We have a great dane/bull mastiff mix and we dreading leaving her stuffed in a kennel all weekend. They have lots of fenced in land and take the dogs out and let them run around while they supervise them. They also have a little house for the dogs in their backyard, with AC/heat, for the dogs to hang out in. They take in your dog like it is their own for the weekend. We have used Sammy's twice now and both times we come back to pick up our pup she is so happy and hanging out inside of their home. We drive 45 minutes out of our way to use Sammy's for our dog boarding and it's so worth it! You won't find anywhere better and you definitely can't beat the prices! This was actually a cute and cozy room with a TV and music playing as opposed to a kennel. I liked that the room felt very private and they even had a privacy curtain for the door. The noise level in the facility when I toured the place was a lot quieter than other facilities which I also liked. It really felt more like a resort than a boarding facility. I also really appreciated all of the daily pictures that they posted on their facebook page to let me know that my babies were ok. The day after their stay, we took them to the dog park and my youngest baby had clearly gained so much confidence around other dogs. She had been a little stand-offish around other dogs but now she runs around freely and at ease.

I found Grooms by Nicole on the web and she worked us into her schedule. Nicole was very sweet and patient with our pup and within about 5 minutes had her nails trimmed (for a very reasonable cost) and we were on our way.
