May 18, 2024 I just wanted to right a short review on the great experience I had with Elevation Real Estate and Realtor/Founder Eddy O'Sullivan: Eddy is very personable and friendly Eddy and his staff are very knowledgeable about the San Francisco Tenancy in Common Market ( this is very important when a seller is trying to educate a potential buyer about a TIC purchase) Elevation Real Estate will give a potential seller a choice about how a property is to be prepared for sale. There is no insistence on high end and costly staging procedures Elevation Real Estate has very good sources they can recommend when it comes to build inspections, mortage lender contacts, etc. Eddy is always good about returning a client's phone calls Because of Eddy's knowledge and attention to detail I was able to get 11% over our asking price Steve read more

We recently worked with Eddie and the Elevation team on the sale of our Dogpatch loft condo and couldn't have picked a better realty partner to have on our side. Eddie and team are incredibly professional, hard working, responsive, and high integrity. My husband and I have worked with other Bay Area realtors in the past, and the Elevation team was notably a step up in their organization, marketing, and communication. We sold our condo as we prepped for a move down to the Peninsula and readied for the birth of our first child. Luckily, Eddie made the selling process as turnkey and stress-free as possible. He helped facilitate a remodel of our place through an agency partner to get our unit up to a more modern standard and command a higher price. Remodels can of course be time-consuming and overwhelming, and yet with Eddie's resources, our remodel was smoothly completed in 3 weeks with minimal effort on our part. Additionally, the Elevation team's systems made dealing with the selling paperwork quick and easy. Our home sale also benefitted from Eddie's extensive knowledge of the market and his strong connections. He was proactive about reaching out to buyers' realtors, lenders, our HOA, and others in his network to inform the selling process. Through it all, we trusted his advice and expertise to guide us through the negotiation process. He was honest and forthright in his assessments, and also gave good advisement on how to proceed through the offer negotiations that worked out in our favor. We wholeheartedly recommend Eddie and his team for your real estate needs! read more

The first time I met with Eddie, I thought he would be my second choice because he was so relaxed. Then I realized that if he is that relaxed yet so knowledgeable about the market, he must know the area and the strong points about my property. And he did. He pointed out all of the things my unit had that the others did not, and he convinced me that that is why my property would sell fast. So we talked about that and spent some time talking about price point and then I handed it over to him. In this market, I had 2 offers within 10 days and one was all cash and a quick close. So I am a happy camper and I strongly recommend you talk to him as his strategy and marketing plan is spot on! Not to mention his quick follow up and the strong team behind him Mary Farrell read more

Eddie and Hayley are absolutely the best!! My husband and I were looking to buy our first ever home and had no idea how to start the process. One of our friends highly recommended us to reach out to Eddie and Hayley, and that was the best thing that ever happened to us!!! From the very beginning, Eddie was really helpful in walking through the process and setting expectations. We were quickly introduced to Hayley, who took us to private viewings and open houses. They really take the time to go through all my questions and that has been very helpful given we were new to this. We did hit some bumps in the road during the offer process (thanks to the crazy housing market in SF), but Eddie and Hayley provided great advice and continuously kept us informed. Let's just say I would've been way more nervous and stressed out if it weren't for Eddie and Hayley. They are really good people that look out for you, and I really appreciate that. Even after our offer was accepted, the Elevation team was amazing in keeping us informed on what the next steps are. I loved the timeline they created for our closing process because I can track what we need to be doing every week. Eddie and Hayley understood what we wanted in our dream home and we are EXTREMELY happy to have found it through them! Thank you Eddie and Hayley for everything!! read more

Eddie O'Sullivan and Hayley Kerstein made my dreams come true with my new home. Buying or selling a home in San Francisco is a *process* and there is no one I'd rather be partnered with than these two professionals. They listened, kept me consistently informed, provided good data and were pros at negotiating what I needed to make my dream home come true. It started with just a call to Elevation Real Estate to make my dream home a reality. I'm so glad I called them. read more

