As a first time home buyer, I always thought buying a house was a long, boring, and complicated process. I knew the importance of meeting the right broker/agent is crucial when it comes to buying my own house because I heard so many bad stories from my friends and family about their horrible experience with their agents. I was fortunate to meet Tony who was not just friendly but also professional as he's knowledgeable about real estate field. He was kind enough to explain the whole process of buying the house in details and when it comes to questions, my answers were answered with no hesitations. His strongest skill set is negotiation and persuasion. He was able to build rapport with the seller agent and gather the information we needed in a timely manner, so we can better position ourselves and adjust our offers accordingly to be the top competitors. Keeping our terms clean and strong was the critical key in this seller market. Chris was also quick and responsive when it comes to making appointments and showing the houses. With his experience/knowledge he provided us with many new informations that we should inspect during our home showings. We saw almost 100 houses in all LA county and OC before we found our current house. He was kind enough to make multiple appointment in different cities on the same day and he made himself available all the time. Tony and Chris helped us to buy the house of our dreams, they also worked hard to secure the repair credits for the house. Tony and his Elevate team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, they will elevate your home buying experience! read more

I am forever grateful for Tony, Chris, Robert, and the entire Elevate Estates family! From the start, the team was so kind, attentive, and patient. The team made the entire process so seamless and definitely an unforgettable experience, although I know they spent countless hours behind the scenes crunching numbers, looking for homes, and communicating with the necessary parties. If I had to choose and describe one thing the team was best at was their communication skills. They responded to all of my questions (and tbh I had quite a bit...) with such patience and kept me updated at all times. I love how they also gave me weekly updates. I was never lost or confused throughout the entire process. I cannot wait to brag about how great the team is and recommend them to friends, family, and coworkers! If you're taking the first step into purchasing/selling a home, look no further. You won't regret going with Elevate Estates. They will go above and beyond your expectations. Guaranteed! Again, thank you, Tony, Chris, and Robert for everything! read more

I first reached out to Tony over 5 years ago looking for a simple rental. I couldn't believe how much he and his team hustled to find the perfect place for me and my roommates... it was "just" a rental! Of course whenever I did need a rental, I sought out Elevate Estates and was still surprised at the amount of work they put into their renting clients. Over the years, Tony continued to keep in touch and continued to fostered a client/agent relationship by personally checking in, and even invited me out to client appreciation events. When it was finally time for my wife and I to buy our first home, it was a no-brainer to seek out Elevate Estates. This has been a tough market to buy in, but Tony, Chris, and the team continued to elevate the client experience. They were always quick to respond either by email, text, or a phone call. On multiple occasions, different homes caught our eye while we were out of town and Chris always made himself available to provide us with virtual showings. As a first time home buyer, they walked us through every step of the way. Because of the competitive market, we ultimately settled on a new home build. As buyers, I wasn't sure how much our agent would come into play since it felt like the builder pretty much had everything laid out for us for an "all-in-one" experience including the loan process. But that didn't stop Tony and his team from representing us. That's when I felt that Elevate Estates as our agent truly represented us and sought for our best interest. They walked us through each decision and not fall into any "up-selling" kind of traps. They were with us every step of the new build process and showed us alternative options and services we can shop for. In the end, Tony was personally there representing us the day we were supposed to go through our new build inspection, while my wife and I were a tad bit busy in the hospital delivering our first baby :) Tony, Chris, and the team at Elevate Estates has earned a client for life :) read more

Cannot say enough good things about Tony and Chris at Elevate. From the first time we walked the property all the way through the closing of escrow, the team at Elevate was there to make the process easy. Tony was always available to answer and work through questions we had. He and his team made it possible for us to purchase our dream home. I would high recommend anyone that is looking to make a purchase in this competitive real estate market to talk with Elevate Estates. We have now been in our home for 3 months and couldn't be happier! Thank you Elevate Estates! read more

Darryl did an excellent job in helping us purchase our first home for my family and I. Before meeting Darryl, I worked with another agent whom we submitted a couple offers with, but no acceptance. I didn't feel we were getting the right service, but luckily my brother recommended Darryl and everything changed. From start to finish, Darryl and his team were very professional, worked hard and were efficient to get us the home of our dreams. When my wife and I wanted to offer a much higher price as we were up against several other offers, Darryl coached us and let us know we did not need to raise our price. He was right and our offer was accepted. Throughout escrow, Darryl also ensured we were informed and prepared for each next step. In addition to our offer being accepted, he also negotiated for the seller to cover all the necessary repairs prior to moving in. Now my wife and I have a beautiful home we can raise our 1 year old son. I'm very grateful my brother recommended Darryl. I would recommend Darryl and his team in the future and look forward to using them again. read more

