Andrea was absolutely wonderful and made the whole day run smoothly. This review is not a reflection on her. Since the day of the wedding, it has been impossible to reach any staff. I have sent emails, left voicemails, and have heard nothing. Our deposit has not been refunded to us even though it clearly states in the contract that the refund will be paid 6-8 weeks following the event date. We are currently at around 24 weeks. Please do not book your event here, as they will steal your money and not provide any sort of compensation for the inconveniences faced on the event date.

We never received a contract in the first place after we paid our deposit. And, we never received a refund for a deposit that we were promised to receive -- even after following-up FIVE times. It almost feels like someone out there enjoyed a $500 bonus. TL;DR I waited and waited to write this, as I kept hoping that Megan in the accounting office would finally send us the refund check that was promised to us on three different occasions. We were never refunded our $500 deposit that we paid to Megan via Paypal on 1/24/24 for a birthday party we had wanted to have on 6/8/24. We hadn't even signed any paperwork or contract detailing their cancellation policy or deposit policy, but we assumed we'd receive that shortly after paying the deposit. Sadly, we had several deaths in the family as well as suddenly losing our beloved family dog all in the same month. The grief was too much for our entire family to deal with emotionally so we decided to cancel our party and reached out to them on 3/1. I spoke to Carl on the phone, and he was kind and understanding and said he would refund our deposit. I figured my cancellation was probably a good thing for them, as our party was a cheaper booking, but being able to book that date for a wedding would bring in so much more revenue for them. I realized I had never received the "check in the mail" as I was promised, so I reached out again on 3/11/24 and spoke to Andrea, who was going to reach out to Carl again. I waited and waited and then followed up again with Andrea on 8/4/24 when it occurred to me that again we had never heard back, but I didn't hear back. I wrote to the main office and Megan again on 8/22/24 and she responded on 8/27/24 saying she thought she had sent it already. On 10/10/24, I reached out AGAIN to Megan. I have never heard back. When I think about this, I get so upset, so I am finally posting the review I sincerely hoped I wouldn't need to write.

BroPhoto completely exceeded every expectation we had! Since we were getting married out of state,…read morewe didn't really have a chance to meet with a photographer before hand. We also had a tight budget, making the whole thing a bit nerve-wracking. Pictures are so important! BrosPhoto fit our budget, and the owner, Peter, was easy to work with via email. Our photographer, Sharee, emailed with me a bit back and forth right before the wedding and even sent me a schedule of how she planned to take photos the day of. When I met Sharee and our second photographer Brittany at our venue the day of, I was immediately put at ease. They were on time (beat me there!), relaxed, and very obviously knew what they were doing. They made sure to get shots I requested spur of the moment, and had no problem keeping things running. We even finished our photos early! Both of these wonderful ladies have a great sense of humor and were fun to be around all night. Sharee texted me the very next day and let me know she had a sneak peek photo on Instagram. I was totally blown away by how awesome that one picture was and sat in the hotel room with my new husband crying over it. Even more amazingly, Peter sent us the link to our full set of photos less than 2 weeks after we got married! For the price, what we got was amazing. Print rights, a full set of originals, a full set of BW, a full set of vintage filtered, and a full set of low-res for easy social media uploading. I was worried that with our low budget and not being able to interview photographers that we'd just have to "make do" with what we got. Instead, I have amazingly beautiful pictures that capture my special day perfectly. I've been told by more than one person that they look "magazine quality" and have had several people ask who our photographer was. I just can't gush enough!

Jon was there with us for the event and was pleasant to be around and very professional. He worked with our photographer on documenting our day. We had a very small ceremony so wanted to be able to share with those who couldn't make it and they did the best job we could imagine. Although I didn't get to work with Mike from the beginning, I know that the bride and groom got to choose their song list and were able to work with him regarding how they wanted the wedding to flow. I was able to contact Mike to let him know that for the Mother/Son dance, I had a special request. I had recorded a song to be played during that special moment. Most importantly, it was a surprise. No one knew what song I had chosen or the fact that I was the one singing it. Mike let me know what format he preferred the song in so I could bring it from FL. I just had to give it to him on the night of the wedding and he'd make sure it happened . I touched base with him right before we left to drive out from FL to CO just to confirm the arrangement. He replied back and all was set. The day of the wedding, Mike was there early to get things set up (the ceremony was outside in field on the opposite side of the parking lot from the actual reception hall). He was definitely helping people get where they needed to be, made sure everyone had their cell phone off during the ceremony -it was nice to watch him in action not just as the DJ but as an actual part of the wedding. Once the ceremony was over, we moved up to the main building and he had his equipment set up on stage. It was a very nice , professional set up. He was great working with everyone to make sure the night flowed. As the MC, he made sure to make the distinction between Mom and Bonus Mom (my son is lucky to have both) for the dances and he definitely took care of my special request. Not only did he play the song at the right time, he also kept it a secret! He did a great job introducing the people making the wedding toasts as well as announcing the cake cutter, garter toss etc. Mike is very friendly and professional. It was great to work with him . He absolutely kept the dance floor busy all night. I would definitely hire Mike at Creative Exposures again! Colleen Campagnari Mother of the Groom Valdez/Mundle Wedding 9/2/22
