We stopped here passing through for a concert in the area. The ambiance in this restaurant is on point; it's immediate and tasteful as soon as you walk in. The owner was our waitress. She was cool, trendy and friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared! Next time we hope to try the pizza - it looked amazing. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!

Having had wood fired oven pizzas before, we had to try out this place. That was a great decision! The pizzas served here are simply amazing. The menu offers a good selection of wood fired pizzas. Portions were large enough that two can share a pizza easily. Surprisingly, wait time for our order didn't take very long, and came out bubbling hot. Staff was very attentive and friendly. You can choose to dine inside or at their outdoor area during the summer season. Weekend tends to be busy, so plan ahead. Although they do offer other selections in their menu, the star attraction are their pizzas.

Dom's vanilla honey cheesecake is amazing, end of story!!!

Excellent atmosphere and a great menu featuring fresh ingredients and unique options! Would love to see a few more drink options on the menu in the future but that didn't stop me from giving this restaurant 5/5! Will definitely return!

They had this killer corn beef sandwich with salad and a house beer balsamic vinaigrette that was amazing. A little on the salty side so I needed a bit of water but damn the sauce was so good I asked for seconds to use as dipping for my corn beef sandwich. The corn beef sandwich was rich and juicy and bursting with flavour . Topped with a dry rye bread that really balanced it all out. As for the beers my favourite was the spirit wolf. A light blonde beer with a strong pleasant aroma of coffee. If you ever I'm Chatham i would definitely recommend checking out this brewery if you are a beer afficianado. Update : went another two times before leaving Chatham and would recommend the space heater zephyr and spirit wolf beers super tasty and interesting , banh mi was not pickled enough in regards to the veggies so I found it only okay but that might just be because I have high standards as a Vietnamese person lol. Got Reuben sandwich again and can say it is very consistent and delicious . Also bread and butter is a must try. Sounds simple but they addd a bit of Honey and a little something else that just makes it oh so divine. Will definitely come here again if I'm in town

At the end of the street with Lake Huron in view. On a nice day, you really can't beat it. Only real downside- bees were all over. I know not completely restaurants' fault, but still annoying. I killed 3 or 4 during lunch. We wanted something not too heavy as we were eating a late lunch. I got the fish tacos. Excellent! Great slaw, a little heat, and fresh fried cod. So good. My wife had a spicy chicken sandwich, which she loved. Also loved the fries, which at least seemed house cut. Really good! Our server disappeared a little- that and the bees are the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Great place and would definitely go back!

The inside of the place looks very clean and modern, actually looks like one of the high scale gastropubs back in the States. The bartenders were very friendly and talkative, and I loved the fact that that they were willing to chat me up a little bit. Ordered a vodka cranberry and it was very tasty. Side note, in Canada they only do 1 oz pours instead of the standard 1.4 ounce pours. Regardless, the drinks was very tasty and hit the spot. I ordered the tacos and tots. The waitress suggested the al pastor tacos so I went with those. They were small, but they were very tasty and came with a very nice hot sauce. Overall it was a pretty good meal, I'll be it. You definitely pay casino prices.. Bottom line? I would absolutely come back here again and try some of the other stuff on the menu as it all looked very good. Sis had the Fish tacos and I had the Asian chicken salad. Both were very good but do save room for dessert - the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream was excellent. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the temperature of the tea. Was only luke warm and even when I asked for more water - same thing again. So don't count on a good hot cup of tea! Parking is onsite at no extra cost. Note - if you have a coupon, make sure you go to customer service first or ask your server. Seemed like a convoluted process as you must declare it before you order.

We spoke with a male bartender who explained the "you pour" tap system in a pretty condescending way. We'd never been there before, so we were genuinely trying to understand how it worked. The system charges by the ounce depending on the beer/cocktail selected. My husband poured himself a 10oz beer from the clearly marked $.25/oz tap. When our total came out to almost $10 for that beer alone, we knew something was wrong because the tap directly next to it was $.90/oz. I went to the bar to politely ask about the charge and was met by the same bartender. He repeatedly assured me that I was wrong and that the charge was correct. I even offered to physically show him the tap that had been used. Again, he insisted I was mistaken and claimed the system was accurate. After going back and forth, I finally asked him, "Okay, then how much SHOULD a 10oz beer from that tap cost?" He checked the POS system and suddenly admitted: "Oh, you were charged wrong." Not once during this interaction did he apologize. Instead of simply saying, "I'm sorry, let me fix that," he spent several minutes confidently telling me I didn't know what I was talking about when I was actually correct the entire time. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, that level of arrogance and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, it's the attitude and complete refusal to acknowledge the mistake that ruined the experience. We immediately cashed out and left. Buyer beware: pay VERY close attention to what the taps are charging you because the pricing system is clearly inaccurate. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the live band was excellent. Safe to say we will not be returning.

When I came into Chatham Ontario, Canada, and checking into hotel, the lady at the front desk said you have to go to this restaurant. I hear that at a lot of hotels, but I figured I would check it out. For starters, this place is located downtown in a very quaint little district, there seems to be plenty of street parking. Although I can imagine on Friday and Saturday nights it can get a little hectic. Regardless, I found a spot walked across the street to the restaurant The place itself is really quaint and inviting. They made it up to look like a small Italian village. It's really really cool. This place is also kind of elegant, they have black tablecloths and silverware rolled up in cloth napkins and it is just an overall upscale dining event, although you definitely do not have to dress up to go here. My waitress, Claire, greeted me and asked if I wanted anything. I ordered a loss of water to start and just wanted to check out the menu. She came back a few moments later and I decided to order the calamari appetizer, the chicken parmesan which came with a salad... I opted for Caesar, and a glass of their house! Pinot noir. One thing I like about Italian restaurants is the pacing of the meal. This is not a walk-in, turn them and burn them. Type of establishment. This is a hour and a half to 2-hour culinary adventure. Claire has this down to a science. The appetizer came, and was cooked perfectly. I love fresh calamari. A nice touch was the dusted jalapenos and pineapple that came with. Instead of a shrimp style sauce, they opt for a slightly spicy sweet dipping sauce. Next came the bread. Claire also brought over the obligatory olive oil and balsamic vinegar, plus a spicy oil. She recommended that I mix all three and even brought over some shaved Parmesan to put on top of that before I dip the bread into it. Absolute heaven on a plate! Then came the salad, the Caesar was absolutely perfect. I love it when a salad is dressed properly, and not just a wad of dressing lumped on top. This was such a good salad and of course I had to have extra pepper and parmesan. After a short break, the main course arrived, and it was huge. Seen a bigger chicken parmesan in the history of my eating Italian food. And it was cooked so perfect! The spaghetti underneath was perfectly cooked, and the marinara sauce was totally on point. Mozzarella on the chicken parm and then covered it in the red sauce to give it that slightly melted texture. Did I finish it? No, I did not. But I am having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The reason being I wanted to save room for the tiramisu. I ordered the tiramisu, and had a double espresso. What a perfect combination! The tiramisu was absolutely wonderful, not too sweet and the bitterness of the coffee worked perfectly with it. I have to brag on Claire a little bit, as she was one of the most perfect wait staff people I have ever met. She was attentive without being hovering, she paced the meal perfectly, made great suggestions. I could not eat another bite as I was so full. And completely satisfied. This was literally one of the most perfect meals I have ever had. Bottom line? It was expensive. And I am more than willing to pay for quality food and service. And this place hit on all cylinders. If you are looking for a great night out, you would do no better than to check out this place.
