After a car accident in 2022, I visited their office seeking treatment. In a lot of pain, I filled out a stack of paperwork, unknowingly signing a UCC filing, which gave them the right to place a lien on my assets until the case was settled and the bill paid by my lawyer. I was shocked to later discover that they had filed the UCC immediately, even though I only owed about $100. I didn't find out until my husband and I applied for a mortgage, and I was flagged because of this lien. Despite paying off the debt and never returning after realizing what had happened, this has been a burden on me since 2022. The UCC filing remains on my credit report until 2027, all for $100. I now have to carry around a letter proving the debt is paid, and this filing under my name is public and embarrassing. When I went back to discuss this with them, I was told they had done everything they could. While I understand the need to secure payment, this feels excessive, especially for such a small amount. I feel this could've been handled much better and it's disappointing to still be dealing with the fallout till 2027!

The appointment at a nearby chiropractor was canceled last minute and so I went looking. I called the office and to my surprise (and shock), Dr. Davis answered. Turns out he was working the desk also that day. I thought I'd be brushed off and rushed but it was the complete opposite. The office is small but super clean and well-kept. Christina at the front desk is kind and friendly. The in-house imaging capability made the care quick and seamless and I like being walked through the findings. I felt listened to and Dr. Davis being gentle put me at ease. His bedside manner is amazing. It's only day 2 and I'm already feeling 80% better.
