They then charged me to send a technician out who didn't know how to fix it after 1.5 hours of work. When I complained they offered to install a new thermostat for $320! When I persisted in complaining and asking for service, THEY BLOCKED MY PHONE! (Finally I found a solution myself by spending over an hour in several calls to Honeywell's service line.) NO HELP OR CONCERN FROM HOMEPATIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Matthew's response is inaccurate! We did not ask for a new thermostat! They offered it. It was not functional because it was installed wrong, as I later learned through my own research with Honeywell. There was absolutely no need for the $320 upgrade David proposed, and his proposing that was a profound insult! Blocking my phone was utterly unprofessional! There was no need to charge me for a service call by someone who didn't even know the easy fix that the competent and helpful tech at Honeywell advised me to do over the phone. And Homepatible's intransigence continued even knowing this was a health-related problem due to severe allergies and wanting to filter the air in our home. If this were a reputable company, they would have fixed it right away. Now if they are reputable, they will admit their mistake and refund my $89 for the useless service call! Instead of being helpful to a customer in need, they were insulting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! For Matthew: I'd be happy to discuss this in private. You can call me anytime. Or how about unblocking my phone and I'll call you!?

I contacted Accurate Heating and…read moreAir to simply install a new smart thermostat (because a broken thermostat is what a previous company had told us was the reason that we were getting no heat was). Ron arrived on time and provided us with an overview of what the thermostat installation was going to be, (I explained to him the issue of not having heat in the house). He told us that he would inspect the furnace prior to starting work as it's what he always did. He was thorough in the inspection, using a scope to view the heat exchanges and he noticed that they were cracked. He showed me and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that I understood that the problem was bigger than a thermostat. He reminded me of my home warranty and stated that replacing it may be covered and encouraged me to reach out to them, even if he wasn't the contractor for the job. He left that day, not charging me anything because according to him, he didn't do the job, just an inspection. The home warranty contractor came, spent less than 5 minutes inspecting the furnace. I chose to work with Ron and Emily at Accurate because they seemed much more trustworthy, and I was right. I was able to contact them to book my furnace replacement, they worked with me giving me information every step of the way. He was professional and punctual and I can't speak highly enough. Replacing a furnace is not fun, but they made it less painful than it could have been. I am happy that we decided to go with Accurate Heating. Now my home is cozy, and my smart thermostat is set up. I highly recommend Accurate Heating.

    We are new homeowners in the East Mesa. The tankless water heater stopped working a couple of…read moretimes... and we called for service under our First America Home warranty. Earl did a great job of servicing the water heater ... and while we never found the cause for the failure.. the tank is now flushed and the filter was cleared ... and we have a good starting point. Because we thought the failure was perhaps related to the water pressure issue in the kitchen (for the hot water), Earl quickly fixed that issue. We are simply thrilled. So far so good and we can wash dishes again! Thank you Earl. UPDATE: 2-5-2021 The tankless water heat died today. We have no hot water. We called Jerry's and the young woman explained that we could not get service until NEXT WEEK. They don't have any technicians in our area until then. I don't think we can use Jerry's Plumbing with that type of response. No hot water for a week? Not a good response. I need to retract my stars.

They were assigned to us from our home warranty company, and abandoned us on 2 separate jobs in the same week - one heating and one plumbing. First they wouldn't come out unless we promised to "privately pay" (outside of home warranty agreement), then abandoned each separate job without communication. They took $350 from us without fixing anything, AND charged the home warranty company. Unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.
