I specifically asked for a pedicure, manicure and full set at least three times and I never got my manicure so my cuticles feel terrible and she did a terrible job on my full set of nails leaving a gap underneath between my nail and the tip, so water and food get under them and I need to pull them off now or pay someone else to remove them and this all cost me almost $100 for a short set and pedicure with gel, and they never say a word to you after they all you what want, which I get as some go to relax, but usually they ask if you like what they are doing and such. Not a good vibe at all.

I arrived to my appointment and parking was a bit limited because of the food for less that's located in that shopping center. I arrived at 5:59pm. I was helped at 6:15pm not too bad of a wait. They have many many nail colors to choose from. Lee was the name of the nail tech and she payed attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back again I loved the service.

I've been coming to this nail salon for 10+ years! The salon has new machines for pedicure and is always super clean! I always get amazing service! I do my Pedicure every 2 weeks with Paula and my Dip powder manicure with Kim Le or Helen! They always leave me feeling clean and brand new! Never disappoints! Definitely recommend

Walked in one day after needing previous acrylic work removed. Helen did a great job and she was very gentle and took her time. The process was not painful at all and she didn't pop off the acrylics like they do at most shops. I have been a customer ever since that day and see Helen religiously. She does a great job and it's fun talking with her. Very sweet and honest lady. The nail polish selection is very wide and all the employees try their best to make you feel comfortable and satisfy your nail needs. Pricing is very reasonable and if you see something you don't like, they will gladly fix it.

Why would she cut so tiny then ask me if I want it that long. I said no longer. She left the pink nail that short!!!!! Wow. Just wow. Even after I pointed it out she said you can't notice after polish. UM I CAN. I'm looking at my nails all day. Embarrassing and a waste of money. I had Requested coffin shape. & she glued on the tips and started filing with just the tips on. OUCH. They were too pointy for my liking so I explained my concern and she added a lot of powder making them chunky and square again. Very sloppy and lazy work here.

So glad after a couple years I made my way back to this shop. I stopped going here after moving to NP from Chula Vista. But I realize the little drive is worth the travel for the service, nails, and price from this place. They have pretty much every color you can think of- and can do pretty much any requests. I'm Deff a fan and now my mom and gal friend go here too! The shop is very clean - the employees are very accommodating and sweet.

Going to Elina's Nails is like visiting family every three weeks. I've been a customer for the last 20 years pretty much since I turned 18. Lee is my number one pedicurist, I'm not sharing. Helen The owner has a beautiful staff. Thank you so much for all you do. Services Pedicure, manicures, full sets, gel set, waxing. Cleanliness All equipment is autoclaved, which is very important in order not to spread germs or bacteria. Always has clean hot towels and little water bottles. read more

Stopped in for a pedicure. I had gel on my toes and it was removed gently! Service was great and the final gel paint was perfect. No pain, no bleeding and I have sensitive big toes. They feel perfect and look wonderful. I will come back. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I booked in appointment walk in and there was only 1 lady working. I came in for a pedicure she had just finished someone else and I saw her poorly wipe down the seat with no sanitazing She did my toes and made me bleed from 3 toes! She was pulling "ingrown" nails from every single toe that I know for a fact I didn't have. She was super rough, and not that friendly. After she got done with me she didn't sanitize ANY nail clippers, cuticle pushers, cutical remover etc. and proceeded to move on to her next pedi with the same utensils she used on me GROSS! Is she not aware of COVID? Also she's doing nails indoor. I'm going on 3 days and my toe is in so much pain I have swelling and dried up blood from her pulling off my skin. I'm afraid I'll get in infection. I do not recommend. read more

Friendly people - HORRIBLE JOB AND THEY ARE DIRTY! They dont use new files for the hands, that can result in a serious infection with HIV THEY need to improve a lot. When there for a pedi and fill 3 people work on my services and none of they knows how to work. I ended it up leaving half way because she told me she have done with my fill and I still have acrylic around my cuticles. they don't know how to work on the nails. AVOID THIS PLACE. read more