Hayley and Eddie were absolutely wonderful to work with. Being first time home buyers in a very competitive market was daunting to think about, but Hayley and Eddie explained the steps and made sure we had everything in order to make the process go smoothly. Then the fun began of going to see houses all over the city. Hayley and Eddie were genuinely invested in helping us find our perfect home, they would respond immediately to our questions and texts and set up viewings day or night for us. Hayley and Eddie were instrumental in helping us find and purchase a home that was truly perfect for us, in our budget and with our unique wish list items! I would highly recommend Hayley and Eddie to anyone looking to find their perfect home in San Francisco! read more

Elevation Real Estate - Dream home dream view in San Francisco thanks to Elevation Real Estate!!! - Real Estate Services Near Me - San Francisco, California

I started working with Eddie and Hayley because a few friends had worked with them before and told me how amazing they were. Even with that intro, Eddie and Hayley far surpassed our expectations. From house viewings, to prepping offers, and through the rocky funding stages they were there guiding and coaching us through. My wife and I were just sponges trying to absorb all of their expertise. There were definitely hard moments in the process, but they were right there with us proactively working with the selling agent and mortgage broker. Eddie would break things down, so I could follow along. Then he'd spend the time to go through scenarios and we'd come up with plans if needed. It was so invaluable. We ended up getting the home of our dreams, had the best buying experience, and made new friends along the way!!! read more

Had a fantastic experience with Eddie, Hayley, and Elisia. It was my first time selling property in California and I had no idea what to expect. The team at Elevation walked me through the process and handled everything on their end, from preparing a selling plan to handling the open house and fielding the offers. I felt that I could trust them to own the process and fill me in with weekly updates. Ended up selling my apartment within a few weeks. I would definitely go to Eddie and his team again in the future! read more

We were blown away by the responsiveness of Hayley & Eddie. They came highly recommended by the local bank (Bank of SF) and within 5 minutes of me writing an e-mail late Sunday night, we received a call from Hayley to help walk us through our first time buying an apartment/TIC. We went from knowing nothing to winning our bid in 4 days. On a personal note, Hayley & Eddie are insanely nice people who are a joy to work with. There are a lot of quirks with TIC's that they helped us navigate. Overall, it was a really smooth process with their team, and they helped us deal with bumps along the road including losing our co-tenant neighbors. Hayley & Eddie are definitely on your side, and they'll get the job done quickly, responsively, and with no hassle. Highly recommend!! read more

Eddie, Hayley, and team are nothing short of top notch. They were patient and diligent in explaining the process of purchasing a home, helped navigate the market with expertise and experience, and guided me step-by-step through the laborious closing process. Hayley was absolutely fantastic to work with and was able to quickly get a feel for what I was looking for and address my needs, sometimes before I even really knew what they were. In essence, Elevation has been a true partner during my home buying experience, and I really could not have asked for a more professional and service-oriented team. read more

We worked with Hayley and Eddie (primarily Hayley) on purchasing a single family home in the first half of 2019. We had previously had a great experience working with Eddie on the purchase of our condo in 2013, so there wasn't even a question of who we would call when we were ready to make our next move. A wave of press articles about imminent tech IPOs and a lack of inventory made the SF real estate market in the first half of 2019 fiercely competitive for buyers, particularly since our criteria were the most in-demand: A classic (Victorian) single family home in one of a few select neighborhoods with an excellent walk score, great local amenities, great schools, and easy access to public transit. Hayley and Eddie applied their superior knowledge of the SF market to help guide us through the process, and exercise care and discipline in working with us to make offers. While we were outbid on several of our early offers, Hayley and Eddie made sure that our bids struck the right balance between being competitive and not overpaying. They showed great care in ensuring that we didn't overpay rather than just trying to get a quick deal. Even after being outbid on several homes, Hayley continued carefully monitoring the market and literally pounded the pavement on our behalf, visiting several properties and speaking with brokers on the small handful of available homes that might meet our criteria. They say "luck favors the prepared", and that's exactly how things turned out. Thanks to Hayley's focus on what we were looking for, detailed knowledge of local SF neighborhoods, and relentless tenacity in viewing properties and speaking with brokers, she ended up finding us a unique opportunity for us to make a winning bid on our dream home after an earlier deal with another buyer had fallen through. We couldn't be happier, and thank our lucky stars that we had Hayley working on our behalf. If you want to work with a real estate agent who you can trust, who will listen carefully to what you're looking for, and who will be relentless in working on your behalf, look no further. read more