You need to hire these guys!!!! I could not be happier with my experience with Chris and Tony! I have worked with other realtors before, but the process this time around was a complete 180 degrees in the best way possible. They were extremely professional, hard working, detail oriented and motivated. Even though they had a number of other listings at the same time, I still always felt that they were 100% focused and dedicated to selling my home quickly and profitably. I met them for a consult on a Saturday. By the following Friday, they had deep cleaned, painted, repaired, staged, photographed and listed my home! Chris was always on top of sending me updates and responded immediately to any questions and concerns I had. My home had a layout that was a tough sell, but somehow Chris convinced a buyer (who was the only offer) to offer above listing price!! Even when the buyer had numerous complaints and demands during escrow, Chris and his team quietly handled it all (including making repairs to my home!!) and never mentioned it to me. If you are super busy like me and want someone to take care of it all - hire Chris and Tony and you don't have to worry about a thing. I can't stop recommending them to everyone I know, and they will be the only realtors I use in the future. read more

What can I say... "Realtor for Life" is not just a hashtag, it is synonymous with Elevate Estates. They helped us purchase our first home, and they were also the ones who helped us sell this first home which allowed us to purchase our forever home. Chris, Tony and Team exceeded our expectations when it came to all the activity that went on prior to putting our house on the market. I remembered in our initial meeting it was suggested that walls be repainted, kitchen cabinets be repainted, and the place needed to be deep cleaned. At the end of the meeting I said ok, we'll get working on these improvements, and to my surprise ALL these services were included! Fast forward to open house weekend and we had over 130 visitors and multiple offers that following week! We had some rough patches during escrow, but I truly believe Elevate Estates shrewd knowledge of the market, attention to detail and amazing customer service helped guide us through. read more

My husband Edgar and I began looking for a home early 2021 with a different real estate agent, and we were getting nowhere. A friend connected us with Tony early November and wow we are beyond thankful for him doing so.Tony and his team are simply put, rockstars!! Thanks to them we made our dream of owning a home in the OC a reality. Within the first call Tony exceeded our expectations. His professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and genuine care for us made this experience exactly what we dreamt it would be. Within a month of our first call we have a new home!! After having struggled with multiple failed offers with the previous realtor, Tony and his team got our first offer accepted!!! What is even more amazing is that our offer wasn't the highest of 7, but because Tony and his team put in the effort to get to know us, they were able to put together a great offer package!!! I can't recommend him enough. We are super grateful for the experience. I can't wait to work with him again in the future! read more

Tony and his team not only helped us sell our house but helped us buy a brand new house. Tony and Chris were so awesome in helping us navigate the new home buying process. Buying a home is probably one of the biggest investments you make in your life. Luckily, I am fortunate to do it a second time, but this time around its with my wife (first time). From the experiences I gained from my first home purchase, I can't help but be more selective in search for a new agent. I had a great first impression of Tony on our first meeting; he was proactive in explaining to us in detail his strategies on how to approach the market and our options after reviewing our new home wishlist. Team Elevate accommodated to our conflicting work schedules and was able to facilitate communications between us and the rest of the team. After weeks of open houses, we found the home we wanted, but there were already other offers on the table with only two days until the seller makes the final decision. This is when Team Elevate shined with quick strategic executions that eventually made it our home. This transaction was not easy, as they were unexpected road blocks by the other party that put us in difficult positions. Unfortunately there is only so much you could do to steer clear from the road blocks, but Tony and his team was there ready to help take the next action. Tony is a very passionate, and motivated agent who is always trying to put his place in the shoes of the buyer when giving advice to his clients. My wife and I are very grateful to have Tony, Chris, and the rest of the team at Elevate Estate to represent us throughout the Home buying process. Thank you Team Elevate! Kevin + Nesa read more

Tony and Chris from the Elevate Estates team worked very hard to help us find our first home in the competitive housing market of Los Angeles. Despite our lack of experience in knowing what to do with buying our first home, Tony and Chris patiently and thoroughly explained and walked through the whole process with us. In the midst of the tough decisions we had to make and dealing with unfavorable challenges as buyers in this competitive market, Tony and Chris best utilized their charismatic, aggressive and punctual approach to have our offer accepted, beating out many other offers that were made. Not only were Tony and Chris being professional, transparent and passionate to their clients, but also they truly thought and cared from the client's point of view. After witnessing the capability of the Elevate Estates team, I can confidently recommend Tony and Chris for anyone looking to buy/sell homes! You will be in good hands! read more

