I communicated with Zach throughout, who provided excellent customer service. Whenever I reached out to him, he often responded within minutes, scheduled quickly, and was super accommodating when I had to move the appointment up. Initially, I was only getting lukewarm water, but when it turned completely cold the next day, I reached out after-hours. Zach replied first thing in the morning and arranged to move the appointment up to that afternoon. They gave me a 2-hour window (12:30-2:30pm), and Nick arrived promptly at 12:30pm, so I did not have to wait. He completed the installation efficiently in about 90 minutes, and cleaned up thoroughly. Zach even followed up the next day to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction. Compared to others I contacted, WHD offered a high quality service and craftsmanship at a competitive price.