Eddie, Monika, and Hayley helped me find and purchase the home I always dreamed of. This was my second home buying experience and I felt so much better this time around because of the team. They really held me close, developed a strategy with me, and helped me execute it effectively. Considering how crazy the market is and the area I wanted to live in, I did not think I would be successful but their patience, confidence, and responsiveness made it all possible. They didn't want to just get the job done; they embraced my vision and made it happen. They helped me pass by homes that didn't meet my vision when I grew impatient and sought out a home I never dreamed I could get and showed me why it was possible. Thank you Elevation Real Estate--you made it so fun I almost want to do it again!! read more

Hayley and Eddie have been amazing partners in our house hunt. They have made a stressful and at times heartbreaking experience fun and exciting. They have great knowledge of the market, make great recommendations for how to add value to a home, and understand our preferences extremely well. We have already recommended them to one friend and will be recommending them to more when the opportunity arrises. read more

I can't say enough good things about working with Hayley and Eddie. Having Haley as our agent to find and buy our first home was an incredibly positive experience, I had no idea that relators could be such invaluable allies. They guided us through all aspects of the process and were reliable go-tos for any information we needed. I don't think we would have survived trying to buy a house in the SF market without their help. Hayley set up a weekly phone call with Hayley where we discussed potential properties, the trends and state of the market, and covered any other topics on our mind. Hayley helped us get a better loan rate when she thought ours was coming a bit too high. Once we were making offers, she walked us through every step of the process, always making sure we were prepared and comfortable with what was coming. Even after closing she continues to help us with random questions. I am enthusiastically recommending Elevation to anyone I know who is in the market in the Bay Area and will certainly look to them if I ever find myself looking to buy again. read more

Eddie and his team far exceeded our expectations when we sold our home in San Francisco. We chose them largely due to the high quality of their marketing, which puts bigger realtors to shame. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process so easy and straightforward for us that we actually had fun doing something we assumed would be very stressful. Eddie's advice and direction were always on target. In the end, we couldn't have been happier with the result. Thank you, Eddie and Elevation! read more

Eddie, Hayley, and the rest of the Elevation team are incredible. We moved from Texas to San Francisco earlier this year and were completely new to the Bay Area housing market. We didn't know whether we wanted to rent or buy, we didn't know what neighborhoods we wanted to look at, we didn't even know exactly what kind of living space we wanted. Eddie, Hayley, Aashiyana, and James are the reason we now own our dream home. The first hurdle was helping us think through whether to rent or buy, and on what timeline. They worked with us at our pace. We never felt rushed or pressured into a decision, but if we ever had a question, we received a thoughtful, insightful response in short order. Once we decided to buy, Eddie and Hayley were indispensable. They accommodated every request we had to visit properties, regardless of how short the notice was. Beyond that, they earned our trust by giving us fantastic advice over and over again. That's in part because they are really good at what they do and have been doing it for a long time. But it is also because they are intentional about giving each of their clients individual, specialized attention. They thoroughly researched properties we pointed out as potentials so that they could help us think through whether it was the right fit for us. On several occasions, they identified red flags that we would have never noticed. They were constantly thinking creatively about ways we could score a deal. And it was because of their thoroughness and creativity that we were able to find an incredible deal on a home in a city where incredible deals are few and far in between. Once we went into contract, the entire Elevation team handled the closing process seamlessly. They have a network of lawyers, lenders, movers, locksmiths, and more to help make the transition as smooth as possible. And every single referral they have provided to us has delivered the same top-notch service we have come to expect from Elevation. If you are looking to buy or rent in San Francisco, you will not find better help than the folks at Elevation. You'll also be hard pressed to find better people. Eddie and Hayley are incredibly fun and kind individuals. They were encouraging and supportive throughout what can be a stressful and uncertain process and were genuinely a pleasure to spend time with. Throughout all of this, they've become our first friends in a new city. We plan to rely on them and their network for all of our future housing needs and could not recommend them more highly - as professionals and as people. read more

