I cannot recommend the Elevate Estates' Team enough! From start to finish, they made the entire buying/selling process seamless and stress-free. I felt supported at every step of the journey and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were incredibly responsive, deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and made my transaction smooth and easy. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again Elevate Team for making my dream of selling my home effortless so I could move forward on my new home. Kim C. read more

This was our second time working with Tony and Chris. They previously sold our home, and this time, they helped us buy a property. Both experiences have been great; although buying a property was much more challenging and stressful, they assisted me every step of the way and took great care of us. There was a period when I thought the deal might fall through, but Tony saved it with his preferred lender and secured the home for us. He also assisted us throughout our remodel and gave us some awesome housewarming gifts to go with our remodel. Our family loves our house, and we wouldn't have been able to get it if not for Tony and Chris! read more

Tony and his entire team were exceptional in every aspect of this purchase. He truly has his customers best intentions in mind and upholds his fiduciary responsibility no matter how small the matter may seem. Tony takes every concern to heart and did everything to make us feel comfortable and knowledgeable all day every day. I would not hesitate to refer him to any family member, friend or even stranger as I am certain he will take care of you and adjust his focus based on your specific needs. Thank you Tony and the rest of your ELEVATE ESTATES Team!!! read more

Oh first elite review... here goes: Dear Elevate Estates, How do I love thee, let me count the ways!! 1. I love thee for thine constant watchful eye. 2. I love thee for thine ferocious negotiations. 3. I love thee for thine perpetual educational in-services. 4. I love thee for thine willingness to work on holidays. 5. I love thee for thine dedication and commitment to serve. 6. I love thee for thine obligatory text gif exchanges. Alright alright, I could count a thousand ways that I love thine and thee and thou and things. Bottom line is: I adore Chris and Tony and are so thrilled to finally be in our very first home! We feel so spoiled with our welcome home gift too (will not disclose in case supplies are limited!). If you are a first time homebuyer/seller, you will be happy to know that Tony and Chris will walk you through the entire process without batting an eye at what you may not know. The fact that they take their time to ensure your understanding through every step is important to them as it was to us and that really showed. It made a situation that others complain about into this really fun talent show (if that makes sense) Kind of like when someone tells you that you can't do something, and you're like "HAH, watch this!" and you exceed expectations. They really have a knack for personalizing the experience and we are so deeply appreciate. If you are an experienced home buyer/seller, you will not be disappointed on their savage wit and rapid fire negotiation skills. Tony's deeply intuitive knowledge of the market I'm sure is some kind of spell picked up from his days at Hogwarts or perhaps in his time at the Jedi Academy, not sure, but it's on point. When you start at the beginning with such top notch professionalism, courtesy, respect and knowledge, it's difficult to ever fall below that mark in the future. Especially during the pandemic, with so many moving parts, they were so helpful in accommodating us. The home we are in now is an absolute dream! But get ready in 5 years guys! We're coming for our last last PERFECT DREAM HOME We hope you're not too bad and bougie to work with us then! Tons of love, Rosanna & Josh & our crazy kids ‍ HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your real estate needs. Elevate your experience *Covid Safety Guidelines* Virtual Showings (Chris walked through homes for us!) Darryl did an amazing job working with my family. My parents were switching houses, having just sold their home in San Francisco, and just started looking for a new home in Los Angeles. We connected with Darryl through a family recommendation and we couldn't be happier. Darryl held professionalism to the highest regard, had a strong sense of urgency, and was very knowledgeable of the Los Angeles market. We found our dream home within a week, battled through 7 initial offers, and was able to successfully close with Darryl's guidance and support. We couldn't be happier with the results. Anyone looking to buy a first home or looking to upgrade, I highly recommend Darryl and his team. read more

Tony and his Ops Team were amazing. They were professional and friendly from the start 6 months prior to finally closing on our home. He took the time to understand my needs and put together a plan and timeline that allowed us to do an out of state purchase and relocation. They were there every step of the way with my best interests in place and answered questions even with the sale of my previous home. Because of their attention to detail, literally every aspect of the purchase and relocation fell into place with zero hiccups. This allowed me to plan accordingly and prepare the best I could with finances, relocating my family and finding the home we envisioned with our move to sunny CA. read more

