I am in love with this hotel. Heads up: if you like healthy, clean, eco-friendly businesses - this is your spot. I am vegan/sometimes vegetarian, and I try really hard to incorporate as many eco-friendly practices as possible. The hotel is clean, decorated very modern, and the government rate price is an unbeatable value. I've never done laundry in a hotel before, but it was so easy, simple and clean - I did here. They have bikes available to cruise around on too. The always fresh water and coffee in the lobby have glasses and mugs to use so you don't ha e to throw away endless paper cups (although they have that option if you need). I have seen NO straws. Yay! If you forgot your water bottle, they have s'well bottles for ya. The food available to purchase include lots of vegetarian options and healthy drinks, including kombucha. My only hope is that this chain will continue to expand. Oh, and the kitchenette and bar in room are awesome. read more

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good price and convenient. I've been coming here for a few years and stayed here about 7-8 times already. Today reinforced the reason why I keep coming back. I needed a battery start so I went to the front desk to see if they could help. The general manager offered a jump start immediately and came out to my car. There were a few inches of snow on the ground and he didn't think twice about stepping in the snow with his new dress shoes! He got the car started and I'm on my way. Five stars all around! read more

WOW!!! Words can not describe.... I've travel for a living doing exhibitions and shows I have experienced around 16 different hotels around the US for 2017 some good, some amazing, and some of the best...but this specific hotel is 10 stars if the rating was available..... it's literally like an oversize luxury studio you have the living room the bedroom office kitchen complete with all amenities you will need in a kitchen... Bar area with Bar stools as dinning area. Huge closet and an extra-large shower that feels like you are under a waterfall. If it were available as a studio (appartment) just to keep as a place to get away or stay in between shows as a home base it's the killer spot! And it's around everything you need resurant a, coffee, shopping, Walgreens, Sams.... and let's not forget the lost important of all its a quick shot to the airport if you also travel! And not only 1 BUT 2 gyms if your into working out! It's unreal!!!! BOOK HERE!! read more

The place is physically beautiful, but the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with at a hotel. We reserved ten rooms for a wedding and MANY more stayed there for the hotel and we were told and verified there would be a shuttle for the wedding, we call for the shuttle after the wedding and they tell us we are wrong and there is nothing they can do. The next day I spoke with the exact same person that told us the shuttle would be available for us and she simply denied it. We were next told we could not drink alcohol or beer in their patio area unless we bought it from them, we obliged and put the beer back in the room but told the manager she probably made it up because we were mad about the shuttle, then she left. 10 minutes later 2 local police officers showed up stating the manager called them about us drinking, The police officers were great and saw we had no alcohol or beer and left, but what a way to treat your guests! This truly continued for the whole trip which involved well over 10 rooms that booked with them. I cannot wait to tell everyone about this. They truly didnt care! read more

Booked this hotel for our wedding, and everyone was so impressed. Each room has a fridge and oven and they are very clean. My whole family took advantage of the outdoor patio to grill and make smores the night before the wedding. read more

My wife and I recently stayed at Element Denver Park Meadows. Our first stay at an Element location, and I'm sure that it was our last. We arrived at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon for a three night stay. They put us in room 421. About 10 minutes later the front desk called the room to tell us that it was not a feather free room. Element said that another room would be ready in 20 minutes. We waited for the call, and when no one called, we headed back to the lobby with our luggage. Another 10 minute wait, to make sure the room was clean, and we were given room 314. We went up and found that the room wasn't that clean, including the previous guests hairbrush in the drawer (good job at cleaning and inspecting). We gathered up our luggage again and went down to the front desk. Since we had to be somewhere by 5pm, we took our luggage and said that we would be back about 7. Coming back, we got a key for room 414. A great room if you don't mind the light over the kitchenette area not working, the clock missing, the shampoo dispenser in the shower leaking onto the floor, the faucet in the bathroom not secured to the sink, and HAIR ON THE CEILING!! Next morning we let the front desk know about the problems. Coming back to the room on Sat. night, we found that none of the issues were corrected, and that the cleaning department had taken our used towels, but didn't replace them with clean ones. The bed was made, but the mirrors, bathroom, floor were not cleaned. I called the front desk and asked for Manager and was told that he was off till Monday. There was no one in charge (nice to know if there was ever an emergency situation). They turned me over to the night auditor, who was useless. I called Corp. for advice and was told to open a file about my experience. Corporate replied with offering points on next visit, (declined) but could not explain why there were so many problems. Didn't even make an effort to check with hotel to see what happened. Corporate said that Element Denver Park Meadows was a franchised property, which is independently owned and operated. read more

