We just both bought our new home and sold our previous home with Sherri's team and couldn't be happier. After interviewing 4 candidates, we selected Team Howe to be our buyer's agent because of their extensive experience in the market we were interested in, because of their attention to detail, their willingness to negotiate about price, and the examples they provided in pointing out red flags to previous buyers. Also, very important for us, we wanted someone honest and reliable who wouldn't cut corners, and we got that in Team Howe. Sherri assigned an excellent primary agent to us who was patient, thorough and reliable, while she and her team provided additional expertise where needed. As a combined team, they were always available. With her extensive experience, Sherri was able to provide more background to some of the pros and cons we found in properties we were considering, and was crucial in pointing out the irregularities in a TIC agreement we were considering. After our positive experience as buyers, we retained Team Howe as seller's agent for our previous place. Even before we had moved out of our previous place, Sherri and her team got to work and got all the contractors in back-to-back on one day for quotes. After our move-out, the same contractors came in to prepare the property for sale on an equally tight back-to-back schedule. Sherri and her team did an amazing job in advising us on the painting (down to the very colors), staging and marketing of the property. They created interest and we accepted a winning offer 2 days after the first open house. We sold at a price higher than an identical unit in the building in the same building a few weeks earlier! The 8-day close period was intense, but Sherri kept her team on track. All in all there were 6 weeks between our move-out and selling our previous home. We highly recommend Team Howe. read more

It's hard to put into words just how it was to work with Sherri&team in the sale of my home. I had been stressed about the process for a long time leading up to the inevitable. But her team made it effortless, stress free, soooo easy. I consider myself organized but she takes it to a new level! Whenever I wanted to check on where things were at, I just went into the online system they use for tracking and could see what appointments were scheduled, when work would happen. While there was A LOT to do from getting all my furniture donated to painting, floor refinishing, repairs, garage cleanup, even supporting my upstairs neighbor, her team did it quickly and quietly all while I sat on a beach in Spain. Michael who did all the prep work is incredible. He even made sure my upstairs neighbor was happy. I need one of him in my life. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. read more

If you're looking for a highly-skilled, incredibly detail-oriented, proactive, intuitive, makes-your-life-easier-in-a-thousand-ways, humorous and fierce advocate of a realtor, look no further. Truly, Sherri and her team are THE BEST. I worked with Sherri and her then-teammate Kristen to sell my condo a few years ago. Of all the realtors I researched and interviewed, she was hands down the most prepared and thorough in her analysis of our home, current market conditions, and plan to get us top dollar. It made picking a realtor a no-brainer, which surprised me because I was scarred after having an awful experience with a prior realtor who I thought I'd done a good job researching and vetting. Sherri and Kristen worked tirelessly to get my condo ready for sale. They staged, they chose specific and reasonably priced home improvements to make that would maximize the sale price, they pretty much single-handedly managed those home improvement projects (meaning I didn't have to be home to let people in/out or supervise). This was hugely helpful, as my husband and I had demanding in-office jobs at the time plus a one-year old and an elderly deaf dog (who we needed to assure was safely contained when we weren't home and workers were going in and out). Ultimately, we got two offers before our first open house and sold our condo for over 25% of our asking price (plus an amazing month-to-month 12-month rent-back option that included a few months of free rent), which was amazing and opened up new buying opportunities for us for our next home. I can't speak effusively enough about Sherri and her team. I strongly recommend them to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. We've had two friends works with Sherri to sell their homes after we did and they both had amazing experiences, as well. read more

I decided to work with Sherri's team after interviewing several agents. This was late 2022, so a super tough market for selling condos in SF! Despite that, Sherri and Savinie managed to sell my place within 2 months. Sherri excels at communication and is incredibly detail-oriented (she even found a storage room that I didn't realize I had by looking at my building plans!), and her analytical approach to comps helped our negotiations. I feel like she could have handled the entire sale of my house without me doing anything, but to save money I pushed back back on some of her decisions like picking my own stager and recoating my bathtub myself. Although she had strong opinions (which were all correct) about how to present my house, she was willing to let me do these things which I really appreciated. I want to give a special shoutout to Michael from Brava - he was funny, easy to work with, cost-conscious, and went WAY above-and-beyond with house prep! He even repainted a large portion of my condo himself. Sherri is SUPER organized and getting our paperwork in order was a breeze. The only thing I would note is that the platform we used for disclosures (Glide) asks the seller to attach documents, but Sherri only told me afterwards that I shouldn't attach them there. Apparently my neighbor who was selling with a different agent had the same problem :). I did get comp estimates from multiple agents before working with Sherri, and her comp was one of the highest I saw. My house ended up selling for about 7.6% less than her initial list price and pretty much exactly what another agent estimated. So based on that, I do think her comps may be on the more optimistic side. Regardless I was very happy with how Sherri handled the sale and would not hesitate to recommend her, especially in this difficult market! read more

