As many car washes and car detailing shops that come and go, this is quite definitely a feat. Based on reviews - there are people who either love the results or completely hate it. Yet, it seems the constant positive is whenever people interact with "Dennis." I knew when he was the one who responded to my e-mail inquiry, I was starting off on the right foot. From the e-mails to the phone calls, pleasant and personable demeanor - and never seemed bothered. Conveniently was able to drop off the vehicle the night before, using their key drop, as they needed it all day for their 'Full Service' package. Now they did have their work cut out for them when it came to detailing this car, as you can see by the pics. This is the wife's daily driver and she used to have apologize before people got in it. LOL. When she picked it up, she was elated and stated that she "couldn't stop smiling." Honestly the pictures don't do it justice, it looks like a brand new car. The only thing that was possibly overlooked was it seems that the headliner wasn't cleaned. Also, moving the shifter it seems there was gunk underneath that could have simply been wiped. But this is minor, especially with what they had to work with in the beginning. Not to mention, Dennis went above and beyond when it came to the wax job. Something I didn't even complain about. Customer service is definitely his forte and he definitely pulls out the stops to make sure the customer is happy. You may pay more than some random you may find on social media, as those randoms don't have to pay building overhead costs. Yet, you will definitely get quality and being able to get your car taken care of as they can detail your vehicle out of the elements, is definitely a plus.

They had him bring it in the next day and they redid it for free plus a gift card for the same service at another time. I used the gift card to take my car up there. Not only did they do an absolute horrible job on the interior clean where I had to spray and wipe down pretty much every surface because they left what looked like running water marks but also I had to vacuum it. I'm missing one of the rubber Mats in my back passenger seat door handle. Some how I have a big paint chip missing from the hood of my car and I called them before I even got home about these issues and I was told I'd get a call back regarding the paint chip and missing rubber mat. this was over two weeks ago and I've still yet to hear anything back. I will never recommend this place to anyone, even if it's a free cleaning.

My car was cleaned well, but the service was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend…read more I showed up to my 9:00 AM appointment on time, and no one was there. I called and texted owner multiple times with no response, eventually leaving after about 30 minutes. I received a text back 45 minutes after my appointment time saying he was now home. I decided to go back and continue with the detail. Given he said it would be finished in an hour and a half max, I decided to wait on my car instead of dropping it off and getting a ride. The detail wound up taking three hours. He was very disrespectful of my time, and what should have taken a couple of hours, took half of my day due to his unprofessionalism. Then, at checkout, he asked for a tip. And he left soaking wet mats in my trunk. Additionally, he never acknowledged or apologized for his extreme tardiness. It also turned out that he had two clients booked at the same time. The other client, which also had a 9:00 AM appointment, had originally been told when making his appointment that his vehicle would be finished by late morning/early afternoon but once at the appointment, the owner told him he wouldn't be able to start on it until the afternoon. If looking into booking this service, keep in mind the business location is at his house, and the owner does not give that heads up when making the appointment and he provides no waiting area. Also, just because you have a reserved appointment time does not mean that is when he will be working on your detail, which he also doesn't provide this info when booking.
