The massage providers are good, but the administrative service is terrible. They constantly call me to reschedule, and then never sent me a reminder, Within one year, this reschedule happened so many times, and the most recent one they made a mistake of rescheduling me to the wrong date, and they insist on charging for a service that I never received. They kept telling me they sent reminder messages, but I never received them. After a whole year of telling them I never got reminder messages and after you change the schedule, I can't trust that your system is reflecting the correct schedule any more, they still struggle with the most basic system, communication and customer service. I went to elements today for my first massage ever. I received a couples massage in the first room to the right. Everything was meticulously clean. The environment was so tranquil with sounds of nature playing, the lights were dimmed, and the decor was serene. The massage tables were so comfortable and they were heated! My massage therapist, Lisa, was very courteous. I told her it was my first massage and she was very polite in explaining the process. She asked which areas I would like to focus on and let me voice any concerns I had. She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Not to mention the massage she gave was so great that I didn't want to get up and leave! I really wish I could give a full five stars but there was one major thing that bothered the both of us during our couples massage. This had nothing to do with either of our massage therapists. For the last twenty minutes of our massage, we could hear the receptionist and another woman talking loudly, laughing and making noise. It was unfortunate and distracting for such a serene environment. After getting dressed we went out to pay and realized that a second receptionist had arrived and it had been the both of them that were being so loud. Do not waste your time ! This place is a joke, rude, unprofessional and technicians are inexperienced. My husband and I have been going here and it has always been less than mediocre. I had 1 technician that was very good and she left, I understand why. The last massage I had left me injured, it has been 5 weeks now and I have had 2 rounds of steroids, muscle relaxers and I am now in physical therapy. I reached out to the owner, Andrew when this happened and I was ignored. I sent another email a few weeks later and I was pushed off to his area manager. I purchased a 90 minute couples massage for my girlfriend and I. We arrived and proceeded to the massage together. Not knowing the time of course during the massage, I was unaware until it was over that it only lasted 60 minutes. I booked 90 minutes. I was told I would have a credit for the balance on my account. Well, since I had not planned on going back and pay the difference for another massage along with my balance, I have asked multiple times for a refund. I have been denied a refund of my balance that I paid for! I am told it's company policy that refunds are not available on a "gift card". I have also been told I can get the balance on another gift card...I don't want another gift card, I want my money back! I didn't get what I paid for. I was told the last time that I called that a manager would get back to me. I am still waiting for that call after numerous emails and telephone calls. In light of their recent publicity in the news with regard to alleged assaults, I am not in the mind to use them again, nor give a friend a gift card with my balance on it. read more

My gripe is that I got a 69 minute massage instead of an 80 minute treatment (which should be 90, in my professional opinion ). Totally frustrated... my son bought me a $50 gift card for Christmas as the signage and branding says "introductory rate $59" so at 17 he thought... great I can get my mom a massage for Christmas! Well, going to use it as a brand new client they inform me that I cannot use the gift card on an introductory rate - last time I checked a gift card was a form of payment. He did not get this on Groupon or anything else, he paid for it with cash, in full. It is not a coupon of any sort. So I, being in marketing, did my digging and due diligence and there is absolutely no information stating this on the website for the Mansfield OR corporate locations and nothing stated on the gift card. Absolutely unprofessional and I feel my son was taken advantage of with a bs advertisement. The woman I spoke with at the location told me I could use the card on a $99 massage and pay with the gift card ($50 towards the bill) OR get the $59 rate which I cannot use my $50 gift card towards. My husband gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day (purchased the day before Mother's Day) and they were running a special, two massages for $99, so I ended up with two massages! When he purchased them they also took down my information to have on file when I used the gift certificates. My first experience was good, great massage, friendly staff, though the ploy to sign up for their membership moments after a massage was a bit much. When I went to use my second massage I could not find my gift certificate. No problem I thought, they have my information. Not the case. When I called, the receptionist told me that they have all new staff and no notes of my gift certificates or the promotion that was running at the time of purchase. She told me a manager would call me back and they never did. My husband called twice with the exact details and credit card transactions of the purchase and still they would not honor the second gift certificate, both times a manager did not speak to him. During each conversation he had they acknowledged that I used one massage that was purchased the day before Mother's Day (the same time they were running the special.) The best they would do is give me a second massage at the introductory rate of $59 dollars. What a joke.