My fiancé and I began the homebuying process in late August/early September of this year and Darryl Valdez was our agent. We finally got the keys to our new home last Friday (9/24/21). Darryl was always available to take our calls and answer our questions, speak with us after we saw a property (sometimes our conversations ran an hour or more), and he was very knowledgeable throughout the process. This was our first home purchase, and even in the beginning there were some hurdles that we, the buyers, needed to hop over. On our behalf, Darryl was able to speak to the sellers and establish reassurance and confidence that the rest of the process would go smoothly. I should mention that my fiancé and I actually discovered our new property on Redfin and requested to view it. We're very grateful for Darryl and would highly recommend! read more

Tony is an amazing agent! Super helpful and knowledgeable! Most agents are like used car salesmen, however Tony and his team at Elevate Estates are nothing but. They made sure to answer and help us out with any questions and problems we didn't quite understand, which made our whole process that much smoother to deal with. Thank you Elevate Estates! Highly recommended team of professionals! read more

Tony and Chris are part of a wonderful team that truly set them apart from other realtor agents. They are both knowledgeable and understanding and really spend the time to get to know the buyer's financial situation and wants. They lay out the fundamentals of purchasing property and are with you every step of the way. They are more than ready to show you lots of properties that fit your criteria and constantly keep you 'in the loop'. The biggest strength, however, is the speed at which they operate. They aren't adverse to constant texting after working hours and will make sure you get the house that you want. They do a great job of reaching out to the seller and negotiating with the agent to make sure you are on the top of their minds - especially in this hot sellers market. There is a reason why they have such solid reviews and their professionalism is top notch. I feel that Tony and Chris take care of the buyer and make sure that they are always feeling engaged. The partners they work with are also top notch and help speed through the escrow process. I highly recommend Elevate Estates! read more

Tony and his team's service are amazing. We directly worked with Tony and Chris for the most part. They made the entire process of finding and buying a home in Socal while living in the SF Bay Area surprisingly easy. We both have very busy work/life schedules and they were able to accommodate and be available to us whenever we needed. Communication and responsiveness could not be better. They were extremely thorough in making sure we understood every piece of the process and would not hesitate to patiently answer any and all questions. They were available to show us homes over a few weekends that we flew down from the Bay, and if we couldn't make it to a home that we really liked, they viewed the house for us and provided us with a high-res detailed video. They coordinated every step through the entire process and made sure all items were taken care of and in proper order. After we closed and moved in they put us in contact with a trusted Contractor for a major remodel and a Solar Broker that they had years of experience working with, which both worked out well. Their goal from the beginning to end was to ensure we were getting what we are looking for, which is a night and day difference from my experiences with other agents. They were able to win the negotiation for us against the other accepted competitors while saving us money. If not for their experience in the industry, I don't believe we would have won. Thank you Tony and Chris for all your hard work and professional expertise! We will definitely turn to you again for our next home! read more

We have lived in our home for almost 1 year now, and we can honestly say that Darryl found us our FIRST perfect home! From the first day of meeting together, through the entire time we were in escrow, and even after getting the keys and moving in, Darryl did a phenomenal job by always communicating with us through it all since day 1. He made sure that he always kept us in the loop of next steps, did his due diligence to answer all of our questions & concerns, and provided us with the right resources to make sure we were making the best decisions. He was intentional and thoughtful with learning about what we were looking for in a home (location, must have's, hard no's, etc), yet he also challenged us to move quick when it was necessary - thank goodness we did just that for our current home! Going through the home-buying process for the first time is scary, intimidating, and eye-opening, but Darryl and his team made us feel comfortable and at ease through it all, and were very patient with us. If you're looking for someone (and a team) who will go above and beyond, and will walk beside you every step of the way, then we definitely recommend Darryl and his team. Thank you Darryl! read more

