Go there for lunch carry out through the drive-through once every few weeks. Parking lot crowded service a little bit slow and often asked to pull aside and wait for my order. Food typical of an average McDonald's. Overall don't love it. As a McDonald's I would give it a 3 out of 10. read more

I'd been to this location twice now and I must say they have the best tasting fries and chicken nuggets. They come out hot and fresh and the fries are not flimsy or taste of old oil. read more

McDonald's - Chicken nuggets and fries - Burgers Near Me - Okolona, Kentucky

They forgot my cheese burger for my 5 dollar meal deal........................ and I got all the way home and now I have to drive all the way back. read more

It's advertised it's open 24 hours, but it always seems to be closed early in the morning and it just seems like the service and food are very inconsistent. I can't rely on them and unfortunately, I work close by so that really sucks. read more

Located on blue lick and Preston. The location has went at least 3 re models that I know of in last 15 years. So they do care about the upkeep. The lines are never too bad. They can be slower when it comes to breakfast. My biggest complaint is every worker there seems to have English as a second language which leads to a lot of messed up orders unfortunately. read more

I ordered a double cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. My burger didnt have cheese and the chicken was basically a mayonnaise sandwich. This place is horrible and I would stay far away read more

Amazing service! I had a but of a complicated order but these workers were amazing with my order, no mistakes, no problem with paying, and the food itself was quite pleasant. I highly recommended this establishment and cannot be more pleased with my visit read more

First things first - I hate everything about this parking lot. It's not easy to get into this parking lot and it's definitely a pain to get out. No matter if you are here for breakfast or their regular menu, be prepared to wait. A simple sausage biscuit and coke took almost 20 minutes one time. Almost every time I visit, there is a wait. Needless to say, I'll go out of my way to visit a different location instead. read more

ownership look at cash register receipts. they close early nightly between 230 to 330 a.m and claim to be open 24/7. I bet it sucks to pay hourly employees to hang out, listen to music, and party for an hour or 2 while being paid. Drive thru customers dont waste your time after 230, it's pick up or door dash only. read more

Sure I'll be the first to give this chain a 3 Star review. Definitely not the best experience you can get at a McDonald's but it also doesn't warrant a 1 Star review record but then again everyone has their own experiences. This visit has two sides because customer service wise they were great. The associate taking the orders was nice and everyone was nice and very professional and they got the food out pretty quickly. But the food was very subpar, I usually get the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwhich and for the most part they've never botched it but for whatever reason the sandwhich was very subpar and not very flavorful. The bread was ok and the chicken was definitely over cooked and hard to chew. The fries were cold and very bland. I've always had good experiences here but something about the food was off today. That's the only reason I'm giving them a 3 Star instead of a 2 Star. read more

Food okay. Drinks bad. Ice is nasty. Service is okay. Pretty dirty McDonald's even the air feels dirty. Super slow at getting the food out.

The steak egg and cheese bagel was delicious I had extra sauce and extra onions my bagel was nice and soft highly recommend trying if you've never had it . read more

it's a regular McDonald's but without air conditioning. food is decent people are nice but the floor is wet also from condensation

Why are you never open at 7am for walk-in lobby ordering this gets ridiculous every day Monday- Friday

Normally never had an issue with this location during the day . However I've been here 2x recently at night and they've messed my simple order up multiple times. I've ordered McDoubles and received single cheeseburgers. I was charged for the more expensive. Also I've ordered items and was charged and never received them. I won't visit this location again Bc of the night crew on the weekend. Terrible especially for simple fast food lol read more

4-5th time getting the spicy chicken sandwich. They always put nothing on it and it's jus bread and a chicken patty, or it's got a pickle n barely to no spicy sauce. Which would make it a regular chicken sandwich... I ask for spicy for a reason read more

I had a very negative experience 20 minutes ago. As I approached the drive thru window I was told to pull to the side to wait for my order. I waited for 5 minutes and was brought out someone else's order and had to wait an additional 5 minute meanwhile the 5 people who ordered before me had the food ready and delivered and when my order came out my McFlurry was not the one I ordered and at that point had to settle for it because I was now late for work read more

the foods always good, but they act like the sauces come out of their paycheck. dude in the back was so sassy about it

Absolutely angry with the service that my Husband and I received this evening at McDonald's in Okalona. My standards for McDonald's isn't very high considering it's fast food but there's no excuse for handing my husband a hot fudge sundae with the lid halfway on and completely sloppy/over-filled, only to have it explode everywhere and not even apologize or offer to give us another one. We won't be back for the simple fact that this could have easily been fixed with an apology and maybe a handful of napkins since more than half of it spilled all over my vehicle.. read more

