Where do we even begin?! It has been a long journey in trying to find a new home AND sell our current home. Thanks to Tony and the entire Elevate Estates team, we were finally able to do both! Our journey began back in the summer of 2021 when we began searching for a home - rates were low and the market was hot. It seemed as if we were constantly getting outbid by overseas investors which led us to bump our budget as much as we could. The market was crazy. Prices of older homes were being priced as much, if not more, than new builds! eventually this led us to seek out new builds and with Chris' help, from Elevate Estates, we were able to secure a home in a new luxurious community! There was a caveat that this new build was projected to be completed in 2023. We weren't in a huge hurry but this also meant a couple things: rates would go up from the unheard of low and what would the market be like when we had to eventually sell our current home? Fast forward to 2023, our new home has a final closing date. We were nervous, to say the least, as we had to sell our current home in order to purchase the new home.