I can confidently say that Tony and his team are the one of the hardest working real estate professionals I have ever met. My husband and I strongly believe that parterning with them was one of the best choices we have made in our lives. We worked with the Elevate Estates Team to sell our condo home. They started off by thoroughly explaining the selling process and our necessary involvement. The team worked their magic to make our home look exquisite for Open House by collaborating with an interior design team as well as a media team to provide all the necessary resources to attract buyers for our condo home. After experiencing a successful Open House weekend, we sold our property well over our anticipated listing price and surpassed our expectation. We truly appreciate their open communcation system which includes answering our endless questions, promptly responding to our emails/text messages, and advising us to make the wisest decision during the selling process. There are not enough words to emphasize how strongly we would recommend the Elevate Estates Team! If another opportunity would arise, we are certain to make the valuable choice to partner with the Elevate Estates Team again. read more

Thanks Tony and Chris for making our home buying experience so seamless. They took the time to understand our needs and wanted to find us a home that meets those needs. Chris was very patient with us, driving from house to house over several weekends. And that was in the blazing summer heat too! Once we found a house that we wanted to put an offer on, Tony was very determined to make the deal work out. He reached out countless times on a Friday evening to the selling agent to get our offer accepted. With his help, we were able to submit an offer below asking that was accepted without a counter. That is so rare in today's market. They truly went above and beyond after during the escrow phase too, helping us find contractors, getting quotes, and making sure we move into a clean home. Thanks again, Elevate Estates for elevating our home buying experience! read more

I worked with Darryl to purchase our first home and I could not have had a better experience. From our first meeting where he explained the entire home buying process and asked us some insightful questions to pinpoint our perfect home to making sure we had sent out our best offers each and every time, Darryl was there every step of the way. He helped connect us to great financing, escrow, and inspection partners who all share the same values and sense of urgency to make sure everything happened on (or before) schedule and made our closing extremely quick and smooth. Darryl was always available to answer any of my questions (whether it was through text, email, or a call) as well as giving us much information he could about each property we were interested in. I definitely felt prepared going into this whole process and for each and every offer as well because of how communicative, supportive, and reliable Darryl was. The next time that I or anybody I know will be looking to buy their perfect home, I would not hesitate to recommend Darryl and Elevate Estates because I know exactly how much value he creates for his clients. read more

Anthony had the best attitude throughout the process as well as extremely responsive and transparent. He really did his research on every house we would send him and let us know if it would be worth going to look at or not as well as worth putting in an offer. He helped answer any and all our questions and clarified any confusion or verbiage we didn't understand. In the end we were able to put in an offer and close escrow in a timely manner with very little stress because of his guidance. We will definitely use him in the future and recommend him! read more

Elevate Estates - Our realtor (closest to fireplace), Anthony Duarte, did a great job helping us find our first home! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Tustin, California

From the start at planting the idea of purchasing a house soon, to the day of getting the keys, Tony, Chris, Jenna and the team has been nothing short of exceptional. They clearly understood what kind of layout and location would work best, and had the knowledge to get the perfect place. I am grateful for the team to guide me to be in a stronger financial position to put in the strongest offers. Jenna and her team came up with numerous strategies to deal with different sellers, knowing how to present our offer to put us in the best position. Her dedication to put in her time, the leg work, and constant communication with the selling agent, and the result is proof of her passion and dedication to help her clients win. This will definitely not be the last time I will reach out to her and her team, and will not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone. read more

Tony, Chris and the entire Elevate Estates did a phenomenal job selling our condo in one of the roughest markets in recent history! Tony helped me buy my first condo back in December of 2017 and with a growing family we found ourselves needing to upsize. We found a new construction home in south OC that we fell in love with which is set to be completed in February 2024. Tony, Chris and his team worked diligently to map out the best timing to place our condo on the market so that it would line up with the completion of our new build in February. With interest rates being the highest it has been in a LONG time right when we listed, my husband and I were a little worried but knew that we had the best team working with us to get the best buyer and situation possible for us. We had no doubts and of course, right before the chaos of the holidays, they found a buyer and we ended up with the best case possible. Tony, Chris & team have been nothing but communicative, informative and have been so understanding of our thoughts and concerns during this whole process. Rest assured, I will continue to work with Tony for future home purchases/sales. Thanks Tony, Chris & the entire Elevate Estates team for all of your hard work! read more

