The staff keep the place clean and treat Whiskey very well. They have been accommodating and helpful when booking his stay. My daughter always gets him the deluxe stay package and is pleased with the attention and care he receives. She also likes the pup dates because that gives her peace of mind when we are away that he's being well cared for. The staff is so friendly and courteous that they wanted to keep Whiskey. Wonderful place and wonderful people. We highly recommend.

It was a…read moreholiday weekend and the weather was not the best but as a pet owner it is upsetting to hear that my dog was not being let out frequently just because of the rain Picked our dog up after staying a Friday to Tuesday holiday weekend because our normal kennel was booked. Was told over the phone dogs were $30 a night and inside there's a sign that says $36 if weighed more than 55lbs which ours is not - we were charged $36 a night anyway making it more than we planned on. The worst part is he smelt and felt like he had been rolling around in his own pee the whole time he was there. I understand accidents happen at kennels but as someone who used to work at one sending a dog home the way ours was is unacceptable and he should have at the very least been hosed off with water if they noticed the run was dirty. He doesn't have accidents at home and has never been picked up from his regular kennel smelling or feeling like this before.

They started taking care of her the moment we walked in the door, they were very gentle and patient and they told me that her appointment would actually take longer than a usual appointment because of her age, that they would likely take lots of breaks and move slowly so she wouldn't get too tired (she has issues standing) or get scared during her shedding blowout. I picked her up and she looked beautiful, so soft and smelled great. They told me she needed help standing in the tub so I'm glad they helped her. Her hair was clipped specifically so she wouldn't get dirty when trying to use the bathroom (little old lady problems) and her nails and paw fur were trimmed to give her better grip when walking on hard floors. Loving the reprieve from shedding, too. They even figured out I was military and told me to tell them next time so I could get my discount but I didn't even bother mentioning it because I figure they earned every penny. Thank you guys for making life a little nicer for my old baby!

Don't be fooled by the cute pets you see running around behind the front desk area. I have had numerous incidents when I put my dog in their kennel. The staff that are responsible for boarding do not care about those pets. It's not clean. My pet always has a negative experience when he is boarded, and the staff doesn't care. They have gotten my dog mixed up with another dog and thought that was funny. During my dog recent boarding, they didn't feed my dog. I measured his food and snacks, and the food and snack returned back with the same measurements. My dog was boarded for two days. I sent a complaint via email and no one from their staff responded. That's very unprofessional.

This vet came highly recommend from a neighborhood FB group but the Yelp reviews don't look so hot…read more (I've noticed most are older). I woke up to my fur baby limping and naturally I freaked and called the vet right away. They fit us right in and we saw Dr. Holland. She is the absolute sweetest vet with a great bedside manner. She took great care of my baby. We also got all of her shots, heart worm etc. The techs were outstanding and very gentle with my baby. We will most definitely be using Dr. Holland as our vet.