From the date of our initial conversation with Anthony at Elevate Estates to move-in day, the process was so smooth, quick (50 days) and stress-free! And that includes both selling our home and buying our new dream home. This alone speaks volumes of the type of professionals at Elevate, especially Anthony. Incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, competitive and trustworthy -- the ultimate wish list for a real estate team! I don't believe any other real estate team could have provided this type of experience for our situation. We fell in love with a home that was already on the market and had no idea if it would be possible to sell our current house and buy this dream home. During the first meeting with Anthony, he explained the process, clearly outlined next steps and worked to make this happen for us. Before we knew it, our house was getting prepped for showing and we didn't have to worry about anything. Anthony had everything covered. Anthony's hard work truly showed when we received an offer over listing price within a couple days on the market! Right after that, Anthony was able to get our offer accepted on our dream home. We were in double escrow with no worries at all because of Anthony and Elevate. Anthony and the team at Elevate were truly with us every step and supported us through the entire process. We couldn't be more thankful and feel blessed to work with Elevate. read more

This is our second time using Tony's services and we can't express how important it is to find a realtor you can count on. Tony helped us buy our first home and because our experience with him was amazing the first time around, we had to go with him again, and boy did his team deliver again! Not only did they help us sell our place within 4 days going into market (multiple offers a day after open house), Tony and Chris fought tooth and nail to get our FOREVER Eichler home. They were always available 24/7 if we had any questions and truly looked out for our best interest. I can't express how greatly I appreciated them helping us close both places (strategically so we could use our proceeds towards our next home) but also making the transition from selling our current place to buying another as seamless as possible. Thank you Elevate team (shout out to Chris and Tony) for working so diligently especially through this tough time! If you're looking for an ALL-IN-ONE team (remodel, staging, selling, buying, finance, escrow, etc.) they are the way to go! read more

Elevate Estates talks the talk AND walks the walk - right to your new home. We had the pleasure of working with Anthony Duarte, a class act agent who helped us close on our dream home in the most competitive housing market. If you're looking for an agent that has your back, puts in the extra hours, and delivers, Anthony is your guy. I've had the pleasure and honor of knowing Anthony personally as well as professionally. For as long as I've known Anthony, I've known him to be consistent, loyal, driven and genuine in all aspects of his life - from family to long-distance running (IYKYK) to real estate. People like Anthony are few and far between, let alone finding a real estate agent with this persona; someone you can trust to guide you in what is probably one of - if not the - greatest financial investment of your life. In today's hyper competitive market, having an advocate in the form of an agent who cares is priority one as a buyer. Anthony booked showings within hours. He was on top of the market and was in constant communication. In today's wild wild west housing market, he was agile and quick to pivot. When he brought us to what would become our new home, we knew right away. The seller's agent needed an offer that afternoon and Anthony was able to buy us some time into the evening. His charismatic nature enabled him to get intel from the other agent. He was direct and asked what exactly it would take for us to get the house. Even after the offer was submitted, Anthony was grinding all night as the offers and counter offers were flying back and forth. Watching Anthony was impressive; aggressive, fair and always pushing our best interests, he was a true consultant and confidant - which is truly an art (especially since I was 9 months pregnant at the time of the transaction). Our offer was accepted three days later, beating out eight other offers. In addition to being a rockstar agent (even the selling agent acknowledged how sharp Anthony was), throughout the process Anthony was a calm therapist, an objective advisor, a bulldog negotiator, and a loyal friend (he's basically family now!). His quiet confidence, cool demeanor and genuine care has made all the difference throughout this entire process. Day after day after day Anthony is about the hustle. We appreciate him so much for bringing us HOME and look forward to seeing him continue to succeed. All our referrals will be heading his way! We are so grateful for the Elevate Estates team - especially Anthony! read more

This review is well deserved and we cannot recommend working with Darryl Valdez enough. We met Darryl through friends who had already purchased several properties with him. From our first consultation, we knew he would be a good fit because of how intently he listened to our needs and wants. He was diligent with his research of potential properties and encouraged us to do the same. He also attended EVERY open house and scheduled showing with us. Darryl saw the listing for our new house before we did and prepared the data about the suggested purchase price point. When we submitted our offer he was diligent about communication between ourselves and the sellers agent. We purchased in an extremely competitive market/community on a home that had 15 offers (3 of them all cash). We firmly believe we won because of Darryl's tenacity and communication - he was the one who got our offer package noticed. We know how busy Darryl is and never once felt that he never had time for us or our questions - often times we actually felt that we were his only clients! As first time home buyers, we were extremely overwhelmed and discouraged that we would never find a home but Darryl saved the day! You won't regret working with him - he is a great and experienced agent and will take care of of you as if you were his own family. read more

