The application, inspection, move-in, and signing processes were all very easy and fast. Ben is very helpful, and while most residents keep to themselves; everybody seems to reciprocate respect towards each other.
The following amenities:
Community (Building-Wide): Fitness room, bike storage and maintenance (room), public transportation (close to H-line), recycling, sport court, package room, on-site Leasing, on-site maintenance, elevator(s) (kinda, they work and are brand new! One is sometimes out of service most of the time, all the time) xD, parking garage, outdoor courtyard, pets allowed with fee, pet wash station, mailboxes w/ outbound mail, access controlled property (I saved like 80 bucks on renters insurance! You could try and haggle your car insurance company and say it's in a locked garage too, but often times they just go by zip code. :(...), security cameras on public areas of property, and lobby area with an Xfinity Wi-Fi Hotspot. Wi-Fi Motion Technology is scary and disable it if you don't agree with the Health Information Policy of Washington State. No thank you! You're in luck though, because you have other options than just Comcast. You can also just turn this feature off.
