Extremely disappointed with Pupology Mobile Grooming. We scheduled an appointment for our dog,…read morePenelope, for her very first experience with a mobile groomer. We planned our day around the appointment, and they simply NEVER SHOWED UP. No phone call. No text. No explanation. My mom called the following day, and they apologized and rescheduled Penelope for Thursday. We decided to give them another chance because things happen. Well, Thursday came and... AGAIN -- NO CALL, NO SHOW. Twice. At that point, it's no longer an oversight; it's incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of a customer's time. If you cannot make an appointment, COMMUNICATE. It takes less than a minute to call or send a text. We gave this business a second chance after they failed to show up the first time, only to be treated exactly the same way again. Penelope never even got the opportunity to be groomed. Needless to say, there will NOT be a third appointment. Based on our experience, I absolutely would not recommend Pupology Mobile Grooming. Reliability and basic communication should be the bare minimum when you're running a business.

The outdoor play area is great along with the indoor play area for when the weather is bad, no concrete floors like some other places I visited prior to choosing this one. My lab is off the rails with her energy level and they do an excellent job matching her with other dogs in her play group (energy level) - they both come home happy every time- and cannot wait to go back and play with their daycare buddies (both 4 legged and 2 legged). The staff is extremely attentive to all of the dogs needs from what I have experienced over the past year- that is how long I have been bringing them for daycare (2 times a week), overnight, some training and grooming. The CB team does a fantastic job taking care of my dogs during the day and overnight, giving them cuddles, treats and lots of playtime-

I just moved back to West Columbia and I was looking for a new groomer for my 10 month old golden…read moreretriever. The little dude is a handful as he weighs in around 65lbs. and is very active. He was a mess. He resembled a Sasquatch having a bad hair day. They took him in and told me it would be about 3 hours. They were dead on with the timing and when I picked him up he looked great. He has a very full tail that looks like it could be a "Swiffer" duster and it was straight up when he walked out to me. The look on his face just screamed "finally I got that mess off of me". I brought him home and he just chilled. The whole time I've had him he never did that. Great first time experience. Update: My second visit was a total disaster. I went to pick him up and when I got there they brought him out still wet. So wet one of them tried drying him with a towel. He also smelled bad, one of them used some kind of spray on his rear end. As I stood there I noticed he was bleeding from his right rear paw. They tried to stop it to no avail. It took me 30 minutes with cotton balls and peroxide cleaning up the dried blood and applying pressure to finally get it to stop bleeding. They also apparently tried trimming his stomach hair and cut him up pretty bad with the trimmer. I didn't find that out until I got home and tried to stop the bleeding. To top it all off they also took a spot of skin off of his scrotum. I called back and got voice mail, left a message and no one called me back. To make it worse it was his first birthday too! No way in hell would I take him back there! I found out from a friend who has a business nearby that one of his delivery drivers commented he used to take his dogs there but when he picked them up they were stressed out so he went somewhere else too. Then to top it all off it cost me $150.00 at the vet, one of his ears had a large chunk of something in it, I know I watched her dig it out and he had to take antibiotics for it Beware and stay away from this place.
