It was incredibly moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I've had cortadillos from other bakeries that were a bit dry, but this one was perfect. One thing to note is that it's not your typical panadería where you grab your own pan. Everything is displayed behind glass, and when you're ready, someone behind the counter assists you.
