Both dogs appeared to be traumatized when they were picked up. My dog medicines were not administered for his ears. They were very inflamed. My dog food containers were not throughly cleaned and had mold on the lids. Both dogs were wet and not because they were swimming. My granddog had an entire bag of food left, so he probably didn't eat. The staff attending to them during their second stay appeared to be young and inexperienced. They did not report status of the dogs and didn't answer the phone when we called. This place shows all the bells and whistles, but is very deceiving. Please use caution if you choose to reserve your pet. I was very disappointed and displeased with their service especially the second time around.

This includes grooming days, which, I must say are the best because she comes home fresh, clean, and tiptoe silent (boss nail grind!) after a one-stop-does-it-all daycare and groom day. After arriving at the clinic, I was told they do not just do shots, he would also have to get a physical. I was upset that they waited until I drove all the way there to tell me this. I clearly told them on the phone I was taking my cat in for a rabies shot. Feel like this clinic will try and bully you into paying more.