Our experience with josh and elevated estates has been nothing but exceptional. We purchased our first home on the very first offer and truly believe it all happened with the professionalism, persistence and prompt actions of Josh. Whenever we would ask questions, he was quick to respond and when he didn't know an answer, he would go out of his way to find out and got back to us right away! We highly, highly recommend all of our friends, family and anyone else looking into purchasing, selling, investing in a home to work with josh! Thanks so much!! read more

Working with Darryl was phenomenal. Buying a home can be daunting. Buying your FIRST home? Even more so. He was communicative, receptive, and dependable. Darryl was there to answer any questions and concerns we had about homes, helped us manage our expectations, and ultimately land us in our dream home! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Home buying can be super stressful, especially when you're a first time home buyer. Throughout the process, there are a lot of uncertainties and with the market being the way that it is, it is not for the faint hearted and required a lot of hand holding. Thankfully, we made the RIGHT CHOICE of having Darryl as our realtor. He, for sure, took most of the stress away from us. Darryl definitely WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND of what a "typical" realtor does! He walked us through every step, was always a call a way, and kept us updated throughout the negotiation up until we finally got the keys to our home! Our family truly appreciates all the FIRST CLASS LEVEL treatment/services Elevate Estates team had provided us, especially DARRYL! Definitely someone who you'd want to represent you! read more

This was my 3rd experience with Tony and Elevate Estates, and I cannot thank him or his team enough. This sale was an emotional one as it was my late brother's home. Due to his sudden passing, we were forced to sell this home in probate. Tony was not only knowledgeable about the probate process, but he took care of everything with empathy and the utmost respect for my brother. Tony and Chris were always in communication with me, and we worked together to make sure that everything on the probate sale checklist was marked off. The negotiation process when offers came in were handled with the blink of an eye and we were in escrow within 7 days of hitting the market. And even before we went into escrow, Tony set the expectations to the buyers' so that everyone was on the same page, and we also had a backup plan just in case things didn't work out. This was truly an emotional task for our family and Tony went above and beyond to make sure that we didn't have anything to worry about. I've said this many times but, WHO you work with TRULY matters when you are in the market to buy or sell a home. Whether you're looking for your first home, looking to sell, or have the unfortunate task of needing someone to help navigate a probate sale, trust Tony and his team at Elevate Estates to get it done. Tony and Elevate Estates Team, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for seeing us through this difficult and emotional task. We couldn't have done it without you, and I know with 1000000000% certainty, that there is no other team that would have been able to accomplish what you did for us. For that, I will forever be grateful. Until our next real estate need, take care! read more

Tony and Chris have greatly exceeded our expectations and have delivered not once, but on three separate occasions. We relocated 3 times in the past 3 years and have been in both seller and buyer positions, with Tony and Chris representing us each time. On this particular occasion, we were in a hurry to settle into a house before our first child arrives. With that in mind, Tony and Chris immediately got to work. As we were able to target an ideal neighborhood in San Diego, the team quickly identified, toured, and provided recommendations that led to the purchase of our dream house in less than a month. Fantastic team with tremendous experience and unmatched negotiation skills. We're planning to reach out to the team again in the near future! read more

Let me tell you, when I first started this journey as a first time homebuyer two years ago I knew nothing about nothing about real estate. And I didn't know how important it was to have the BEST agent on your side. Especially in this insane seller's market where small potatoes buyers like myself are being eaten alive, having the cream of the crop is essential. I started off as an innocent newbie, working with agents who I came to learn 1. did not work in my best interest and only wanted a quick commission 2. were inexperienced 3. could not handle all the million questions a newbie would and should have. I needed a genuinely invested, articulate, can-explain-it-to-me-like-I'm-a-10-year old, patient, thorough, and highly experienced superhero who would go to bat for me. Emphasize the go. to. bat. for. me. Basically, a unicorn. Well, ladies and gentleman, Tony was just that. From the first phone conversation, my husband and I had such a good feeling about him. He was so articulate yet calm, knowledgeable yet genuine, confident yet interested in our needs. And for the next nine months, we would see Tony and Chris would go above and beyond what any previous agent did to finally secure us our current home. Case in point. There were 8-9 multiple offers on our current home, and WE GOT IT!! even though we were the third highest offer. NUMBER THREE! Tony's negotiation skills and his relentless pursuit of the seller's agent speak for themselves. In fact, Tony and Chris were relentless in pursuing any home we were interested in. No concern or request was too small or too big. Worried about noise from your neighbors? Tony'd knock on doors to see who'd live there. Worried about oil rig pollution near the area? Tony and Chris'd call the relevant persons to get that info. Just for my peace of mind. Trust me, I probably put them through the ringer with all my questions and concerns, but they were always ready to answer them. What I saw was their willingness and desire to see their clients happy, and that is beyond priceless. Another case in point. When we were doing our inspection for our current home, I noticed chipping paint and other dings around the home I knew I'd have to take care of. But Tony assured me that I would not need to worry about them. Their level of investment in their clients is unreal and unlike anything I've seen in any other agent. It's all the seeming "little" things throughout this journey that really made the biggest impression on their overall character. If you are looking for the unicorn of agents to represent you, Tony and Chris are it ya'll. read more