When I ordered a 10pc nugget meal I had to wait 25 mins just to get my macchiato and the food was already soggy and cold. THEY COULD ATLEAST MAKE EVERYTHING FRESH!! This location sucks. read more

I just went through the drive through and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal with fries, a quarter pounder meal, and two double cheeseburgers. In my bag was a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, a quarter pounder and two Big Macs and there were no fries. I also ordered 3 large cokes and got two large cokes and a large Dr Pepper. I went inside to get the double cheeseburgers and it took them 30 minutes to get the fries and burgers. The guy behind the counter was super nice but it wasn't enough to give a better rating when almost my entire order was wrong. read more

My order is always right and comes out fast. I usually use the drive thru which is quick to get you in and out. I dislike the parking lot because its a "U" so if you miss something you have to drive back onto the street to get back into the parking lot. It's not the cleanest of restaurants which is why I took the rating down, but the staff are always friendly. They usually give my daughter a kiddie cone when we go there, which is often! read more

Im disappointed , my food was cold they didnt cook my crispy chicken all the way right . I bite into my sandwich and its cold in the inside . If i really wanted cold food i would went somewheres else . Very sad i tried calling them 3 times and the first time they answered and i asked to speak with a manager then hung up on me and the last 2 times i called they did not answer . read more

This McDonald's was completely torn down and rebuilt. It only reopened last week. On my visit, i was the only one in line and had to wait while two employees discussed how much to charge another customer for cookies. Finally a manager alerted them to my presence. New McDonald's: Same poor customer service! At least they got my order right this time. Drive-thru opens at 4:00 a.m. read more

I will never go to this McDonald's ever again. We sat in the drive thru more than 15 minutes just to pay and get our food. The cashier made no attempt to apologize! This is what happens when you hire incompetent and unintelligent employees!!!!! read more

Here on Christmas day. There's a line out the door. One gentleman in particular young guy is doing a great job of looking like he's working but is standing around talking to everyone and not working. Took twenty minutes for them to make our order wrong. I get it's Christmas but this is ridiculous. read more

If there were a way to give less than one star, I would do it. Stopped here today on our way home from a medical appt. Ordered a burger and fries for my ill husband and an egg mcmuffin for myself. No crowd, no line. Our food was ready quickly EXCEPT I was asked to pull up to wait for the egg mcmuffin. I pulled up and waited over 6 minutes. Went in the restaurant and nobody there had any idea I was waiting for said egg mcmuffin. 3 workers began to discuss the situation and play the blame game but still no one made any move to cook an egg mcmuffin! I finally requested my money back on the item because by this time my husband's food is quite cold. They looked at me like I had grown two heads but nobody moved toward a register either. I ended up leaving extremely angry and without the egg mcmuffin that I had already paid for. This McDonald's is known for bad service In my neighborhood but lately has risen to a new level of awful. Not one person on some shifts knows how to prepare a frappe. How about not adding things to the menu that your workers can't be trained to make? The egg mcmuffin ordered at 4:20 in the afternoon proved to be the undoing of the entire staff. These are the folks demanding $15 per hour? Sorry, I think not! And while I'm at it, just because I'm so very angry, last summer I had my three grandkids at a table enjoying lunch. My grandson happened to look up and the huge opaque light fixture above our heads was FILLED with dead bugs! Ick. read more

I don't know what is going on here, but this may be the most mismanaged Mcdonald's I have ever been to. Too many people standing around with one ill equipped kid at the cash register. The wait for food is astonishingly long and it seems from the number of people returning to the counter never quite right. The people associated with this store should be embarrassed. read more

I'm posting this in hopes of other past employees that have worked at this location, and have been harassed by the (GM ANNA) will see this and call the U.S. Department Of Labor, as I did! I first made a statement, which was accepted and next will be a scheduled interview! They also took my statement to which Anna refused to pay me for my last week at this location, which is completely against the law, no matter what the situation! A lot of the employees that I worked with told me about many other people that have quit and how she talked to them, and even the ones that still work there!! Her own daughter told me how a customer complained about her being racist, and let me tell you that I agree 1000%!! If you still work there, or are a previous harassed employee, don't hesitate to make the call!!! It's the only way we can put a stop to this, and let her know we're done with this type of inhumane treatment!! read more

Customer service is always horrible. How hard is it to at least say "thank you" when you take my money. Most of the time I feel like I am anoying the employee for ordering my food. I never get my sauce with chicken nuggets. I only go to this location because they are open all night. I'd rather get something than nothing. Management changes are definatly needed! read more

No trouble with the food or service but way too cold. I told a employee about it and was told they complained about it all the time but management didn't respond. My grand kids enjoy going there with me once a week, as a treat, but they said not to go back as this isn't the first time it has been too cold. read more
