The chick in the pictures name is YUYU and she has absolutely no business touching another person let alone running a massage business. Didn't even get the full 30 mins, i only got 25. Absolute trash, don't bother with this place, they're just out here robbing people. I suspect they've got such bad reviews they had to change the name of their business in order to escape all the negative reviews. I hope they go out of business all together.

The lady started on my husband first. I checked the time and it was 4:55. I waited for about another 10 past the hour. The lady with my husband kept going in and out of the room to speak with other workers. My husband fell asleep and all the lady kept doing was massaging his head to keep him asleep. She left the room and came back a few minutes later and began to wake him up. I even asked the lady who was massaging me if he was done because the time was 5:45. I know that is 10 minutes before his hour was done but if you take in consideration all the times she left to handle whatever was going on outside of the room she should have made up for it. The lady who massaged me finished at 5:55 when she clearly started after 5:00. As we were leaving of course they expected a tip. The tip is provide a full service and don't try to cut time or not complete a full body massage just because your customer is sleeping. Also, if you leave the room for other than getting a hot towel and have to handle other business don't skimp on your customer's time. I definitely will not be going back. I also do not recommend this place.

The total was $105, and I tipped $20 on top of that...standard 20%. During the massage (while she was working on my back), my masseuse asked if she could lower my underwear, which I said was fine, and then she all of a sudden removed them completely leaving my backside completely exposed on the table. When she asked me to flip over, I had to ask for the sheet so I could cover myself. While on my back and she was massaging my arm, she asked if she could ask me a question. She went into an explanation that she only gets paid on tips, and could I give her more tip. I thought I misunderstood and said I had already tipped, and she said "only $20. Tip more." I said I'd think about it. I was absolutely stunned. We were only about 2/3 of the way through the massage, and I almost ended it right there and left. When the massage was over, she went to get me a water while I was dressing. When she came back in with the water, I saw she had my receipt in her hands. As I got up to leave, she positioned herself in front of the door and said "what do you think?" I reluctantly took the receipt and added another $5 so that she would let me out. I have never in my life had this happen, and I found it absolutely unacceptable and rude. I will never be back, and I will make sure to advise everyone I know to avoid this place.

I strongly advise others not to patronize this business…read more I booked and fully paid for a 90 minute massage with Tom. He spent approximately five minutes on the entire front side of my body, so I gave him a $10 cash tip based on the service I received. Under California Labor Code Section 350(e), a gratuity is money a customer gives over and above the amount actually due for the service. I had paid the full price charged by the business and owed no additional balance. Despite this, Tom come out of the room and confronted me about the amount of my tip. A woman from the front desk joined him, and they cornered me, raised their voices, and repeatedly demanded that I pay more. When I explained that I had no additional cash and could only use a credit card, they became upset about that as well. I felt intimidated, threatened, and unsafe. Following a customer into a lobby and having two employees pressure that customer into making an additional payment is unacceptable. A customer should not be made to feel that leaving is unsafe simply because employees are dissatisfied with a voluntary gratuity. I will not return and strongly recommend that others avoid this establishment.

Originally found this deal on Amazon for a 1/hr massage for $36. I called to see if I could get an appointment for the same day and the owner told me to come in and just pay him directly instead of purchasing on Amazon. I ended up going for a 2pm appointment and enjoyed the massage; even tipped the woman who performed my massage... Just to get home and find out I was short $60. All I took into the establishment was my wallet and when I notified the owner, he backed the massage therapist 100%. He did not act like he cared, he was immediately defensive when I contacted him, and he referred to his business as just "fun" for him so I get the impression he doesn't even take it seriously. I am uploading screen shots of the conversation u had with the owner after my appointment. I also got a bad vibe when I walked in just to see a plethora of men coming in and out, and it looked as if there was more then legitimate massages taking place here. The phone number that I dialed is not even a business landline. It's his personal cell phone that he used to make appointments and send you over to the establishment. I realized I paid up front but the tons of men coming on going were taken straight back. It just seemed like a real shady business to me. BEWARE IF THIS PLACE!! I would suggest you do NOT take your business here!!
