I know not to expect much for fast food. We ordered a chicken strip meal (8 pieces) with 2 large sides. It was 5 pm, and they were out of mashed potatoes! The high point was they have a young man working the window and the counter, doing a great job, polite and running himself to death. There was also a gentleman preparing the orders working hard. Then there were about 3 others that appeared to be floating around not doing much, even on break at 5pm! I do love KFC, but they keep going downhill. Was so shocked when I order the 3 piece chicken dinner. When I got home I opened the box . And I couldn't believe my eyes . My dinner looked like a kids meal . The leg looked liked part of a wing & the thigh was a pinky size. One bite. and the breat was the size of a regular size thigh for Indys. Which is a good size thigh. I ordered and paid ahead with app. I arrived at restaurant .No one servicing customers at counter. Order setting behind counter .I asked very loudly at least 5 times for someone to hand me my order. They just kept ignoring me for over five minutes until I said loudly that I would be late for work unless somebody handed me my order. I was late for work. They only pay attention to drive through. 3 of the workers with headphones on working drive through.No one doing counter. I work 2nd shift . My company don't tolerate late. read more

This what we ate as kids and it's still just as tasty. This location is always fast, courteous, fresh, hot, and delicious! I have never had a rude attendant and they always speak clearly and read me with a smile. To me that says a lot when you're at fast food. RUDE STAFF. You can only order by using the Kiosk. The chick said, in a crappy tone, 'You have to use the kiosk to order' and she walked away. Had another question, but she just snapped at me again. I wasted no time in leaving. KFC is in enough trouble trying to stay relevant even in KY..the home state of KFC!! Quit hiring these nasty kids who would rather be any where else. This is the closest kfc to the house. It's hit or miss at this location. There is no consistency. The last several visits the staff has been great. Very friendly. I suggest you always check your order before you leave! read more

I went to this location to order takeout for lunch for myself and a friend today. I arrived at 11 a.m., the opening time per the restaurant's website, but the door was locked and it was dark inside. Several customers left because the restaurant wasn't open. I tried the drive-thru, but got a recording indicating it was closed. I went to the Walmart lot to call my friend to decide where else I should go when the restaurant finally opened. I went to the drive-thru, and ordered a 2-piece breast and wing, extra crispy, with cole slaw and green beans, plus 4 chicken tenders and two sides of coleslaw. I did not order drinks. I should have received two combo meals, less the cost of soft drinks. What I received was the 2-piece breast and wing with cole slaw, corn and a biscuit, 2 chicken tenders and one side of cole slaw. I saw the error on the way to my friend's home and came back to return it. When they replaced the order per my request, they still failed to include the second coleslaw and the biscuit on the second part of the order. The quality of the food was only fair. In addition to this, the clerk charged me too much for the two combos, marking the items a la carte instead of combos. We do not plan to return to this KFC location again. read more

Had to call 911!! Well, Against my better judgement and advice my wife decided to stop and pick up a family Pack on her way home. The drive through was wrapped around the business so she decided to go in and place a order. While waiting she noticed many unsanitary situations and action like licking their fingers and only one person had gloves. Only one person was wearing a mask. Well if that was not enough, two employees a girl and guy were goofing off and they got into a argument and started fighting. Some other customers were trying to call KFC corporate and my wife decided to call the police (911). No manager could be found. My wife got a refund and quickly got out of there. What is the point of taking mobile orders and then placing signs on the door that say pick up inside at the counter BUT keep the doors locked instead so people who placed their order an hour ago now have to sit in a drive through line behind 7-8 cars?? And then not answer the phones when people call to pick up their online order? Instead, I see people standing at the prep line eating chicken instead of assisting customers and rudely pointing at them to get in line?? Eating chicken and licking their fingers at the same prep line that they are preparing and serving other peoples food! Someone make it make sense. Edited to add: after 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up the food I ordered and paid for 2 hours prior, my food was greasy, cold, and disgusting. They forgot several items. Also, the "plant based vegan chicken" is fried in the same oil as the regular chicken. My vegan MIL loved that. Y'all make $14 an hour and you're licking your fingers at the prep line. There is war of who has the BEST chicken sandwich. KFC has come out with a new spicy chicken sandwich. So, I decided to give it a chance! I was extremely surprise, how good this sandwich taste. KFC is one of the places that human beings are just hardwired to crave every now and again, I'm just lucky that the one closest to me is actually a good one. For every 5 kfcs maybe 2 actually have their stuff tight, and I hate to say that but it's true. This kfc is probably one of the better ones you can go to. I'm basically a one trick pony when it comes to most restaurants, so I pretty much always order a chicken tender 5 dollar fill up and it never disappoints. Over time they've mastered the tender and every time I go back the tenders are even better. Their potato wedges though rich in flavor sometimes come out soggy. And that's about my biggest complain, other than the occasional long wait time but that happens at every establishment. I absolutely love this kfc and will continue to visit. read more

Food is good, if you can get it. I waited 30 Minutes for 2 Chicken Little sandwiches and a fry. They focus too much on drive through and not enough on the dine-in customers. The inside of this KFC is great and very clean. I usually go during lunch hours thru the drive thru and they are very fast and accurate with the food. I have been during dinner time and they were very busy and it took a while to get my food while dinning in. Big shout out to all of the employees who were working this location at 12 noon to 1 pm today. The placed was slammed and all employees were MOVING to get orders ready for people and they were all smiling and POLITE as well!! Special thanks to the young lady that filled our order after a RUDE customer stepped up and TOOK our order#. He told the employee "you left out my green beans" which she went and got for him. I tried to tell him that was OUR order ticket but he was loud and rude so I didn't get to. Then the KFC employee very kindly realized what had happened because our order didn't have green beans. Shocked by the great customer service and speed of food. Sadly, I've learned to not expect much anymore, but the people working here were very nice. We ate inside, and it was spotless. The best part was the kiosk where you place your order; was new to me and incredibly easy to use. Edit: I spoke too soon. I must have just ran across there one good employee. Can't believe how rude people are here. In the last 3 months I've been here three times and ordered grilled chicken. Today, I ordered grilled chicken and the lady told me they haven't served it here in 2 years. When I told her I had got it here a few weeks ago, she basically told me I was a liar.
