I worked with these people for six weeks and saw zero improvement, absolutely none. These people practice hocus pocus. You get a different therapist every time you go (I saw 11 in 12 visits) and none of them seemed to have the foggiest idea what I was being treated for. You'll never hear any encouragement because no one gives a damn. You're treated like a widget in an assembly line. And there's a complete disconnect between the office therapy and the exercises you do at home because ONCE THEY GIVE YOU THE AT HOME EXERCISES, THEY DONT KEEP A RECORD. Find a place where you work with the same person all the time. These people did NOTHING for me. read more

I was a patient and subsequently a therapy tech seeking greater insight into the PT profession as I considered a career transition. The owners, Mark and Kevin, are truly invested and kind as are many of the staff. Conversely, my experience w the receptionist, Laura, was inhospitable at best, and predominately unprofessional and rude. Having to reschedule several times on account of being one of my mother's caregivers, she was curt and unpleasant. Thankfully, front desk Rachel, was very patient and efficient. Once employed at Elevate, Laura showed more of the same edge. Having informed Laura of a pre-teen aged, physically traumatized client's special treatment requests, Laura acted in opposition stating her job wasn't to adjust to the data but to perform her job regardless of clinically warranted exceptions. Laura lost sight of putting the patient's needs first substituting instead her own agenda. In my attempt to troubleshoot this mistake, I asked Laura how going forward we might execute as a team. Laura rejected the idea, stated her disinterest in our teamwork and intent to proceed without it. This was most unfortunate for the patient, as one can imagine. As a patient at Elevate, my rehabilitation was executed by 3 wonderful therapists, Kevin, Linnsey and Abby. All were very friendly, hard-working and well-trained clinicians! Sadly, I was only minimally progressed over 3 months. This was wasted opportunity in that my workouts were not as challenging as I needed and was capable of doing. I still always had fun though. Working as a tech, floor manager, Hannah, was entrusted by the owners to expose me to the professional field. Equipped w a master's and 10 years work experience as a psychotherapist, I entered as an adult learner. Hannah proved to be a continual and formidable obstacle in my learning. Hannah's inconsistent directives and routinely excluding me from staff wide communications created confusion and ostracism from my co- workers. She regularly kept clinical data from my purview and assigned unnecessary administrative tasks that she later complained about my doing. Most disgracefully, Hannah responded to my request to meet and devise a better plan supporting my learning goals by filing a disciplinary action w the owners. Hannah created a hostile workplace where myself and many PTA's Hannah supervised were unhappy with her 'lack of leadership skills'. Gratefully, Kevin and Mark helped me make a smooth transition to my next job despite this. I hope this feedback is as constructive as it is informative. My experience was a very mixed bag. read more

Excellent staff and plenty of equipment to help recovery from injury or surgery. Well organized, no waiting around for a therapist, well trained staff. Mark and Kevin have done a great job in providing theraputic care for all stages of need and provide personal attention as well as a take home folder with excercises to do at home to accelerate recovery for a pain free life. I can't say enough about Elevate an recommend it to anyone in need of professional, friendly, and informative rehab care. read more

Great results. After working with both Mark and Amanda as well as 2 of the assistants the full range of the treatments reversed most of my years old psiatica and Achilles tendonitis. It was not free of discomfort at first but they got me used to a full set of exercises and stretches that worked so well I did them 7 times a week at home. Now I do them 3 times a week and I'm still improving slowly. read more