We were very lucky and glad we found Elevate Estates! We were going to sell our home with Redfin and were not impressed with their marketing strategy in order to sell our home for the price we wanted. With Elevate Estates, their team did an impeccable job with staging and even did some maintenance work around the house. They were able to sell my house above asking price in only 5 days! Chris and Tony were very professional and made the process very smooth. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to selling or buying a home. read more

Hands down the smoothest real estate experience I have ever had. Tony got me a fantastic home at a good price in Palm Springs in a very competitive market. At every step of the way he was advocating for me and thinking one step ahead. He's also great at communicating the details of the sometimes opaque home buying process. These guys gave me the competitive edge in a tight market! read more

Wow! Chris, Tony and their team of experts did everything for me. I felt like I was taken care of right from the beginning. I had a work trip, and no time to go through the house I was selling with him, so I just handed him the keys and he said "don't worry we'll take care of it." When I came back, the entire place was clean, touched up, staged, and ready to go. Chris was extremely prompt in answering all of my questions, super professional, and made sure that I was updated and had everything I needed to ensure a smooth transaction. He responded to my questions sometimes late a night even when I didn't expect a response until the next morning. He literally made the entire process as easy as it possibly could have been for me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the negotiations, and explained everything very thoroughly to me. I could tell that he and his team were experts and were going to get me the best price possible. When it came to purchase, their expert negotiating skills got our offer accepted much lower than we expected. I loved their attitude, and could tell they were doing everything they could to get us the best price possible on the purchase as well. These guys know how business works, hands down. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend Chris and his team at Elevate to anyone looking to sell/buy. read more

My fiancée and I were looking for our first home and we stumbled upon Tony during an open house. We really had no clue on what we were doing except that we were ready to buy a house. When we met Tony for the first time, he was a pleasure to talk to and learn from. After talking to various agents, we both knew that Tony was the agent for us. His enthusiasm and passion really set him apart from everyone else. We knew that if we were serious, he was going to be the agent that will be actively working to get us into our first home. The process of buying a home and working a full time job can be stressful. However, Tony was very accommodating and made himself available whenever we needed him. He would go above and beyond to find us our home and to get us our keys. Along the way, there are always bumps on the road, but Tony made it as smooth as possible with the help of himself and his awesome team. He was constantly updating us on everything and informing us of our next steps. We were always a step ahead with the help of Tony, and whenever there were disputes or roadblocks on the end of the other party; always count on Tony to take care of the situation. Even after we got our keys and have moved in, Tony is still checking up on us to make sure if he can be of any help. He definitely is our real-estate agent for life! read more

Since then he has been kind to answer all our questions, thorough to follow up, prompt to revert back any questions that we had and stayed on top of everything throughout our home buying process, which took almost an year. He accommodated our last minute requests and made himself available many a times when we wanted him. He is skillful in taking any model home pictures or videos, assisting inspections, following up with builders. In the end he surprised us with a house-warming gift which is very useful in our new home. I would definitely recommend and vouch for him for any of your real estate need. read more

We looooove Darryl for helping us get into our home. In a competitive real estate market, Darryl was able to deliver and exceeded expectations by a long shot. We were often left on read by another real estate agency and weren't able to get a tour for places, which is incredibly important when the market is like this. Darryl was able to score tours on a lot of different places, some with even less than 12 hours notice. We weren't expecting that at all and truly appreciate all that he did to help us out. If you like what you're reading, don't stop yet because I haven't even gotten to the best part. On a place we liked a lot, Darryl was able to get our offer accepted when there were a few competing bids, some of which were more than ours. I still don't understand how he did that, but he did. He walked us through the home buying process step by step and was able to provide answers to any questions he didn't know at the time. No stone left unturned! read more

