When I walked into the office it was clean looking and smelling very clean and it was very quiet. The reception ladies were very receptive to me. I told her my problem and they got me in within a couple of days. when I got to my appt , sat in the chair, the hygienist asked some questions and said Dr would be right in. He had ordered X-rays first. Gripping the chair tight, I was afraid that when i suggested to pull my upper teeth, he would say no they do t do that, we save them and do root canal'. I have had them and for me it was the worse thing.However, he did not suggest that, he gave me option. I very much appreciated that, it ment to me that, he wanted what I felt was good for me. I chose a bridge and upper dentures. I felt comfortable and given choices I could live with. My next appt. was extractions. Dr Harris explained every thing he was doing and apologized for the pain I had been in. By the time he was done with the first tooth I felt confident I had chosen the right path with the right Dental office. Dr Harris and his staff made me feel secure and comfortable, with fears gone I could finally get my dental needs done. I think the world and all of the staff, each and everyone of them are the greatest ever. Thank you so very much for taking care of this scaredy cat old lady, it's like a huge hug of support every time I go in.

They use technology correctly and efficiently to document care, communicate and make appointments. The kids love this place because they have free slushies. I really dont care about that, but I love that my son doesnt fight going to the appointments because he expects his slushie at the end. The office is modern, clean and they play music - sometimes loud. It's upbeat and fun. A great place to go if you ask me. Dr. Christopher is a very nice man and professional. After my son's…read morefirst orthodontic appointment, I discovered that a staff member had exchanged personal phone numbers with my husband and was communicating with him directly regarding my son's dental care outside of the office. I later learned the relationship became intimate. Although the office did accommodate my request to change locations, the situation left me deeply uncomfortable and anxious about continuing treatment. I believe stronger professional boundaries should exist when it comes to communication involving patients and their families.

Due to my insurance being "state insurance" she could only offer an 11 or 11:30 consult time. After telling her I was a teacher and couln't make it until 4, she continued to only offer the aforementioned times. I had to educate her that just because my insurance was "state insurance" was no guarantee they would even cover ortho. In my experience the state only covers extreme cases, and my child most likely would not be covered. I had to explain that we would be paying cash up front and I just wanted an appointment that would fit my schedule. She ended up "finding something" that would work 7 weeks out. Not worth my time doing business here. Called up Almond Orthodontics and we will be seen in 1 week.