Brava stands out for its systematic, formulaic approach to real estate--unlike any other agents I've worked with. They've represented me in two deals, going above and beyond at every step. Proactive, trustworthy, and fiercely invested, they negotiate as if it's their own money. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I recently worked with Sherri to buy our condo in SF. She came very highly recommended to me by a close friend from high school who used Brava to sell her condo and buy a new single family in SF. We had tried working with two realtors before Brava and were frustrated with the lack of attention we received. Not many agents are willing to go through disclosures with you and highlight items you may have missed and then proactively reach out to the sellers agent to get answers. Sherri is a straight shooter and working with her and Savinie was a breath of fresh air. I wholeheartedly receommend working with Brava, you won't regret it! read more

We first met with Sherri and her colleague Ceily when we began exploring the possibility of listing our property. We weren't quite ready to proceed at that time, but we had several interactions with them in the meantime as we continued our home search. We appreciated Sherri's data-driven approach to evaluating potential properties and in support of writing offers. When we were finally ready to list our property, Sherri's team was fantastic to work with. Michael, the designer who helped with fix up and staging, was detail-oriented and respectful of our space prior to our move out and while coordinating vendors. The vendors selected all clearly had established relationships with Sherri's team, and they did a great job in prepping for sale. Sherri and Ceily were open and honest during the listing process, and ensured that offer review and steps to close all went smoothly. It was a great experience working with Sherri and her team, and we will definitely be reaching back out for their assistance when we are ready to purchase our next property. read more

Let me preface my review by stating I did not enter into a listing agreement with Ms. Howe or another member of her team. Several months ago, I had Ms. Howe's team merely provide an assessment of a probate property, which I was assigned to administer, along with an overview of some options available to me. After conferring with other agents, I only recently entered into a listing agreement with an agent who was not employed by Ms. Howe. When a representative of Ms. Howe's team reached out to me and inquired about my decision for the property, I advised I had listed with the other agent. I was then asked to provide feedback. I graciously provided my feedback, and I thanked Ms. Howe's representative for the effort and information they had provided me. Ms. Howe did not like my response and wrote me a scathing email, where she said I had been "disrespectful" and that I had "knowingly" wasted her team's time. Ms. Howe's response to me was rude, unprofessional, and frankly emotionally immature and unbecoming of someone who according to their own profile, has earned a high ranking among agents by "doing things the right way." If my experience of Ms. Howe is how she represents her profession, I would advise "not wasting her valuable time" unless of course you do not plan to consider a myriad of other realtors available to you. read more

Buying & selling your home is not something you do often in life and I've had the pleasure of going through both with Sherri. She was able to guide my first-time buyer and seller self through each step of the process and there is not one milestone that passes without me feeling grateful we have her (and her amazing team!) by our side. Our most recent experience was in January of 2023 where Sherri listed our condo in SF for sale. Fall & Winter of 2022 was a challenging period for real estate as rising interest rates, economic uncertainty and company layoffs pushed buyers to wait on the sidelines. As a first time seller, I knew little about how the market will fare and even less about the process bringing a property to market. Sherri, Savinie & Michael guided us every step of the way from conducting a thorough walk through and notation of high impact improvements, to scheduling and executing appointments with vendors and giving us direct product recommendations. In the end, every decision was up to us but they were thoughtful and patient in answering our questions as we questioned certain details. Let's just say first time seller + anxiety = tricky combo. But boy, did they deliver in their work and coaching. Michael is an amazing partner to work with on design (and we had so much fun collaborating!). He worked through mud (during the many atmospheric rivers), snowstorms (flight cancellations), and illness (seriously, go home and rest), to produce a presentation ready home. Both leading up and during the showing period, Savinie and Sherri kept up the frequent communication, market updates and strategy plans. They are SO SO organized. I can't give away their secret sauce, but it's the perfect combo of analytical, creative problem solving and persistence. The team at Brava is first class and you cannot go wrong choosing them. read more

