I was referred to Vision photography by a colleague after expressing my wish to take quality family photos with mom, sister, and family pets. Time doesn't stop so having this experience NOW was important to appreciate it for years to come. The staff were professional, patient (pups and family ) and amazing at handling chaos the dogs brought with their energy. Sabrina, the photographer, did great at turning nerves to confidence ("you doing great! This looks amazing!"Give us a warm smile!") and at communicating slight adjustments needed to capture our best. I'm not a fan of being in pics, but on viewing day, we made our selections and I found many I loved! The property is amazing- so many options to love both indoor and especially outdoor. This was my first experience with a studio for professional photos and based on this experience it was worth it. From the initial consultation call, the presentation outlining clothing coordination, grooming tips, etc, the call the day before, and of course the warm welcome and management during the photo shoot, I can say they are a top notch business. We were all overwhelmed how Sabrina and Jordan managed to capture our likenesses in photos. The dogs all looked great but their personalities came through perfectly on the pictures. I cannot recommend Vision enough, they were exceptional beginning to end. Let's start at the beginning, my daughter was asked to be part of the Outstanding Student Program. She was invited in for an info session, then for an Instagram session for free, she could have volunteered to be a part of one of their community outreach days but she is also a cheerleader so the days conflicted, she was invited to apply to be an intern which is a tremendous opportunity for a high school student which again she could not do, she had a junior photo session with a photographer we loved and bonded with and then of course the senior photo session. We opted to not do the hair and make-up since she likes to do all that herself. Before the photo session my husband and I called to ask about the pricing and we were giving clear prices for certain products, I knew what I was walking into the day of the session, we were not pressured to buy anything at anytime. They worked with us so much, they even explained they keep the photos for one year so you can come back and buy more whenever you like. The day of her senior photos, we were provided 2 dog wranglers since she really wanted our family pets in her pictures, a beautiful changing room and again the same photographer we had from the junior photo shoot. The setting is perfect with outdoor settings as well as indoor backdrops, my daughter was able to pick exactly what she wanted and when she did not know the photographer suggested the perfect areas on the property to shoot. We were given ideas and guidance about outfits, shoes etc. and the photographer asked my daughter every step of the way what she wanted to do and what she wanted her pictures to turn out to be. Our pictures were all so beautiful it was so difficult to choose which ones to put in the book! They are better than my wedding photos. Vision is an experience not a place to go get quick pics at least it was not for us. My daughter learned a lot about herself, speaking up and having a vision of what she wanted her senior pics to be. Was it expensive, I guess so, but we will have these pictures for the rest of our lives and like my wedding pictures I consider them an investment. I also love good customer service and Vision gives you exceptional customer service every step of the way. Ask questions, ask a lot of questions and be prepared. Our picture book and drive with our pdf's was ready in less than a month. Overall our entire experience has been more than we could have ever asked for, thank you Vision!!! read more

Regarding those looking for Senior Pictures: absolutely would not recommend unless you have the capacity to spend an excessive amount of money. Our photos looked amazing, and the photographer and make-up artist were upbeat and extremely talented, however throughout the session and before Vision kept us in the dark about prices. When asked if we could have an idea or view their starting packages they refused to tell us until we went in to choose our photos. Red flag #1 The whole consultation for choosing which to buy was one long sales pitch emphasizing their "italian collection" which consisted of huge pieces starting at $2000. They would not let us buy individual 8x10s only packages at ungodly costs. We felt trapped and manipulated, having only the quality and variety of the pictures keeping us from walking out. We ended up only getting 16 photos and 6 printable digital ones for family and friends out of what had to be 50 original photos. All for the reasonable price of $2700. Not pleased. read more

The vision photography team made me feel so beautiful that it was extremely difficult to select a favorite out of so many possible candidates. There are a multitude of background options including but not limited too, a gorgeous pond, different colored doors, and several other options. We just had our family photos done here and were blown away by the beautiful backdrops, posh prep areas, and talented photographers. We had 4 children aged 6 and under, and I was apprehensive about the quality of the shots, but our photographer did a great job of entertaining them and we are delighted with the end result. It's definitely on the pricey side, however, so be aware of that going in. But the quality of the work speaks for itself, and since this is the first family photo we've taken in ten years, it was worth the investment. read more

I would really like to recommend Vision but just cannot. My high schooler received what looked like a free sitting promotion which later turned into a $843 photo session. Yes, over $843 for five 8x10 photos. I should have been more cautious when we were welcomed into a suite with a massive viewing screen and offered water and snacks. No, Vision does not use high pressure sales techniques but when they show your child on the big screen, you put the pressure on yourself. Vision requires approximately 2 months to make prints, yes 2 months! This was not initially mentioned until after a deal was made. If these had been my only gripes, I would not be writing a negative review. We purchased a $200 high-resolution digital copy of our favorite print. To me high resolution means a file of sufficient size to print large copies. I mentioned my desire to the Sales Specialist of making a large canvas print. What we received was a 5 Mb file with a note it can't be used for copies larger than 8 x 10. When questioned, Vision remarked they never sell digital files with more clarity, nor allow large prints. They pointed out this information was on the sales receipt (which is was). What the didn't mention was the Sales Specialist never indicated any such restriction even when prompted. Unless you are looking for a very high end photography and don't desire digital copies of your prints, I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

