The front office is at its best, but still has a hard time being patient and kind. The wait time is probably the best of any clinic. They never make you wait unless they are behind with procedures. I wish that several HIPAA violations hadn't happened in the waiting room. I wish some of the nursing staff understood that chronic pain is hard and to be kinder when someone is struggling to walk.

I paid the bill off but couldn't continue to go and add up more charges. It wasn't their fault but that of my insurance. However, my insurance changed last year again so I called back to make an appointment with Dr. Haasis. He helped me so much and was very kind and concerned. I really don't want to change doctors. But, I had to reschedule my appointment due to car problems. On the day of my appointment, I was still having car problems so I had to reschedule again. The lady (I totally wish I could remember her name) who does the scheduling told me that I could not come back because I had canceled too many times. She was extremely unprofessional, she was rude and actually treated me unlike anyone else ever has. After months, I called their main office in Spartanburg, SC. I had to leave a voice mail for the office manager to speak with her and ask if I might be able to make an appointment with Dr. Haasis again. She hasn't even bothered to call me back! That is unacceptable behavior for a professional! Even if I could not talk her into letting me make another appointment with Dr. Haasis, she should have at least returned my phone call! I would give Dr. Haasis 5 stars as he is a very talented and compassionate doctor. I would give the office staff ZERO stars if that were possible due to their hateful and extremely unprofessional behavior!

The third time I called I got Chris on the phone who told me they had a note to call me back. I told her about my problem and she said she would discuss it with the doctor and he would give me a call. That was on Friday. Today at 1:30 I called them again! Because I had still have not received a return phone call from their office after 4 phone calls to their office. They took no responsibility for their lack of concern and action and where horrible on the phone to me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. Very uncaring, unapologetic and not willing to take any responsibility for their lack of action.

They never did an examination, one of the procedures was assisted by the front desk person. Terrible at communications, their new computer systems seems to have bugs. Second visit sat in the waiting room for a good amount of time, met with the same person as my first visit, asked me how I was doing and when I said the drug was helping that was the end of the office visit. I asked exactly what the "procedure" was and he just chuckled and walked me out of the room. I checked out and was told I had to come back for another appointment the day after the "procedure". I said I would rather not come all the way back one day after having the "procedure" which I assumed was a back injection as that was never made clear. The receptionist was very insistent that I come back the day after the "procedure" as that was one month after my current visit, even after my stating I would rather not after having a back injection the prior day. The appointment was made and after coming home I called to cancel. The receptionist was rather rude but said she would cancel the appointment. To my surprise when I visited the portal, as well as the app, which I had been urged to subscribe to do by a nurse at the office, I had no appointments! I called after the weekend to ask what had happened and I spoke to someone at another office who then connected me with the Asheville office where I had been going. I then spoke to the same rude receptionist who said I had called to cancel the "procedure". I told her that I did not cancel the "procedure" only the bogus visit to the office the day after the "procedure". She then stated "you cancelled the visit because it was so soon after the procedure". She was obviously confused. So she had actually cancelled both the monthly visit as well as the "procedure". She then said "it was no problem to reinstate the appointment for the procedure". I told her I was going to look for another provider as this one was too dysfunctional and I did not feel confident that I would get the help I needed. Cancel this business.

The staff consistently answers all my questions before and after making my appointment. Dr. Rogers provides a safe, understanding, sympathetic, private practice, and always accompanies his diagnosis with education and standard treatment recommendations. It's now May and I have to say this Dr. Is great! Been a Dr for a long time so I trusted him. I will be seeing him again in June to find out about getting Surgery on the left side of my back. He has already done the first part of 2 separate shots. I also recently took my Mom to see him and he told her she had a bad fracture in her back and sent her to see the pain management Dr I see for a procedure. I highly recommend asking for this Dr!
