It was a plentiful salad, fresh greens, hard boiled egg, cheese, bacon, cherry tomatoes. Very good. My hubby had the 8 piece nugget and waffle fries. Both were hot and delicious. As we were finishing up our meal the manager brought a cup of ice cream to our table. She said when they have a "white screen" meaning no current orders they give away an ice cream. So we had dessert as well. My husband loved the dessert, to me it was kind of bland. But appreciated. There is an indoor play area so there were quite a few kiddos running around. The sidewalks and parking lot was free of snow, so safe to walk in the resturant. Also the older woman who was the store hostess was polite and helpful, getti g us more water, ketchup and salt. My friend ordered the Cantonese BBQ Brisket, which is his favorite new menu item, and gave me some to try. It had a nice smoky, deep flavor that tasted like it had been cooked for a long time. I can see why he likes it. For the side, you normally get one choice, and I was having a hard time deciding between the fried rice and chow mein. The employee offered to split it half and half, which was perfect. One small thing I noticed was that I couldn't find any chopsticks. There was only a container of forks next to the drink machine, and I didn't see any knives or spoons either. It would be nice if the utensils were a little easier to find without having to ask. Overall, a clean place with friendly service and some good food. I'll probably stop by here for lunch from time to time.

They were taking walk in orders. Called like instructions stated. Young lady said it would be an additional 10 minutes. Normally I wouldn't have understood why it wasn't ready. Being parked on the side I could see all the action. Also there was music playing loudly outside so I was jamming while watching everyone inside bust butt. They didn't stop working the entire time. Right at about 10 minutes a young lady brought my food out. She was very sweet. Pulled out the parking lot and started to munch on my Cajun fries. I don't think I've ever ordered them before. They were hot and fresh. So freaking delicious. Every once in awhile I'd get one with tons of seasoning they were so good I didn't even check my burger just drove home. Of course my burger was done exactly the way I ordered it. It was really good. Nothing was left over. I think the prices are a little high, and that prevents us from frequenting as much as we would other places. But even with that said we will be back again maybe in the summer when we can sit out side at the the tables.

I hadn't been eating KFC because I heard the chicken is bioengineered. Today however, I decided to get a pot pie, being that I hadn't had one in a long time. Well that was a VERY BAD decision. The pot pie I received had something that wasn't food in it and looked like a band aide wrapper. So I had to drive back to KFC to take it back. When I walked in I was totally ignored for at least 3-4 minutes. I was looking at employees look at me, so I know they saw me see them. Still no one said a work. It wasn't until a guy walked in, whom I assume was an employee, family or friend, did anyone approach the counter. And it wasn't until after they had dapped, hugged and greeted that guy, the manager asked if I need something. When I showed her the pot pie and asked what it was she NEVER said a word, nor gave an apology for the inconvenience of me having to come back, she never asked if she could get me something else. NOTHING ! She went in the register, refunded me $5.50 and turned and walked away. Not another word. When I spend my money in a business I expect the customer service to better that what was shown there. What kind of customer service is that ? This visit has two sides because customer service wise they were great. The associate taking the orders was nice and everyone was nice and very professional and they got the food out pretty quickly. But the food was very subpar, I usually get the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwhich and for the most part they've never botched it but for whatever reason the sandwhich was very subpar and not very flavorful. The bread was ok and the chicken was definitely over cooked and hard to chew. The fries were cold and very bland. I've always had good experiences here but something about the food was off today. That's the only reason I'm giving them a 3 Star instead of a 2 Star.
