As many car washes and car detailing shops that come and go, this is quite definitely a feat. Based on reviews - there are people who either love the results or completely hate it. Yet, it seems the constant positive is whenever people interact with "Dennis." I knew when he was the one who responded to my e-mail inquiry, I was starting off on the right foot. From the e-mails to the phone calls, pleasant and personable demeanor - and never seemed bothered. Conveniently was able to drop off the vehicle the night before, using their key drop, as they needed it all day for their 'Full Service' package. Now they did have their work cut out for them when it came to detailing this car, as you can see by the pics. This is the wife's daily driver and she used to have apologize before people got in it. LOL. When she picked it up, she was elated and stated that she "couldn't stop smiling." Honestly the pictures don't do it justice, it looks like a brand new car. The only thing that was possibly overlooked was it seems that the headliner wasn't cleaned. Also, moving the shifter it seems there was gunk underneath that could have simply been wiped. But this is minor, especially with what they had to work with in the beginning. Not to mention, Dennis went above and beyond when it came to the wax job. Something I didn't even complain about. Customer service is definitely his forte and he definitely pulls out the stops to make sure the customer is happy. You may pay more than some random you may find on social media, as those randoms don't have to pay building overhead costs. Yet, you will definitely get quality and being able to get your car taken care of as they can detail your vehicle out of the elements, is definitely a plus.
