I found Elemental via a FB group recommendation. The office got me in the same day I called them and I saw Cory. I was in good hands. Cory was professional, knowledgeable and a fantastic chiropractor. He spent an hour working on me, and gave me a good adjustment which helped some tightness relax. He also made some good suggestions on some stretches I could keep up with. I highly suggest this place for anyone in the area or from out of town looking for care. Would go there again when I am in the area.

On the very first night, I managed to get a brutal kink in my neck thanks to a questionable timeshare pillow. The pain and immobility were so bad my wife insisted I see a chiropractor. Even though they were out of network and I had to pay cash ($125 for the new patient assessment and $75 for the adjustment), it ended up being some of the best money I've ever spent. Dr. Tim was incredibly kind, thorough, and generous with his time. He didn't just focus on the immediate neck pain -- he took a deep dive into my history of injuries, mobility, and overall fitness goals. His approach felt truly holistic. After some time resting with CBD cream and a heating pad, he came back in and delivered what I can only describe as a "bomber" adjustment. The relief was so immediate and powerful I actually teared up. I told him, "I feel like I should give you a hug." With the calm confidence of someone who is one part Kurt Russell and one part martial arts sensei, he said, "Well, that's okay," and gave me a good‑natured embrace. I was able to see him again a few days later to reinforce the work before our 10‑hour drive back to Los Angeles, which made a huge difference. If I lived in Tahoe, I'd be in his office regularly. If you're visiting and something goes sideways with your back or neck, I can't recommend Dr. Tim and his wonderful staff highly enough. Next year I'll be back -- but since I'm over 40, I'll also be bringing my own pillow.

A caring, knowledgeable practitioner, Dr. Walsh listened thoughtfully as I recounted my over-zealous activities the previous two days. Then he did a variety of stretches and worked in the deeper spaces between muscles and skeleton, explaining each step of the way what he was doing. He then showed me some exercises I could do on my own and me video record them on my phone so I could practice after I left his office. Thanks to Dr. Walsh, I felt like a new woman the very next day. I wish I lived there so I could have regular tune-ups with him! It's good to know that he's a "homeboy" with a special gift of art and science, because I go to North Tahoe twice a year and will call him if I ever injure myself again. Because he is a sportsman himself, Dr. Walsh understands a lot of what can happen to an athlete as well as a day hiker. I also appreciated how well he listens and explains things. I think he is the greatest!

I purchased several non refundable ski tickets and could barely sit, stand, walk or bend over without a shot of sharp, intense nerve pain but knew if I could see a chiropractor I could at least get my kids to the slopes and watch them. As it was, I could not tolerate sitting or standing for long. After calling every chiropractor in the bay area, I discovered no one is open on a Sun. It felt like a miracle when I found Dr. Dave on Yelp in Truckee, where we are staying. Not only was he open on Sunday, but he was extremely responsive, works until 8 pm and he works on holidays. We texted, and scheduled a very last min appointment for 7:30 on a Sun night. He even had guests over! I felt so bad intruding, but he was kind and welcoming. My pain decreased right away. I saw him Mon morning as well, before heading to slopes, and let's just say, I got to ski a half day with zero pain! I was so grateful to be able to spend the gorgeous day with the my family on the slopes. We were all looking so forward to it, it would've been a shame to cancel. Thank you, Dr. Dave! His office is also conveniently located in the heart of Truckee, which makes visits easy whether you're a local or just passing through. Truly awesome care. Dr. Barry got me in immediately, listened carefully to my lengthy medical history and restrictions, then proposed treatment that was aligned with my practitioners back home and my intuition on what had gone wrong. 30 minutes later I was moving again and practicing the exercises he gave me to prevent a repeat, which were a nice progression on what my PT at home had given me.