I've been coming here for about 2-3 years ,& I will NOT be returning!!! Out of no where they got a whole new team & it looks like everyone is still in training . Wasted 30$ for nothing. I went in @ 10 && was out @ 12:30pm . That's way to long for just a gel fullset. Nails were so uneven paint job looks really bad , it's only been 5 days && my nails look like I've had them on for about 2 weeks. Helen offered to redo the nail polish but I just wanted to leave so bad !! (Helen is the owner she's the best one there ) Ps- she was not the one that did my nails ! I give 2 stars because she's very nice but it's not worth driving here from eastlake anymore :( read more

I've been coming here since 2012! They are clean, friendly and have great prices, options and a variety of services. They remember you and call you by name. Also, they have new amazingly comfortable massage chairs! The only place I go when I need my nails and toes done is Salina Nails. They do an excellent job, have some of the most up-to-date tools,are constantly adding to their color selection for the gel manicures, and.have wonderful hours. I never have any chipping or broken nails in between services. I highly recommend them Helen, Lee, Stephen, Darren and the whole team do a great job. They are so friendly and easy to work with. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend them to my friends. read more

By far the best place to get your nails done. Other places my nails last about a week or so before the start falling off and every time I come here they last so long. Worse pedicure of my life. Cuts all over my feet. Bleeding and no one gave a damn. I asked if I could have something to clean where I was cut. I was ignored. The whole pedicure was awful. I was in pain the whole time. Couldn't even enjoy it. Waste of money. read more

The service here is so bad!!! Elina is extremely RUDE!!!!! Came in for a pedi and to repair a nail i broke. She was mad because i did not want to do a whole fill with them and said "good i dont want to fill for you you go to your friend" after i said i only wanted to repair a nail I used to come here a while back but due to Elinas attitude and some other ladies attitude i go somewhere else now. Unfortunately my nail girl in on vacation ... Just wanted to warn anyone looking into going here oh and they do not sterilize tools read more

Helen did the pink nails and she did such a great job! From the shape to painting them, I loved them. She was also very kind and patient even when I kept changing what color I wanted. 1st time experience. I walked in and asked for a MANI & gelish.. She asked me if I wanted pedi & I said no, just mani and gel & she asked me again.. listen to the customer and stop being so pushy! I sit and the guy started to file my nails & then he asks me what shape I want. I said oval and he tried to recommend another one when I said one already. My nails were all dirty from the files & the glue that was used to apply the acrylic. I was assisted by 3 techs and none of them were able to notice that my nails were dirty by their job. I didn't said anything cuz I thought they would notice at the end. We proceed to add the color and it was a 3rd person helping now, she messed up a couple times cuz she couldn't do it right. So again someone else came & got them done for me and the other girl just walked away. While removing the messed up nail polish she twisted my finger and cracked and obviously hurt myself. Not once, but a couple times. I'm so disappointed, i usually leave tips but this time I was extremely upset. I will not come back here and I'll make sure my friends and family know about my experience so they won't have to go through the bad experience I had at this place. read more

I got my nails done by a guy (sorry I didn't get his name). I am in love they came out fantastic!!! Just like the picture I took into him to model my nails after. First of all, I called to make sure they closed at 6 like their website/yelp says and the girl working there told me 5:45, which seems to me she just wanted to leave early or make sure no one comes in right before 6. Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore.

This place is definitely underestimated ! I asked for a specific design and showed Helen the picture, and she was able to replicate it exactly the way I wanted if not better ! She checked in with me throughout doing my nails making sure I was was satisfied with the way they came out :)) The price you cannot beat! Any other salon will charge you a bunch for stones, designs, and length/shape. Definitely ask for Helen when you go. Steven was super cool also, they will both take care of you read more

I've been coming here for the past 7 years, and since then Helen has been the one doing my nail's. Helen is a great person she's always helping everybody making sure everything goes right and on time. That's when there's a bit of a wait I don't mind waiting because of there good services. I always recommend my friends there and people who ask me where did I get my nails done. I had one bad experience with a trainee once she left my nails to thin and they broke but Always speak to Helen and she'll help out without a doubt. If your not liking something let them know at the moment instead of trying to bring them down on here. Prices are average, and yeah, will continue to go. read more