After closing on our new home, I was setting up my new office when I happened to come across an old dictionary. When I opened it, I was shocked to find Tony's picture in several places...I found his picture under the words like AMAZING, WOW, and FRIEND (just to name a few). Ok ok - that was cheesy, but in all seriousness, Tony was fantastic. Tony came to us as a referral from my best man, who also bough a home through Tony. At that time we met Tony, my wife and I had already begun to met with my wife's previous Berkshire Hathaway real estate agent. After our meeting with Tony, we knew. As a first time home buyer, it was important to me that I chose an agent that not only had solid experience, but was patient enough to explain things to a newbie like me. I kind feel like we put Tony through a little bit of hell (even though he would play it down). My wife and I were trying to figure out what we wanted, which resulted in a few emails to Tony that we weren't ready to buy, we're going to hold off... etc. But when we found the home we wanted, we reached out to Tony, and he was on the attack. It was that same day that he put together and submitted an offer. Tony really shined when it came to negotiations. We were bidding against a few other offers at the time, and we REALLY wanted the home (but didn't want to necessarily pay the asking price). And even though we were not the strongest offer, Tony was able to seal the deal. And THAT is where I feel Tony is strongest. When it comes to talking Turkey - as they say - Tony is the guy you want talking for you. This is all to say that Tony really went above and beyond to get these newly weds a place they can call home. A very special thanks to Tony Kim, Solly Kim, Robert Kim, and the whole Elevate Estates team that helped make our dream become a reality. read more

I've been a proud owner of the perfect home for 3 months now and it's entirely thanks to Darryl Valdez and his team at Elevate Estates! As a first time home buyer I was very nervous, but Darryl put my fears to rest immediately. He listened attentively to "my dream" and then made achieving that dream his own personal goal. He laid the entire process out so simply in easy steps that it definitely made me believe for the first time that I could do this! While looking at listings, Darryl quickly helped me to narrow down the options, learned my likes and dislikes, and pinpointed exactly what I was really looking for in a home. By the time we found The One, I was confident enough that it was an easy choice to make the offer. When we were up against 3 other offers of the exact same price, Darryl remained confident. He made my offer stand out above the rest, helped me navigate a counter-offer, and then joyously delivered the news that my offer had been accepted!! Things moved quickly, but Darryl was there to walk me through and was always available whenever I had any questions. He also managed to negotiate for the inclusion of all appliances in the sale price which was a very nice bonus! Even with the outbreak of COVID-19 while we were in Escrow, what could have been a nightmare situation was merely a slight bump in the road. We had a few delays, but Darryl expertly managed this without ever leaving me feeling lost or worried. I am so glad that I chose Darryl Valdez as my agent! I truly do not believe that I would be living in this beautiful home without his skill and positive energy. During the entire home buying process, they were extremely helpful in keeping us updated on the properties we were interested in, and when it came time for us to put an offer in, they were able to get our offer accepted within 3 hours! It was so impressive we couldn't believe it. We were able to close on the house within 30 days and just in time for Christmas! They really worked tirelessly to help us push the deal across before the holidays because they knew how much we wanted to be in our house by then. Not only were we able to close on the house in time, but they had the interior of the house painted white (just because we wanted to), and the entire house cleaned before moved in! I am thrilled at this opportunity to comment on my experiences with Tony Kim and his team members at Elevate Estates. Tony exudes a high degree of professionalism and expertise that goes over and beyond your average realtor. He makes every effort to look into all aspects of the home selling process in order to maximize your chances at a quick and successful selling process. He provides a unique, all-under-one-roof experience that helps to alleviate the stresses that can arise during the process such as getting things repaired, mediating communications with different vendors for services required before sale, etc. Tony has also built a very strong team that stands beside him. His ground unit puts things into motion and puts words into action. I honestly have plenty of things to say about Tony and Elevate Estates. Anyone associated with this group is working under the premise that mediocrity is for the weak and that excellence is the foundation of an elevated real estate experience. read more

Our family thanks Darryl for being an amazing realtor and for being super hands on in helping us buy our first home. We thank him for a great experience as he walked us through every step of the way, taking the time to personally tend to our needs and provide efficient responses in all of our questions and requests. He has great knowledge about the market and taught us everything we needed to know to be one step closer to buying our first home. We are very appreciative of his work ethics as he was very quick to respond, and took the initiative to constantly check up on any updates for new houses, and updates from other realtors and the sellers themselves. Actually, this asset of his was one of the main reasons why the seller chose us, despite the competitive offers we were up against. Overall, Darryl treated our family with respect and understanding throughout all the process, and he was very supportive of our decisions. To this day, he continues to help us with anything that we need. Thank you for helping us achieve our new home, Darryl and team Elevates Estate! More power to you all! read more

When we first met Tony, he provided us with details and what to expect during our home purchasing process. He did very well in educating and explaining to us on the home buying contingencies. He was extremely professional and patient with us in answering all our questions. This was our very first home purchase and he did an excellent job. We want to thank Tony and his team (Chris and Robert) for their superb effort and closing the deal on our first home purchase. read more