We recently worked with Sherri and her team on the sale of our home. We learned about her from some family members who worked with her on the purchase of their home. When we asked them if they would work with her again, they said that they absolutely would. Given that, we wanted to at least schedule a consultation. After our initial meeting, she and her team prepared a really detailed, data-driven presentation. We were impressed! In addition to being thorough and incredibly knowledgeable, they were also very personable and genuine. During the process of preparing the home for listing and the listing process itself, Sherri and her team were easy to work with, and we felt like we could be as hands on or hands off as we wanted to be. They were transparent about everything, kept us updated on all the details, and provided us with the rationale for everything we needed to do along the way. Once we were in the offer phase, we never felt rushed or pressured in any way, which was important to us. We would highly recommend Sherri and her team for anyone looking to either sell or buy in San Francisco. It was great working with them! read more

Sherri and Ceily skillfully guided us through the process of buying our first home in San Francisco. Highlights of our experience with the Brava team: - Knowledgeable about the market and the unique challenges of buying a home in San Francisco - Provided a detailed review of the disclosure packages and an easy to understand spreadsheet flagging questions for the seller's agent and potential red flags - Very responsive; text messages and emails were always promptly responded to. In this market time seems to always be of the essence and Sherri & Ceily met that challenge. - Proactive including sending us weekly emails with properties to consider - Accommodating; Sherri and Ceily meet us at many open houses and private showings, always meeting the schedule we requested read more

I recently purchased a condo from Brava Real Estate. The Brava team was so easy to work with the process was smooth and seamless. Sherri and Ceily worked closely with me answering all my questions guiding me every step of the way. I highly recommend Brava if you are thinking of purchasing a new home. They are experts at what they do and a delight to work with. Thanks again Sherri and Ceily. read more

We are so grateful for the Brava Team-most notably Savinie, Kristin and Sherri! The Brava Team were thorough, transparent and extremely knowledgeable. It was always fun learning from touring homes with them especially random housing tidbits like types of wall materials and sewer lateral lines which also factored into caring for a home. We never felt rushed to settle on a home we didn't like and they were very responsive via email or text to answer any and all of our questions. We tried looking for a home in previous years in 2013 and 2016 with different realtors with no success. Our experience with Brava has been above and beyond. Even after multiple offers in the craziness of the pandemic, they never gave up even when we felt like we would. They kept us moving forward because it can be a very emotional process. They are a lovely and outstanding group, highly recommend! Our family thanks you. read more

Sherri/Ceily are such a great team when it comes to real estate! For a first time home owner, I was the guy that probably asked the silliest, and uneducated questions out there, but both Ceily and Sherri held my hand and walked me through the entire process. With that, I was able to buy a home that I love and I would highly recommend them! They know the SF market, are knowledgeable about all things home related, and will hook you up with vendors who have great customer service and rates cant say how much I recommend them! read more

