I have to start by saying that it was a great pleasure working with Blue Summit Realty from Lacey Washington and Bay Equity Home Loans from Spanaway Washington. They are such great people and they really do place the need of others before their own. My wife and I purchased our home in February of 2013, and after closing we were given a home barbecue and they even paid for us to invite 20 of our friends and family over. The barbecue was a huge success. After that we started receiving our bills and discover a few discrepancies with the dollar amounts. I brought this to the attention of Bay equity. Immediately and without hesitation, Kelly Hughes and Paul Dupriest worked over time to resolve my issue. After completing their research, it was determined that the unforeseen discrepancies could have been within the contract. So Kelly contacted the builder and brought it to their attention. In the mean while I made contact with Blue Summit Realty and spoke with Tom Zee. He instantly and with enthusiasm contact all party and requested that they look into my situation and get back with him and provide me with an answer as soon as possible. Even though I had sign the contract, Blue Summit Realty and Bay Equality worked very hard (long in the evening and after hours) and made my situation their situation and provided me with a solid professional answer. Because of his strict professional work ethic and outstanding customer support, Tom Zee stepped up and took charge and made things right. He contacted me and informed me that the contract that the builder used was correct and what I had signed was in error. In-spite of the error, Blue Summit Realty made it right by giving me the differences which I used to pay off the HOA fee. The level of service and respect to my request was exactly what I was looking for. I could not expect anything more from two of the best business in Washington. Now I see why they partnered together. They are a solid team. My wife is happy and I am well pleased with the way they resolved my situation. I can honestly say that working with Kelly, Paul, and Tom was always easy, fun, stress less, and there was never any issue that they couldn't explain or clarify. From my point of view, all issues and concerns were handled with high regard with admiration, and I was always given and honest and acceptable reply. Even after selling and financing my house, they did not forget us, they worked very hard as if we were a new clients. My wife and I wanted to start planning to buy a house so a few months ago I contacted Ron Ross, who I've known from networking groups, to see what we needed to work on to qualify for a house. A couple days later he called me back and said we were good to go. He told me what we qualified for and then he asked what payment range I wanted to stay in and then he gave me a price range to look at to stay within my goal payment. The house we bought was a foreclosure and there were some delays on the sellers end but Ron was always very communicative about where we were at each step of the way. He always responded to every call and every text, and there were a lot of those. On the day I was scheduled to sign closing documents I was in a car accident. At the point in time that we met Patricia Maestas, my husband and I had pretty much covered the gamut of loan facilitators. As a matter of fact, I had spent many hours providing information for other companies, only to be turned down. My husband and I had a horrible experience with another loan officer while on our quest to buy our first home and Patricia Maestas picked up where the other guy failed miserably! She truly worked her a** off for us, mainly to clean up the mess that the last loan officer did to our credit, but more than that, she took the time to explain every step of the way to us, answered our never ending questions and kept pushing forward to get us approved for our house, even when it looked pretty bleak (and for a while, it did look like it wasn't going to happen). My experience with Justin Glass from Bay Equity was like having a big boulder jacked hammered off my shoulder, which have burden me for many years stuck with a high interest rate mortgage and high monthly payments. I've apllied numorous of times with different lenders trying to get a loan modification, only to get the run arounds and eventually end up with a big disappointment and get shutdown. His service was very attentive and very helpful in approving and closing the loan in a timely matter. I provided all the information that he needed promptly speeding up the process to closes the loan which took only a month from start to finish.