Tony and his team was great to work with! Tony's negotiation skills are second to none and his team member Chris guided us through every step in our selling and buying process. I would definitely recommend Tony and his team for any real estate issues. read more

Where do we even begin?! It has been a long journey in trying to find a new home AND sell our current home. Thanks to Tony and the entire Elevate Estates team, we were finally able to do both! Our journey began back in the summer of 2021 when we began searching for a home - rates were low and the market was hot. It seemed as if we were constantly getting outbid by overseas investors which led us to bump our budget as much as we could. The market was crazy. Prices of older homes were being priced as much, if not more, than new builds! eventually this led us to seek out new builds and with Chris' help, from Elevate Estates, we were able to secure a home in a new luxurious community! There was a caveat that this new build was projected to be completed in 2023. We weren't in a huge hurry but this also meant a couple things: rates would go up from the unheard of low and what would the market be like when we had to eventually sell our current home? Fast forward to 2023, our new home has a final closing date. We were nervous, to say the least, as we had to sell our current home in order to purchase the new home. Tony and his team assured us everything would be taken care of which they did and then some. The Elevate team were on top of things and had the landscaping, staging, photos and video all ready for the market in such a short amount of time we were surprised. The home was staged beautifully and accentuated all the highlights the property had to offer. After just one weekend of showings, hundreds of visitors and multiple offers, Tony and his team were able to secure THE offer. Obtaining offers are expected but what was special to us was Tony being able to negotiate an offer not only $40K+ above list price but with terms that allowed us to stay in our current home after closing until the new home was ready. Being a family with a toddler and dog, not having to vacate the home and making the move seamless into the new home was a lifesaver. Sure there may be other agents that can sell homes but Tony and his team exceeded our expectations with their commitment, patience, communication and professionalism. The long process (two years!) of finding a new home, waiting for construction AND selling our current home couldn't have gone any smoother. I'm not really one to post up long reviews but if you've read this far you can probably understand why. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony and the entire Elevate Estates team to anyone looking to buy AND/OR sell a home! read more

Anthony was an awesome realtor! Since we were moving 400 miles, it was difficult for us to tour places. Anthony made multiple trips in LA traffic to go to open houses and FaceTime us. He gave us his honest opinion and served as our eyes and ears on the ground. He worked professionally with the seller's agents, was a fantastic negotiator, and went above and beyond to help us find a place despite our short timeline. Overall, we would work with Anthony again and would highly recommend him to others! read more

Chris and Robert did an amazing job with our home buying process as first time homeowners. They were very knowledgeable as well as the great advices that were to our advantage and educated us along the way which we really appreciate and made sure we understood what we were getting into. There was never a time where we were concerned, their confidence and expertise in their respected fields made us feel very at ease throughout this journey. I am so glad to have had them in our team. We closed just as expected and we couldn't be more thrilled to be in our new home! I highly recommend as you will not regret how the home buying process can be less stressful than you think! I am definitely referring and recommending friends and family. read more

