A little on the salty side so I needed a bit of water but damn the sauce was so good I asked for seconds to use as dipping for my corn beef sandwich. The corn beef sandwich was rich and juicy and bursting with flavour . Topped with a dry rye bread that really balanced it all out. As for the beers my favourite was the spirit wolf. A light blonde beer with a strong pleasant aroma of coffee. If you ever I'm Chatham i would definitely recommend checking out this brewery if you are a beer afficianado. Update : went another two times before leaving Chatham and would recommend the space heater zephyr and spirit wolf beers super tasty and interesting , banh mi was not pickled enough in regards to the veggies so I found it only okay but that might just be because I have high standards as a Vietnamese person lol. Got Reuben sandwich again and can say it is very consistent and delicious . Also bread and butter is a must try. The menu offers a good selection of wood fired pizzas. Portions were large enough that two can share a pizza easily. Surprisingly, wait time for our order didn't take very long, and came out bubbling hot. Staff was very attentive and friendly. You can choose to dine inside or at their outdoor area during the summer season. Weekend tends to be busy, so plan ahead. Although they do offer other selections in their menu, the star attraction are their pizzas.