A pretty nice hotel that's clean, spacious, and of course I love the Westin fragrance and modern decor. There's a pretty spacious gym space with the basics (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, weights), and the free breakfast is great, with a more expanded menu on weekends including pancakes and eggs, but always oatmeal, cereal, fruits, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, etc. Coffee and water available throughout the day. I've stayed twice and the first time was only here for a night - we were given a room which felt a bit cozy. This time, I'm staying for longer (not sure if that factors into how they assign rooms) but it's a pretty nice studio suite with a full fridge, microwave, sink, and a sectional in front of the king bed. My major issues with the hotel are that internet is highly unreliable, and the walls are pretty thin so both times I've stayed, I've pretty much heard the entire conversations of my neighbors. read more

Me and my family stayed at the element on a Saturday and checked out Sunday. When we checked out my 10 year old son left 3 sterling silver chains all with cross medallions in the computer desk in the room. I live In pueblo so we go visit family. We didn't notice he left his necklaces until about 2 hours later so I call the hotel and they say they'll give me a call back they have to look for them. I wait a hour and no call so I call again and they advise me they can't find them and the room has already been cleaned. I have my husband stop in our way home and when I get there the front desk associate said we only found one chain and the funny thing about this was the chain they supposedly found I had never seen in my life! I advised him I never seen that chain before he seemed surprised! The housekeeper that cleaned my room had already went home so the head house keeper called her in front of my husband and they caught her in a lie describing where she found the chain (that was never in my room to begin with). I was told that there is nothing that can be done if they have no proof. So these house keepers can take whatever they want and get away with it because there is no proof.....! BULL! I will be filing a police report regarding this situation. I know my son will never get his chains back but hopefully someone gets in trouble for this. I will never stay here again. read more

I had never heard of The Element hotel until December 2011. Little did I know that I would spend almost all of 2012 at this hotel for business. This is a great hotel - the best in the area (I tried others when The Element was fully booked) at a reasonable price, especially considering that breakfast and happy hour is included. Always clean, always friendly - The Element was my home away from home. If I come across the opportunity to stay at an Element again, I absolutely will. Heads up - there is no restaurant in the hotel, only a little store with frozen meals and drinks but every room has a kitchen. I didn't give this hotel 5 stars only because it is not comparable to the luxury 5 star hotels that I've experienced. read more

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean and spacious, breakfast is fantastic. The pool and work-out room are very nice too.

Such a nice hotel, especially if you are looking to settle in for 4+ nights. The main reason for my review is to compliment the outstanding customer service. Sarah at the front desk is 110% and the staff handling the breakfast buffet were always on point! I have never taken the time to write about a hotel but this entire staff deserves to be noticed!!!! read more

We were disappointed with our stay here. When I searched for a hotel with a patio and saw that it also had a grill that we could use, I thought this would be perfect. So after a long day we were ready to grill and sit on the patio to relax and possibly socialize with some of the other guest staying there. WRONG! The grill was disgustingly dirty, and the guest were all on their electronic devices and didn't bother to acknowledge anyone that walked by them. Very unfriendly atmosphere. We were never so glad to check out of a hotel. read more

I travel to Denver every month for business, and this time I decided to stay at The Element. Everyone kept raving about this place, so I wanted to see what the hype was all about. The guys at the front desk are great. .. wonderful customer service. ... the hotel looks nice. Despite the fact that my room didn't have a tv remote... no big deal ... they provided me with one.... I thought the floors weren't that well cleaned. I took pictures of where it looked dirty, and then got a wet paper towel and wiped it and took pictures of that. Was filthy. ... I also left the card on my bed for the sheets to be changed and they were not. I'm not too crazy about the bathroom lighting or how long it took for the shower (water) to get hot... no matter how long I had the heat (air) on, it was always freezing everytime I got out of the shower... I have no intentions of staying here again. I gave it 2 stars for the customer service and the fact that it looks nice... everything else is blah. I definitely wasn't impressed. read more

The staff are all very friendly. The rooms are modern and unique. The beds are comfortable. It has a full size kitchen and refrigerator. The master lighting concept is nice but in reality for a single room is not helpful. To allow having the lights off to sleep but still have access to the bathroom light during the night, so as not to awake others, leave the master lights on and turn off all the light switches elsewhere. The TV is on a turn table in the center to allow viewing anywhere; nice touch. Now the not so wonderful. The furniture is like bad IKEA. And due to the low quality it is showing wear and tear. We left our room for breakfast at 8:45 to find a note on our door that due to the "do not disturb" magnet our room would not be serviced. We asked house keeping to please clean it. They speak very little English, but our room was addressed. The creamers in our room were expired, but concierge was very nice and replaced the spoiled beverage. Breakfast was good if you arrived before 9. The first day ran out of oatmeal and the yellow eggs, and the second day was out of pancakes. We will not be returning. read more
