The play area has the crawler section for the littles that arent upright yet and I'd say 98% of the parents enforced the rule of no walkers in the baby baby section. You do have the handful of parents that jsut let their kids go wild and who also dont wesr socks themselves, but overall everyone is there for the same reasons and no one feels creepy. The coffee was pretty good, and a decent selection of pastries. They do have fries and chicken nuggets but definitely more for a kid's palette. If you're a remote working parent and have the kiddos home all day for winter break, this is a great spot to pop in so they can expend that energy while you work! The staff is friendly, the place is pretty clean, and they have some great jams playing. We will for sure be back as our little grows up!

The park is handicap accessible with a ramp up to the top level of the playground. There are two age group playgrounds. The sign that is posted says 5-7 but a 3 year old can easily play on the little playground with lots of slides. There are no swings however, but there are public bathrooms that were very clean. The park is also connected to the skate park. There are a few picnic benches for lunch time but no covered areas to escape the rain. The park is not fenced off so you need to keep an eye out for little ones. It is an awesome park with lots of activities to keep little ones entertained.

We lots of discipline, we got our tickets and entered the incredible children's museum. You walk into a woodland wonderland and it only gets better from there. We are pretty partial to our home museum in Cincinnati and haven't found a better one but this comes very close. Theres so many interactive areas. There is a treehouse down toward the right when you walk in along with a small town. A walk on airplane that allows kids to work with parcels, a train engine you can walk into with model train set behind. A water station as well as stairs to the outdoor portion with an extensive jungle gym, musical instruments, mini golf, and an excavation site with dinosaurs! They had science exhibits for older kids and younger kids alike. A toddler area as well. You could keep any kid toddler to about 10 years of age entertained for hours. Parking isn't free unless you can snag a coveted spot in front but it's not too pricey. Admission is $22 a person. They have last half hour free during summer which is nice. Staff are dressed in purple and nothing but kind and friendly. There is a cafe at the top (well, a "food truck" theme) and tables and benches to eat. Looked like you could pack your own food. Also looked like you could host birthday parties and field trips. All in all, impressive children's museum. We can't wait to come back!

My kid played non-stop for 4 hours with no complaints. This location doesn't have a bathroom in-house but there's one directly across the mall thoroughfare (15 steps from the door to this place). I give it 4 stars because they don't use the bracelet numbering system that they use at the other locations (which prevents your kid from leaving with a random adult).

There is no shade. It gets really hot during the summer. All in all, I like the park for its age range. I wish there was a bathroom. We've had to leave early a bunch of times because we need a bathroom.

I'm 22 and came here with my 2-year-old, my 23-year-old best friend and her 6-year-old nephew on a Friday from 7pm-9pm. It was $28 for a jump pass for the 6-year-old, but my 2-year-old was free. Socks are only $4 a pair, so I spent ~$8 on socks for my toddler and I. I asked one of the employees if I was able to accompany my toddler and she said yes, of course. This place was so cool! There are three large play place/jungle gym type buildings with slides, bridges, little swings, etc inside that are so much fun to explore. And lots of trampolines, including a "7 and under" area for little ones. I was really glad that it wasn't too crowded when we went. I am a germ freak and was glad that the bathrooms were clean and garbages were maintained unlike some other reviews had mentioned. I am curious about their cleaning/sanitizing details/schedule for all the surfaces of the park, arcade, and everything BUT nothing seemed dirty to me. The employees were friendly and helpful! I do agree with some other reviews that their employees seem to be predominantly young teenagers, and interested in chatting with each other but I did not find this to be an issue at all. I think parents definitely need to keep an eye on their own kids--I could see how bullying could occur with larger kids and little kids, but in my opinion it is the parent's responsibility to watch their own kids and make sure they are not bullying or being bullied. If you have little kids running around the park you should keep an eye on them for safety anyways, since trampolining is technically an extreme sport. I liked that the employees were attentive and doing their patrols and yet didn't come across as 'hovering'. As a young mom who likes to join in on the trampoline and play areas with my child, I can sometimes get self-conscious and feel like I'm being judged for seeming too childish but I didn't feel that way at all here. The arcade area is also cool, we got two $10 cards and they didn't last very long lol. Was nice that everything accepted Apple Pay. Overall, I think this place is wonderful and I am even considering getting a monthly subscription!