This was my third home purchase, first time with Chris. Both of my previous experiences I felt like they were buyers markets and negotiated lowball offers that sellers chomped at the bit to take. This experience was much different. I went into the transaction thinking there was little to no shot, given it's location, pristine condition and lack of inventory. We were one of 9 offers. Chris built us the cleanest offer possible. He also built a relationship with the listing agent explaining the seriousness of our offer, and that I was an A+ borrower, so financing was not an issue. Chris got it done. We even beat a cash offer! I really never thought it mattered too much on who your agent was. Truthfully, I figured I was doing them a favor by giving them the sale. I could not have been more wrong. This was my opportunity to give my family a safe, beautiful place to live and Chris really delivered. I can't thank him enough. read more

My husband and I decided to casually start browsing the housing market a month ago. We didn't necessarily feel optimistic we would find exactly what we were looking for so soon. Tony and Chris arranged a showing of a home the day after we had our initial consult, and let me say - we were blown away. We made an offer the next day on this home, which had multiple offers, but Chris and Tony knew exactly how to package our offer to make us the most attractive, without even being the highest offers. We entered escrow the very next day, and the entire escrow process went as smoothly as we could have asked. From beginning to end, both Tony and Chris were available to call, text, and email at all hours of the day. As first time home buyers, they guided us through the process and made us feel comfortable the whole way through. Darryl is very knowledgeable and confident in what he does. What I most appreciate from him is being always prompt in communication. We first got connected to Tony and his team through a friend's referral and knew right away after meeting the first time that we were going to work closely with the Elevate Estates Team to find a home for our growing family. With a baby on the way, the team understood how crucial it is for us to find a replacement home in the midst of selling our current house. Tony and his team showed us our potential homes as fast as possible and negotiated tirelessly with sellers' agents and created relationships with them to help us get our offers stand out and accepted. The team used their knowledge and skills to make our dream home possible especially during Covid season when the market was hot and VERY competitive. We really could not have gotten our home without their help and encouragement during the times when we felt hopeless. We feel that not only did we gain a beautiful home for our family, but we also gained a new friendship with the team. They are personable, friendly, communicative, and professional. Believe me when I say they will fight hard for you and support you until the end. We would HIGHLY recommend the Elevate Estates team to all of our close friends and family without any hesitation. read more

I can't say enough about Tony. This is my 3rd time utilizing his services. I've used him for a sale, rental of a property, and a purchase this time around. He isn't just a real estate agent; he tries to get to know you on a personal level, he studies diligently on the market and the neighborhood, he offers excellent advice (and goes into great detail and take his time), he works on your pace, and ultimately, he gets the job done! Normally I wouldn't write a review after my partner already did, but I felt the need to because Tony and his team (Chris!) did an amazing job getting us our most recent purchase. From the time we reached out, we hit the ground running and after only a few home tours, we put in an offer and got it accepted on the first attempt. We got it at almost $20k under asking in the neighborhood we wanted and within our budget. This is a blessing to us after the difficult year we have had as a family and a light at the end of a tunnel. Tony is trustworthy, quick witted, and really listens to what you are looking for. So glad we reconnected and were able to work together to find our new home. Thank you! read more

Elevate Estates - Celebrating closing day! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Tustin, California

Tony and Chris were absolutely amazing during the entire process of selling our current home AND buying a new home. This was our third time purchasing a home, but the first time buying a home that was not brand new. That alone was a daunting experience, but both Chris and Tony were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. My wife and I were uncertain that our home would sell, especially since our home was on the expensive side and this was happening during a pandemic. At the end of the day, though, Tony's expertise contributed to our home selling in less than a week at $40,000 above the listing price! He was careful to ensure that all parties received a fair outcome that was favorable for everyone. What I have appreciated most about working with Tony and Chris has been the fact that over the course of looking for a home, entering Escrow, and closing Escrow, it didn't feel like business. Chris and Tony make you feel like you are friends and even family, which helps alleviate fear and anxiety. Chris went above and beyond in his communication and willingness to support us. We would send text messages multiple times a day, at all hours of the day, and he would typically respond almost immediately. Also, when we conducted our inspection of the home, Chris stayed the entire 4 hours without complaining, and even took on the role of babysitter for our 3 kids as my wife and I toured the house. He was amazing throughout the entire process! I am incredibly grateful that we used Tony and Chris to purchase our home. They made a difficult time that much less stressful, and created an environment where we felt loved and taken care of. read more