Eddie and Hayley have been an absolute delight to work with. We found elevation through a realtor I worked with a few years back. He put us in touch with Aashiyana and from the get go, she was very proactive in following up and keeping us informed. We spent a couple hours during the first visit talking about our needs and coming up with a Plan together. Aashiyana and Eddie were very receptive to our needs, asked us the right questions to gather all that they needed and in a few days we started receiving emails via their website based on our criteria. We honed this list further in a weekly call with Aashiyana. We were partly lucky with both an awesome agent and the market, we were able to get through and find a home in a matter of weeks. I cannot thank Aashiyana enough for helping us with the paperwork(which is quite intimidating and onerous in itself), being in top of it and during the negotiation process, patiently answering all our questions at anytime and also guiding us through this hyper competitive SF market. It's been a month since we moved in and we are really loving it here. Thanks so much Eddie, Aashiyana and the elevation team. read more

We were recommended to Elevation Partners through a mutual friend and we were very happy with the experience, especially as first-time homebuyers. Before we'd even signed anything Eddie and Hayley walked us through the entire process and answered any questions we had. They were incredibly thorough and we left with packets of information to reference. Once we signed and explained what we were looking for they started sending us listings. Each week we had a phone call to go over the listings they'd sent that week and provide additional information for any open houses that weekend. Once we'd gone to the open houses they reviewed what we liked and didn't like and continued to tailor their recommendations. Very quickly we found a house we liked and decided to put in an offer. Eddie and Hayley were available every step of the way and gave day by day and sometimes multiple updates throughout the day. They advocated for us through each step of the offer and ensured that we got exactly what we wanted. Bay Area home buying is known to be a long and stressful process, but they made it painless. After we closed they even helped us navigate the HOA and gave recommendations for some work we wanted to get done. My wife and I would highly recommend working with Elevation Partners. read more

Eddie and Hayley have been tremendous partners in our real estate endeavors. They've partnered with us and guided us through the process of buying and selling multiple homes, most recently in the COVID real estate boom. Their counsel through the experience of seeing homes go significantly over asking price in the Bay Area was one of patience and value. Each time we got to the offer stage on a property they helped us weigh pros and cons to determine the real value of the property and how it would hold up as an investment in our lives as well as finances. But it doesn't stop there, when it came time to sell our first home they helped us prepare everything from making upgrades, to staging, to navigating the complex sale process of a TIC. Ultimately we sold for a price we were quite happy with. We highly recommend working with Eddie and Hayley, they are a dynamic duo who will help you navigate any real estate transaction. read more

Hayley Kerstein was our lead agent. We couldn't have asked for more. The trust level was as if a member of our family was guiding us through this process. This trust was earned through her knowledge of the intricacies of bay area real estate (there are many) and her work ethic. (it is unparalleled) She saved us from multiple pitfalls and possible disasters while gently steering us toward the best possible outcome. She respected our choices without exception, tirelessly presented every possible option and backed each of those options with all the data, reports, background and, most importantly, deep unsaid, read between the lines cues that only someone with abundant experience can extract from the info provided. She was as hardworking as I could have thought possible while keeping us on track to achieve our goals. Home buying can be a very difficult process in the bay area. Real Estate agents must have additional skills in their tool kit to operate on the highest level here. Hayley has honed those skills and uses them to the absolute best advantage for her clients while Eddie, who has a lifetime of very valuable experience in this market, and the rest of the team play very integral roles throughout the process. The sum of these parts is the best possible experience with what is most likely the largest purchase in your life. (No big deal right?) This team is rock solid. We got our dream house, an amazing deal AND the most epic view to wake up to everyday for the rest of our lives. read more

Hayley & Eddie are truly top-notch realtors! My husband and I were first time sellers. Hayley & Eddie helped us sold our townhouse during Covid-19 within 2 weeks (mind-blowing right?). They have so much knowledge about the local market. They are incredibly generous with their time. And they gave us really honest opinions and suggestions throughout the whole process. Not to mention all the mental support I got during the sale. Selling in the middle of a pandemic was definitely stressful. Hayley offered me a lot of personal support and reassurance based on her professional experience. The marketing material they prepared (photos, video, floorpan, etc) was the most impressive we've seen (as two time home buyers, we've seen hundreds of listing materials). We are still in shock at how easy and smooth our first time selling experience was. We feel extremely lucky to have worked with Hayley & Eddie for the transaction.
