The whole process and the work they did was outstanding. I did not realize what a huge undertaking this was, but from the beginning everything was explained to me step by step. The crew arrived on time each day, I was introduced to the supervisor of the project and felt comfortable asking questions as they came up. They do a good job for a fair price and leave things cleaned up when they leave. They even cleaned up my tall palm tree at no extra cost every year, which is so appreciated. Don is a native Houstonian who grew up in Spring Branch and now. lives in the Katy/Cypress area. He's a hard worker, prompt, kind and courteous. He always makes sure we're happy upon completion. I always go out for at least one other bid, but Don has always beat the other bid. So long as his price stays consistent like his work, I'll be using him for my tree trimmings from now til dead! P.S.