Sherri and her team are fantastic. We are happy to have used her help to buy and sell a property, and both times went better than we planned for. Her team is thorough, attentive, and personalised. My wife and I recently sold our townhouse in the Outer Sunset district. Sherri Howe and her team of professionals managed the entire assessment, staging preparation, and presentation to potential buyers with extraordinary excellence. My wife and I had interviewed several other excellent listing brokers besides Sherri and her answers to my wife's detailed questions literally blew us away. We could tell immediately she had the knowledge, deep expertise and experience to support us in maximizing our chances for an excellent offer. She also demonstrated real integrity by setting realistic expectations for us in terms of preparation time, cost, and how successful she has been in the past with exceeding goals. She brought out a spreadsheet listing all of the properties she was involved with for the past several years which showcased a majority of real wins and a few properties that sold below target. We appreciated the commitment to reality and that we understood that real estate is inherently unpredictable and the best we can do to maximize the odds in our favor; this is what Sherri and her team truly excel at. One of Sherri's assistants Michael managed the project of getting our townhome ready for renovations and staging. They prepared several recommendations of levels of renovations we could do with suggestions of what they felt was essential to really meet the desires of motivated buyers. We felt consistently respected about our final choices and decisions on budget and which renovations we wanted to prioritize. All of their advice centered around their experience and understanding of the buyers in the market so we could rightfully position ourselves to receive excellent offers. Michael was consistently frugal with spending money only on renovations that he knew or was highly confident would be an excellent investment (i.e., it would bring back more return than we spent on it). His committed focus here allowed us both to relax into the process and trust them to really handle this massive transaction for us. To conclude, our house got an excellent offer that we accepted within less than a week of it being on the market and we closed less than a month later. Other units in the same complex as our townhome had actually been on the market for a while (even before ours was put on the market) and from the last time we checked, they have not sold yet. I glanced at their presentations and we recognized right away that they were not represented by the same quality of broker as we were. We are very grateful to Sherri and her team. We highly recommend them! read more

Sherri promised us two things. Once we handed her the keys, she would take care of selling our condo and she would never lie to us. As a family who has had bad experience with realtors, we were skeptical. We closed today and are 1000% satisfied. Sherry and Ceily handled the prep and selling according to plan. It gave us the time to attend to moving. They took care of everything to ensure a successful sale. She kept us informed of what was happening. She was always promptly available to answer our question. Flawless execution. We recommend Sherri and her team without reservation. She worked for us. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and her team. read more

Sherri and team (Savinie) really are the best! They went above and beyond and made the process of buying our first home in the daunting and competitive San Francisco real estate market seem simple. They found us the perfect house, within our budget and one that met all our needs. They helped us through the entire process from offer to closing. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and provided us with detailed price comps for making a competitive offer. They made sure we were well set up in terms of inspections and getting all our questions answered. We literally bought our home while we were traveling over the holidays and Sherri and her team did all the work to make sure everything was in place and the process moved along smoothly. We loved working with Sherri and Savinie and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Sherri and Savinie did a wonderful job quickly selling our condo in Duboce Triangle during the COVID pandemic. One reason why we chose to work with Team Howe was that Sherri is direct with her recommendations, while also providing space for considering options. When we were interviewing other realtors, many were concerned about pushing too hard or gave vague suggestions. As a result of our initial conversation with Sherri, we decided to bump up our cross-country move by one month to get on the market sooner. This ultimately paid off.  We fully trusted Sherri and Savinie, gave them the keys, and observed the process from the East Coast. Savinie gave us clear visibility with Basecamp updates. All in all, they made it an easy process for us and we are happy with the outcome, especially in such uncertain times. I highly recommend working with Sherri and Savinie. They are easy to work with and will get the job done. read more

My husband and I successfully sold our Noe Valley condo in June 2022 with Sherri and team. Sherri was highly recommended a business school classmate. From the beginning of the process, Sherri stood out with the most detailed presentation from all the listing agents that we interviewed. She had clearly done the homework with respect to comps and our preparation checklist. She is incredibly experienced but also will not take any short cuts with respect to the process and details. Michael on her team seamlessly managed our prep process. All the decisions about what vendors to use and how much to do were presented to us in a clear manner so we could move quickly. We did not have to personally go into our condo during this process allowing us to focus on getting settled in our new home - they even handled deliveries of items to be installed before sale. Most importantly, Sherri's experience and good advice were invaluable during the sale process, whether we should take a pre-emptive offer, how to negotiate, and how to handle an unexpected situation with one of our neighbors. One last note is that Sherri is personable and a real human being that is a joy to work with. read more

Sherri and Ceily have gone over and beyond in working with us to close on our ideal home when we just about lost hope in our search. They are ultra responsive, organized, thorough and infinitely patient. We were VERY particular about houses/ neighborhoods and had A LOT of questions about everything. They helped us narrow our specifications, set realistic expectations about the market and budget, and provided sound advice when we got to the offer stage. They worked miracles in turning around offers with tight deadlines, one of which ultimately culminated in a contract! When you are making such a big emotional decision and purchase it really helps to work with agents you can trust and rely on for their market and real estate expertise. We would definitely work with them again without hesitation. read more

