The only feedback I'd give is to maybe shorten the train ride. 4 hours is entirely too long to go 40 miles round trip. At some point it becomes boring. Also requesting guests to get there 2 hrs before departure is nuts. If you're staying in Sedona or Cottonwood...DO NOT go that early! I don't think young kids or teenagers would enjoy this as much as seniors but I did enjoy my experience 100% The complimentary charcuterie and champagne was a great value as well!

There was a gift shop area that was closed when I went, but looked like it had an assortment of stuff. My favorite part of the Ranger Station was the hummingbird feeders outside. I saw at least ten different hummingbirds of different species flitting around drinking from the feeders and chasing each other around. Helpfully, there were signs around helping to identify the species of birds. Seriously, I have never seen as many hummingbirds as I have during my visit. They pretty much ignore you too, so you can take photos and such. They're not shy! The bathrooms are outside the main visitor area - pretty standard. Great place to stretch your legs.

We had self toured Jerome with our children 30 years ago and the town and area had grown quite a bit. Turns out, it was a slow day and we were the only two people on the Classic Jerome tour. We had been on small tours before and the guide went through the tour quickly and ended early. Not this Guide! Dave S. was a wonderful guide! He took extra time and care with us, a couple Seniors. He enthralled us with constant stories of surrounding towns and Jerome. He has amassed a great deal of knowledge having lived in the area since a small child and with various guide jobs over the years. He actually asked us what we were interested in and took care to allow us to take in the sights and pictures. And in Jerome, since my wife uses a walker, he dropped us off in front of the restaurant where we planned lunch, then picked us up just up the block. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and were very fortunate to choose Tours of Jerome and Dave.

She asked us early on what we were interested in learning. I asked for history. She gave us the history and more of the locations we visited. We hit the airport vista outlook, most of our time was spent at the stupas, and a view of the red rocks including the cathedral and 3 sisters. I was pleased. Lisa had a lot of knowledge on the natives as well. Really enjoyed learning about Sedona.

Sedona was a beautiful relief from the Scottsdale heat. We took the ride through the city up to the Airport Mesa which didn't take too long. We were let off for about 20 minutes to take pictures at the top. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the area and even gave us a show playing his guitar. The location is perfect because after we finished we were able to go walk around all the shops.

We saw "Chimney Rock", "Coffee Pot Rock" (not percolating at the moment..:), Camel Rock, Snoopy Rock, Teapot Rock (very celestial) stopped and toured solo "Chapel of the Holy Cross" (breath taking statue of Jesus, we also surprisingly found a Menorah Christmas Ornament..:), Courthouse Butte, Bell Rock Pathway and Castle Rock. Will also shared with us the history of Sedona, "The Founder, T.C. Schnebly initially wanted to name the post office "Schnebly Station" or "Oak Creek Crossing," but postal authorities rejected them for being too long. His brother, Ellsworth Schnebly, then suggested naming it after T.C.'s wife, Sedona Miller Schnebly, who was known for her kindness and hospitality. A fun informative Trolley Ride, Thank You Will!! I discovered Red Rock Magic Trolley from a Groupon I found online when researching tours in Sedona. I purchased the Groupon, and was able to book our tour for relatively early in the morning (before the weather got too hot). Two days before our tour, I receive a phone call from the company. The woman was very honest; she shared that they overbooked our tour by accident, and they are moving all the Groupon customers to later in the day when they have more availability. The only time that worked for us was 1PM (when it would be miserably hot). I agreed because they left us no choice, but we had to completely rearrange our plans for our trip to accommodate this last minute change. If you are going to offer discount rates, you cannot treat customers differently if they elected to use your discount. THEN, just a couple of hours before the tour, I got another call that the bus was having mechanical issues and that the tour was cancelled. This was our only day in Sedona, and because the tour was canceled only hours before, we were unable to book a tour with a different company. On top of that, we had to go back and forth with Groupon to get a refund because Red Rock Magic Trolley couldn't help us there.