This is the second time we have used Vision Photography and just like the first time they were exceptional from beginning to end. I went in this time for headshots for a new business I am launching, they were so helpful in choosing outfits, poses, props and making me comfortable since headshots are very odd for me to pose for. Before I went in they sent an online brochure with recommendations on clothing, jewelry, hair etc. that was very helpful in the planning process. I think their photos are very affordable considering they look timeless and the care taken to touch up but still look like myself is priceless. I did not want pictures that did not look authentic and these are beautiful. They took a lot of time to help me select the right poses that will coordinate with my website and made excellent recommendations on props within those poses that will accentuate certain aspects of my profession. This place was a complete rip off! Good pictures but no good options unless you spend a fortune and they lock you in having to buy certain packages to get what you want. $1600 later I literally got the rights to 8 out of probably 100 photos of my son. Even after complaining they did nothing to rectify and when I tried to cancel one of the prints within. 2 hours after purchasing, they refused! Go someplace else for senior pictures, someplace you can actually get your monies worth. Ive never done a post like this but I had to with this company. read more

The setting was unreal. All of the different scenes we took photos in were beautiful and we had the luck of having the owner shoot the photos. He was so professional and made my son feel comfortable. When we came to view the photos, they were set up so the first thing you watch is a "movie" and I almost burst into tears. It was done so well. We had a great family photo session at Vision. The photographer (Brett) was fun and upbeat, despite the cold morning. He got great smiles from the kids and he and his assistant worked quickly and well together. I loved joining the outstanding students program, I absolutely loved getting my hair and makeup done($150), I loved the scenery in their backyard where you take the pictures, I loved the slide show they make in the end with all of the pictures from the shoot. BUT, what i don't love is how much it costs, without them telling you from the beginning. In the beginning they make it seem it's cheaper and definitely worth it. DONT LET IT FOOL YOU. Also, my photographer would not stop pushing and pushing my mother for the most expensive "packages" to choose for the pictures. Trying to get $2,500+ for my pictures on a canvas, or even in a photo box. My mom continuously said she's not interested, but yet the photographer would not take that. My parents and I wanted digital pictures so we can have them on our phones for social media and so we can send to the extended family members. HELL NO. $350 FOR EACH PICTURE YOU WANT ON A DISC. We ended up choosing 4 8x5's which totaled $800 + tax. So, unless you have lots of money to spend on your kids' senior pictures, i do not at all recommend read more

I have had two experiences with Vision photography now. My older child was photographed 3 years ago. The photos are beautiful. They do an amazing job when they bring you into a room and show you a photo slideshow of your child to sentimental music. You want to buy every photo. At that time, I ended up buying more photos than I needed and spent over my budget which was frustrating to me but my fault. I was willing to accept this but when they would not give me a high resolution photo for the yearbook I was frustrated. They eventually did give me that high resolution photo but after a few emails back and forth. I understand they are trying to protect their photos from being printed but I had no intention of printing more photos because I already ordered more than I needed. To this day, we still have photos in drawers and not displayed. This time around I though I knew their system. I went back because I know they take great photos and I wanted to match my older son's photos. Since I was planning to order less photos this time I assumed the pricing would align with my budget. When I scheduled the session I said I couldn't spend what I did last time and I told them exactly what I wanted. My mistake in not asking specific pricing at that time. When we arrived she went over pricing with me which put me at the same exact pricing as 3 years ago with less prints, less backgrounds and less digital files. So, once again, I felt taken advantage of however we were there so we went ahead with the photo shoot. After the shoot we viewed the slideshow. Of course the photos were great. When we got down to pricing it turns out that I would be spending the same as 3 years ago but would only have 1 8x10 (not 5), 1 20x20 (without the matching thank you cards), 1 photo background (instead of 4 or 5), 1 11x14 (which was the same), no 5x7 bound photo book, and only 2 digital files vs the 16 digital files I had last time. Needless to say, I was annoyed and they could tell. She did work with me a bit but in the end I did not end up with what I wanted because of my budget (which in my mind was still generous). Once the ordering was complete I asked if I could take a photo of the 2 photos I ordered to show my husband and the answer was no. Again, I understand they want to protect their photos from being printed but it was a photo in a dark room from a cell phone. There is no way that would have been a quality photo had I chosen to print it. Instead, they printed a thumb size copy of one of the photos on my receipt but would not print out the other copy. When I came home and told my husband about the experience he cancelled out session. I am happy with our decision however I felt compelled to write this review. read more

I loved everything about my experience with Vision Photography. It can be very stressful to take senior pictures just because you only have one chance to get it right, but I had so much fun during my photoshoots and didn't feel any stress at all (and that's coming from someone who gets stressed very easily). Everyone that works there is so kind and accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure that you get pictures that you absolutely love. The photographers and staff here are very friendly and extremely professional. The business is run really well and very smoothly. My husband and I just wanted a few pictures to use as a Christmas card so we bought a living social deal for 2 photos on a disc for $59. When I first read the deal it said images on disc, it did not specify that only two images would be on the disc, so that was pretty disappointing. Overall the studio is great, a l ot of great backdrops and great use of outdoor studio. My main complaint is that the studio has VERY expensive pricing. For example, to add just one photo onto your disc, not even to have it printed, is $135. The studio caters towards the upper class, its too bad they don't have more affordable packages. read more

We went to Vision Photography for maternity pictures, and had no idea what to expect. Not only did the pictures turn out great, but we had so much fun during the shoot that the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish! We loved all of the options for outdoor backgrounds, like the rustic doors, old vehicles, and park-like settings, as well as having the option to take pictures inside. It was nice not having to trek all over Denver just to find photo-worthy spots. read more