We just sold our place in the Marina of San Francisco with the great help of Sherri Howe and Kristin Rolph. Everything was above and beyond to help us with preparing our home for sale. This was all done while we were abroad and during COVID! Sheri and Kristin are well organized and over-communicate everything, everything is documented in online project management system. They organized a virtual staging and variants of different photos and setups. It was amazing and everyone loved it! We felt very lucky to have their help, and it's in large part due to their expertize and attention to details were able to sell our home so easily with multiple offers and bidding. Thank you, Sherri and Kristin! read more

Sherri and Kristin are SF real estate experts and truly know the ins and outs of buying and selling in the city. They are professional, well-known, and respected. Their attention to detail goes above and beyond any expectation I could have had. Funny anecdote: seller's RE agent felt they'd been thru a colonoscopy after going through Sherri's property questions. That's the kind of thorough you need when purchasing a home! Although not my first purchase, it was my first time working with Sherri and Kristin. In my experience, after closing, if you're not buying or selling something, RE agents are MIA. However, Sherri and Kristin aren't fair-weather agents. After the deal was closed, we were emailed a reminder that property taxes would be due soon and what sort of penalty we'd face if we missed the deadline. As a busy working couple with kids and many balls up in the air, this is the kind of reminder I appreciate so much. This also helped me understand that this team really cares about our relationship and is continuing to invest in it. With today's online resources, it's easy believe you can handle RE transactions without agents. That may be true if you work with a mediocre agent. However, great agents are invaluable. From smelling out questionable HOAs to helping you distill the qualities of your ideal home, especially in SF's tight, complex landscape. I know there was some luck at play, but in the end, we purchased a home that we love, that exceeded our expectation in value, and in the perfect location. We made one offer and completed one purchase with Sherri and Kristin. It was an off-market listing (exclusively available to top agents in SF) at the end of the holiday season. I know this sounds trite, but this was totally our unicorn of RE transactions. Thank you Sherri and Kristin! read more

Ceily Landman has been my realtor for 2 transactions now. 1st, buying my condo in SF in 2018, and then selling it in 2022. Can I just say I LOVED working with Ceily and the entire Brava Real Estate team. A big shout out to Michael as well, who handled all of the details to get my condo ready for market. Ceily is wonderful to work with; she is super professional, reliable, friendly (and most importantly) got me a great price both buying and selling. When I sold the condo, it was on the market for 15 days and closed well over asking with a 15 day escrow. I highly recommend the entire Brava Real Estate team! read more

Sherri and Kristin were beyond amazing to work with when selling our condo in San Francisco!!! We actually had worked with a different realtor when purchasing our home and were planning on using her again to sell, until a good friend recommended Kristin and Sherri. We felt pretty confidant we were going to use our existing realtor, but felt we should do our due diligence and talk to a few more people. As first time sellers, we were a little lost on what was needed to get our home show ready, especially in regards to any renovations needed to drive a greater return. During our first meeting, Sherri and Kristin confidently and immediately provided recommendations on a few small things we would need to change and confirmed we could stage it with our existing furniture. Previously, we were on the fence if it would beneficial to remodel our bathroom, and they quickly confirmed the cost would not deliver the return we were thinking (we were very relieved!). This was exactly the guidance we needed, which we had not previously received from anyone else. After we quickly decided to move forward with Sherri and Kristin as our listing agents (we pretty much decided on the spot), their project management was superb! Unbelievably organized and absolutely no hidden surprises. There was really no work to do on our end - they handled absolutely everything. Because we have two cats and still lived in our condo while selling, they brought in a lot of their own furnishings to help stage it, and it looked beyond fantastic! We couldn't have been more happy with the finish product for photos. After just one weekend of open houses, we received multiple offers and accepted an offer that was significantly above listing, and towards the higher range of their estimate. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and definitely recommend them to everyone! You're without a doubt in great hands with Kristin and Sherri!! read more

