 me if I did it again. This was unnecessary and needlessly unprofessional. I simply was putting it into a more obvious place than the ground. After all if I dropped something I'd appreciate someone picking something up if I dropped it. No good deed goes unpunished here apparently. I was so flabbergasted I didn't respond with a better explanation but it's a situation I never should've happened. The entertainment unit was poorly executed, with visible issues like a gap left between the ceiling and one of the planks. On top of that, he left behind a tangled mess of wires, saying he didn't understand how to reconnect my TV. This left me with the added burden of hiring an audio/video professional to fix the problem. He also failed to follow up as promised and has not taken responsibility for the mistakes or made any effort to correct them.
