The whole process and the work they did was outstanding. I did not realize what a huge undertaking this was, but from the beginning everything was explained to me step by step. The crew arrived on time each day, I was introduced to the supervisor of the project and felt comfortable asking questions as they came up. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up every day before they left. At the end of the project my property was pressure washed and looks better than ever! I love the fact that there is an App to set my system and I can monitor it anytime. Eric will also continue to monitor the system from his end and adjust as needed. They came and cut our trees and said they would leave bundles that can be removed by the trash guys but just left us a big pile of mess and led me to believe he would come back to fix it for 10 days. He fed me lie after lie as to why he couldn't make it. He then proceeded to harass me over the phone and prank call me for an entire hour at 9pm. He gave my number to his friends to prank call me as well. Pretty positive they were drunk calling me. Anyways. F these guys. Hire anyone besides these guys.