Sherri and Savinie did a wonderful job in helping me close my very first home in San Francisco. They were professional, responsive, and most importantly tactical in my home buying experience. Be it reviewing the disclosure package, connecting me with lenders, drafting up the offers, following up with the seller, or going through escrow, they were always present and helpful! Sherri and Christine are amazing to work with! We had an initial meeting with Sherri a couple of years ago, but were not able to continue house hunt due to unexpected circumstances. When we contacted her this year, she still kept all the notes from the initial meeting and asked if our needs and preferences didn't change. From start to the end, Sherri and Christine were always very responsive and understood our needs and concerns. As a first single family house buyer, we didn't know what to expect and their meticulous disclosure reviews and honest advices always helped us a lot. We were so happy to work with Sherri and Christine. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

We had been passively looking and monitoring the SF market during the pandemic. When we were finally ready to convert from passive to active prospective buyers, we were so grateful to have Sherri, Ceily, and the Brava team by our side. We had a clear vision of what we wanted and what we didn't want in our future home. Realtors wear many hats, and we are grateful that Sherri and Ceily proved to us that they wear those hats well. They joined us to see various properties, walked through it with us to point out and prioritize areas that may need to be addressed, diligently reviewed disclosures and documents while patiently answering our questions, analyzed neighboring comps to help us strategize on bid amounts while being mindful of our budget, and were available into the evening hours when we found ourselves in multiple counter situations. And then the cycle would start all over again. When we were lucky enough to finally have our offer accepted, the Brava team made the paperwork process painless. For anyone about to make this next milestone in their life, I would recommend having a trusted, experienced, and highly skilled team beside you through this journey. Sherri, Ceily, and the Brava team was that and more. There's a reason why Sherri's name is widely recognized in the real estate community. I never came across a seller's agent who didn't recognize Sherri's name when we disclosed it during various open house visits. Very happy with our experience and that we landed our dream home with many if not all of the boxes checked on our list. read more

We've worked on several real estate transactions this year so we have some comparisons in mind when we review Sherri. Sherri's team goes beyond setting you up with an automated listing report, they review each potential listing and provide a summary for your review and even tell you why they don't recommend other listings that might otherwise fit your criteria. They review each doc in a disclosure packet and send you notes. They do the legwork that most agents won't do for you..an incredibly valuable service for buyers. Highly recommend and will use them again when we sell. read more

I was referred to Sherri Howe via a friend's recommendation who was a past customer. Sherri worked with me and assigned Samantha Hailer from her team to be my primary. I was blown away by the level of detail and care Samantha and Sherri team put in when reviewing properties or placing offers. I am originally from Canada, living by myself and working in SF on a TN Visa while in the middle of applying for landed residency status. I originally felt I was at a disadvantage in the SF real estate market which is very rapid, overwhelming, and of course expensive. Sherri's team at Zephyr *leveled the playing field* for me. In my situation, I made offers on 3 places over the course of 6 months and closed on my third offer. I am very happy with my new place in the Outer Richmond. I would argue that this team is far more prepared and organized than most real estate agents... in the world! Their starting questionnaire, although exhaustive, allowed them to build a profile to describe what I was going after. It is important to note that you as a buyer must be open and communicative with your desires, issues and concerns so that your agents can provide you with necessary options. Sherri and Samantha listened and provided feedback which made this relationship supportive and enjoyable. They also reached out actively when as soon as any properties of interest came on the market (as often as every week in my case). This team's quality of service really shined when I initiated offers. They had a structured spreadsheet in place for constructing comparables (comparable properties) to make it very clear how to estimate the value of my property and then form a discussion on what would be a competitive offer. This data driven process left nothing to ambiguity... something I really appreciated. When it came to reviewing CC&Rs from sellers, Samantha and Sherri really put in the time to provide answers and even engage with sellers or selling agents when we had questions or concerns. They were also upfront about when they believed information was missing. Finally, Sherri's team has relationships with other services such as major lenders and movers. This saved me so much and time (and money!) that it was always clear what I was responsible for to ensure my purchase and move went smoothly. My friends who were also looking to buy were in shock that their own agents were not as detailed and proactive as Sherri and Samantha. Let is be known... this team really sets the standard high. I would definitely recommend them and work with them again in the future. read more

