By the time I was in the finance office, the subtotal was 38k and nobody could competently explain where the additional 10k came from. I couldn't find any second key (I had not labeled it) and assumed we never got one. They came to my home, picked up the UTV and brought it back the same day with two new keys at a more than reasonable price (I don't live far from them). That evening I found the old spare key! Needless to say, I let them know and wanted to make good but they were so kind and I am so glad that they were there when we needed them and willing to bend over backwards for me, even when I was ultimately in wrong.
