Once I picked up my order, the logo was lopsided and color was already fading. No wonder my organization stopped working with her a year ago. Since it was my fault for not ordering from our current supplier in 2026 and going with Brittany, I decided not to pressure for a refund. If you can't handle printing and being a mom, maybe take a break, get some help or extended the lead time out to your customers. Especially since the orders are on a "pick up only" basis.

The shop stocks and supplies uniforms for numerous local schools and you this is the ONLY place to get the required uniforms. Well, I did get a bag of uniform stuff from the mom of one of the friends. So, I guess that counts. So, my first visit I had two things on my mind; 1) I want to meet the "arrogant" person and see how bad customer service is that was mentioned in only a couple of reviews; and 2) I was ready to get gouged with rip-off prices 'cause this is the only game in town..other than the friend's mom. 1) I did not meet anyone arrogant. The person I met was super helpful and patient. I get it..wait until the mad rush of school starting and having to deal with so many parents could make anyone a bit short...but on my visit, I only had good customer service and a good experience. 2) Prices- Wow..you mean my kid must wear a uniform every day? No dealing with brand name shoes and the short lived passing trends that change month to month and only result in a skinny wallet for me? This may actually be a money ($$$) saver. So we try stuff on and then I bluntly ask for the price. What? Excuse me what did you say? I heard prices like $15, $20 and everything was around that price range. The parka is nice and a little more but I wont need that for another 6 months or so. So, I am a fan. Prices are great (4 Stars) and Customer Service was good (4 Stars). I decided to have them do our t-shirts and if they were not satisfactory, we would not use them for future projects. I spoke with Tom and he was very professional. He was able to work with me on the font, logo, color of shirts and the various sizes for 38+ 1 doggy shirt I requested. Unfortunately, due to the short notice I gave Tom, his vendors were unable to ship the doggy shirt I needed, but Tom made the effort to reach out to various vendors; that speaks volumes of his work ethic. As for the t-shirts, they were exactly as I ordered; the sizes were correct, the fabric was soft and of good quality at an affordable price. They looked professional, not cheap. See Mammoth Lakes group picture. But wait, it gets better. A week later, at 3:00pm on the day of the NWA movie release, my sister called me to ask if "my t-shirt guy" sold NWA shirts. I told her I didn't know, but I would send her his number. Lo and behold, Tom had NWA t-shirts printed and ready to be picked-up at 5:00pm! Is that incredible customer service or what???!!!