Sherri and her team are unparalleled, we've used them to buy and sell. Sherri found us the perfect condo 7 years ago and helped us navigate the tricky SFUSD lottery--we credit her for finding us a home in an area of the city where we were highly likely to get into our school of choice. And we did! Fast forward to this year where she expertly handled the sale of said condo--during a pandemic, and also adding in the extra complication that we have moved overseas, so there were many challenges along the way. Sherri is thorough, extremely knowledgable, incredibly hardworking, and super fun to work with. I cannot recommend her and her team more, she is the absolute BEST. read more

Sherri by far is the best agent we have ever interacted with. She came highly recommended by our local mother's group and from the very first phone conversation, we knew she was the one for us. Throughout out entire home buying journey (our first), she was incredibly supportive and accommodating (especially given our situation of no car and a one year old). She and her team had excellent home recommendations and when we finally found our perfect home, she took out all of the stops to help us close. Sherri really will do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable, knowlegable, and confident in your purchase. I honestly don't know where we would have been without her and I can't express how much of a game changer it is to have her working with you. Thanks Sherri! read more

We worked with Sherri and Ceily (as first time buyers) to find our first home in San Francisco. They work together really well as a team. Be it setting up appointments for house visits or the crunch time while putting down offers, they're always on top of their game. Ceily is very knowledgable about different neighborhoods and she's also got a keen eye to spot things in houses that you might easily overlook. They're not out there to push you, but really just want you to find what you're looking for. Our search took a while and they were patient with us throughout the process. As first time buyers, it was important for us to understand the process beyond just realtors. We relied on Team Howe for every bit of information and their extensive set of contacts really helped us focus on just finding the right house. Sherri and Christine and their team did an amazing job selling my condo in San Francisco, especially considering I moved out of state during the process and it was the first time I sold a home. They impressed me with: -a very detailed overview of recent home sales in the area, their sales track record and a specific strategy to sell my apt -their expert management of all the details with the vendors to make repairs, upgrades and prep work on the condo -a super quick turnaround from my move out date to the first open house so that I could get my place sold before Thanksgiving -how they helped me navigate reviewing offers and the final sales process Add to this, everyone from Brava was very easy to work with, super responsive, and always had answers to my questions. If I ever move back to the San Francisco, I would definitely work with Brava Real Estate again. read more

I recently sold a condo in the mission district through Sherri and her team. I worked with both Sherri and Samantha. They were both incredible through all stages of the process from beginning to end. Their attention to detail was amazing. They responded with patience to every question I had almost instantly. They always made me feel that they were doing everything they could in my best interests and always kept me posted on their strategy and expectations. On top of this, they are both genuinely nice people and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Sherri and her team to anyone looking for an agent. They are the best. read more

I worked with Sherri and Ciely at Brava in early 2022 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From our intro call last fall to understand my needs and preferences, to managing the escrow and closing process, and lots of work in between, they showed a level of care and attentiveness throughout the process that was invaluable. Perhaps most especially, I always felt like I was a valued client and they were incredibly responsive throughout the process. Can't recommend the team at Brava highly enough! read more

She is the most amazing realtor I had a pleasure of working with. She was recommended to us by GGMG and we were surprised how fast she reached out to us with the open houses. We had a three month old and found a perfect house just in time. The purchasing process was quick and efficient to say the least. She also referred us people for the inspection, mortgage broker, contractor, etc. who were all excellent. I can't thank her enough for making the process this easy. read more

We sold our condo in San Francisco with Sherri and her team this spring. From the first meeting to the last piece of paperwork, it felt like we were Sherri's only clients. She is so organized and meticulous about how she works that there's never a moment's doubt that everything is under control and taken care of. That, and we got a ton of great offers, which is ultimately what we all wanted. In our case, we had a ~20 year old condo that needed some sprucing up. To add an extra degree of difficulty, we were based overseas for the whole process, and Sherri and her team coordinated all of the work locally. There was some carpeting, some flooring, some painting, a few new fixtures and appliances, and a full staging and open-house cycle. Sherri seemed to always be online, always answering the tiniest questions, and always offering neutral, unbiased answers along with her professional recommendation as an experienced realtor. She and her team coordinate all of their tasks in Basecamp, which makes it very easy to see what's happening and keep up with their observations and notes (especially detailed for open houses). I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Sherri Howe and her team as a real estate agent. read more
